Iris P.O.V

About a month has passed since position training began. And we are about to take our final test on floor 2, known as Evankhell's floor. Geez if climbing all the floors is going to be this long, I'm in for a treat.

During that time, a lot of stuff has happened. Like Endorsi and Anaak almost failing. The scouts' guys tried to recruit them to sign their friend list sheet they got for homework, as they did the same with me.

Did I sign it? Don't remember, but I was too busy looking for the fine print.

"Regulars, your final test is hide and seek. You will be split into two teams, but will not be facing off with each other directly, instead, it will be with a ranker..." Lero continued to explain the rules, then he showed us a list of A & B teams where we will be divided.

(SO I'm too lazy to write it down, but it's on season one episode 36, somewhere. The only thing that has changed is that person with the red thing around his head is replaced with Iris, he didn't make it. RIP, his sacrifice won't be in vain.)

I was on A team, WITH THAT DORK, JERK FACE.

 Arrrrrrr!!! So annoying!

Well, I'll have to take charge before he does. Who knows what he'll do, since Bam is on the other team. He might try to make us fail, correction he most likely will! From observing him, and info of the Khun family, they have cunning intelligence so... he most probably, definitely try to make us fail to make Bam pass.

And failure is not in my vocabulary, it's unacceptable.

The test started, and we were up first. 'Quant' the ranker, was the seeker for this game. From what Shibisu told us, he is the scout teacher and hates losing... 

For some reason, I felt an intense stare coming from somewhere when he said that.

"Ok, I'll take charge, and we can win this round-" I stated, but was rudely interrupted by ass face.

"No, as a Khun family member, I'll be the leader."

"What! NO! I'm the BEST seed of LIGHT-BEARER, so I should DO IT!" Harsh words stab ass face!

"WHY YOU! As a SON OF KHUN, I SHOULD BE LEADER!"

"NO!"

"YES!"

"Guys! Stop fighting you both can be leaders!" Shibisu shouted at us. That's the most unreasonable thing I think I heard him say, and I heard him say some stuff.

He once said 'I actually hate purple, but it's the only colour that matches my skin tone, and it sort of works with my bald head. Plus it's more of a royal purple, so-' 

"No, there can only be one leader," Ass face said.

"Yeah, and that's going to be me!" I said, pointing my thumb at myself to further back up my statement.

"No, I-"

"Then let's have a vote." Shibisu interrupted us before we would continue to fight.

"That's not fair! Laure didn't vote, if he were to wake up, he would vote for me!"

"Life's not fair. Anyways here's the plan..." That bastard said, continuing to ignore my complaints. 

Rude.

I'm not gonna help him. I may as well just sit and do nothing. My scores are good enough to pass this test no problem. I'm that amazing, I even got extra, extra credit from the lighthouse teacher. 

So even if I sit and do nothing, I'm bound to pass with an A++++++.

I'll go find Laure, he's always sleeping, and it's usually a nice quiet place.

"Iris where are you going, we need your lighthouses."

"Why don't you go find your 'actual' leader, the one you voted on."

"But he only has two lighthouses, so we need one for the bait to see."

"Uhh, fine." I gave him the second lighthouse I had. It was cheap anyway, not like the first one we got, I'm keeping that one. The one I gave him was still white.

"It'll follow you around like a balloon if you pull the string. DON'T bother me again, cuz I'm not helping any more than that." I left in search of Laure, he seemed interesting to talk to. 

Besides I need to make sure he was gonna vote for me.

The communication devices we were given to communicate with our teammates, yeah that, I threw that away.

I found Laure, in the safe zone, located right below the bridge to the outside for the tag. Just because I wasn't gonna participate doesn't mean I don't want to know if we will win. 

But with jerk face on this team and Bam on the other, that's unlikely to happen.

"Hey sleep-deprived guy, if you were to vote for me or Khun, you would vote for me, right?" No answers. So I took his blanket, he immediately woke up complaining.

"Give me back my blanket!" he shouted

"No! Not until you answer my question! You would vote for me over Khun, right?"

"I don't care, but if I say yes, will you give me back my blanket."

"Sure, why not." In your face you prick! You hear that! We're tied in votes, so you don't get to be the leader, I do! But it didn't matter anymore.

For his great cooperation with the amazing Iris. I, Iris Liberty, will grant him an incredible gift to the lowly commoner. I bestowed upon him an enchanted blanket so that when he wears it and says invisible mode, he turns invisible, and turns visible when he says visible mode. 

I also added that when he's deep sleeping, the blanket will be impossible to pry off, until he wakes up. So no one is going to be stealing my amazing work. I know it's hard not to want such an incredible thing, but stealing isn't nice.

He was very thankful, then we chanted for a while.

Until a blueberry ass face decided to ruin the party! Along with that ranker Quant guy. What are they doing down here anyway, aren't they supposed to be at the top of the bridge, escaping from the seeker/catching the tag?

"Did you fail already ass face? I'm impressed you didn't fail sooner." I mocked him.

"Oh, this is where you were, no wonder it wasn't annoying up there. But all good things come to an end." He sighed, mocking me too. That asshole!

"Anyways, where Laure? He's supposed to be here," he continued

"Don't know, I gave him an invisible blanket, so somewhere sleeping I guess."

"WHAT! YOU IDIOT!" He shouted, his face shocked. This made me happy, pushing people's buttons, and getting on their last nerves. My favorite.

"Hahaha, you should look at your face, it's priceless." I was laughing so hard, I think my ass was about to fall off.

When I stopped the laughing fit I decided to help him, not really, just so I can aggravate him more but he was faced away.

"So what, do you need help with? Whatever Laure was gonna do, I can do better." He turned to face me, I couldn't help but notice his cheeks looked lightly tinted in blush pink. No, it was probably just my Coral lighthouse. Yes, I have more than 2, extra credit rewards.

Khun P.O.V

When she was laughing, why did she look so cute? What the Jahad is happening to me.

Dammit, why do I want to see her laugh more? No, snap out of it. I have to focus on making A team's loss look realistic. But now that Laure isn't here, how is she gonna do better. 

I am curious, but now's not the time when you gotta make your team fail.

"Well I tricked the ranker, and now the tag's running to the exit, and we need to get him up to the bridge. But Laure was-"

"Say no more, easy peasy, lemon squeezy." What the hell?

She then asked the ranker a question, about speed. "Hold on tight," she said. She shot him up the bridge in no time.

What!

"AHHH!!!" Quant started screaming at the sudden boost of being shot up.

"EEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!" Ok, why is he screaming like a little girl? It can't be that bad, I've been flung up countless times, so I know, but the scream that much and like that, ridiculous

"eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!" His screaming was still heard as he went further away from us.

That is really ridiculous, utterly ridiculous.

My mouth hung open. I know some people are multiple positions but on the 2nd floor. That stuff can be expected at least on the 20th floor. Who is this girl? I have to look into her, but there's not one thing about her on the Lightnet.

The test was over, and A team lost. Just like I had planned, now Bam has a chance of passing.

I started to act, on about how it was my fault and whatnot. The rest of the team bought it, they even tried to comfort me. My plan was perfect.

"What are you guys talking about, he made us fai-" I can't let her ruin the plan! So I covered her mouth and pushed her out of the room. Slamming the door shut for privacy. 

But outside I heard...

"I didn't know Khun was the type to attract girls like 'that'."

"Ohhh Khun has a girlfriend."

"Such a player."

"You get her, my dude!" It continued on. I was trying to ignore their comments and not be embarrassed.

As I was ushering her in another room, I fell on top of her. So we were on the floor, with me on top.

"You idiot, do you know what I was trying to plan-"

"Of course I did, that's exactly the reason why I tried to tell them the truth, you were deceiving them! BASTARD!!"

*SLAP*

"Now get your filthy hands off of me!" She... slapped.... me?

"I never want to see an asshole like you AGAIN!" She stormed off. I have never felt like that in my life so-

"Regulars of team B, please prepare to take the test, that's all for now" Lero's voice boomed through the mic.
