This is mostly to fill Iris in on what's going on so she's not a clueless idiot. Anything underlines in this chapter means it's a search result.

Also, grammar and stuff might be exceptionally bad cuz the blond female dog with freckles was in this chapter. It was bad enough having to write her in. So I don't wanna re-read to spell check, to see a small scene with her.

Iris P.O.V

I went inside Bam's mind. Not actually more in a spiritual way. I'm that great I can even conquer minds.

There I saw him, long unkempt hair, tattered white dirty robe. Beside him stood a girl, not to be rube, but I'm going to be rude.

She uuggglyyyyy! It hurts my eyes.

She then disappeared, there chat stopping. Yes, don't have to see that ugly face EVER again. (a/n - Sadly, that's not the case, wish it was tho)

"Iris? What are you doing here? And where's Rachel?" Bam said, confused.

"You mean that girl, she left."

"WHAT! I gotta go after her." Is this guy an idiot too, why would she need to do that. Get some common sense, and she isn't interested. She clearly wants to leave you.

"Relax, this is only a figment of your imagination, a dream, but I need to ask you some questions. Important ones..."

"So this Rachel girl... Who is she anyway? She doesn't seem that useful."

"She is my star, she taught me everything I know. Without her, I would be all alone, still in this dark cave. That's why I followed her into the tower when she left. Wait where's everyone else."

"They're back in the real world, you see they're waiting for you to wake up at this very moment. I see why you're chasing her, but if you don't mind me asking, why do you continue to do so. She doesn't seem like a nice person if all she wants to do is see the stars, and doing so at any means necessary, like betraying friends."

"Rachel won't betray me, she just... just really wants to chase after her dreams... She wants to see the stars." Sounds like a bitch to me.

"Well, it's just, I'm a little mad. I need to go up the tower to deal with some things, find some answers, you know? But when you lost the game to save her, it felt all in vain..."

"So you wanted to go to the next floor, Ms Iris... I'm so sorry, I-i.."

"It's alright, I can always take the long way up, just will take a bit more time. But because of this, I need to go up as fast as possible, so I don't think I'll be able to help you much. But if we meet again on a higher floor, and you're still alive, I hope you find that girl you were looking for, and realize for yourself, who's actually important. Be careful."

"Anyways, Bam, you got wave controller position. But don't worry, that class will start later than the rest, so if you come with me now, you'll probably make it in time."

"Ok..." I filled him in on some last questions he had.

"Well, it was nice talking with you. I'll see you around."

"I hope you can find the answers you're looking for, bye!" he called out

"When I leave you'll wake up again, and that's when you'll see your teammates."

I left returning to the room, upon reappearing I saw shocked faces. Oh well, I don't really care. I left, it wasn't any of my business anymore.

Khun P.O.V

We were talking with Bam, and he explained how Iris woke him up and explained everything to him.

He asked where Rachel was. Before, she told me about him and how she couldn't let him follow her. 'So tell Bam that I'm not Rachel, but Michelle Light.' Something along the lines of that.

I couldn't let them meet, so I had to lie. I told him I don't know what he's talking about. That there wasn't a Rachel. The girl he saved was Michelle Light, not Rachel. He must have been so obsessed with trying to find her, he was blinded by everything going around him. 

So much so, he mistook a regular who is definitely NOT Rachel.

Iris P.O.V

Light bearer training had begun. We were given a lighthouse that is used to help us in battle and stuff. When I got mine it acted strange, shaking and twirling. Eventually, I just used shinsoo so suppress it.

The previous colour white, that hadn't changed when I touched it like it was supposed to, now changed to a gradient. 

Not green to purple though, or any of the two of the colours, like you'd expect it to change to your aura, eye-colour, hair colour.. etc. It changed depending on the light, making it chrome-like.

When I went to use in, on the screen appeared

'HOLO! SPECIAL ACCESS 1 < GRANTED.' Strange, what is this? Lero never mentioned such strange things were going to happen.

Last class, we learned about making contact with administrators. In this class, we were using the search engine to know more about the position.

Fisherman - They directly attack the enemy and disarm them, that's why they are at the center of the battle. Usually, they use a reel inventory to do this...

Spear Bearer - Use spears to attack the enemy, can though at a distance, but also assists the fisherman in battle....

Light Bearer - Lights up certain dark areas for the team to see, sends data to scouts and overall assists the team by backing them from afar...

Scout - Observes and helps the Fisherman in battle. Usually in the front to scout out the areas...

Wave Controller - Uses shinsoo to fight in battle by overpowering the opponent, or can assist. They are unable to dominate the battlefield...

So I have to be like on a team, to go up the tower... 

No, I'd rather be every position. Oh well, doesn't seem too hard, just need a tad bit of training.

After I was done reading while everyone else was not. I looked up some info. Because I didn't have anything better to do.

Jahad - King of towers. It is immortal like the 10 great families. They made contracts with administrators to do so. Not much is known, but he and his companions journeyed through the tower, until he stopped climbing at the 134th floor, and now resides there. He locked the further floors for unknown reasons, the keys are said to be split in half. One half being the 13-month series given to princesses of Jahad and the other crimson rings, owners unknown, but said to be seeds of the king...

134th Floor - Highest possible Floor accessible, Floor 135th is known to have a hostile administrator, such, no one has passed that floor...

13-month series - Given to chosen princesses of Jahad. Consists of 13 weapons varying in form, from needle to hook. Weapons: Silver January, White February, Black March, Green April, Yellow May, Luminous June, Indigo July, Blue August, Dark September, Red October, Golden November, Colourless December, and Rainbow Undecimber...

Jahad Princesses - Known to be like rare shoes, though they are beautiful, nobody can take them out and wear them. It is the desired position. Receiving the power of the king in exchange to serve him. Are chosen every several hundred years. Though they have the king's power, all of them are adopted.

Ranker- People who have climbed to the furthest place possible in the tower, the 134th floor. They are then assessed by a ranker from the ranking administrators office: Ranker, Advanced Ranker, High Ranker.

Advanced Rankers - Ranked in the top 10% of Rankers, around ten thousand in total.

High ranker- Ranked in top 1% of Rankers, described as gods among gods. The top five ranked in order is: Phantaminum (inactive) - Rank 1, Enryu (inactive) - Rank 2, Jahad (active) - Rank 3, Urek Mazino (active) - Rank 4, Arie Hon (active) - Rank 5......

Lol, this king of the tower guy Jahad is not even rank 1, Lmao. Pathetic. 

If you're trying to be all-powerful and mighty, at least have the power to make everyone bow down before you. 

Regulars - People who are chosen to climb the tower-

What a regular! I have never been that insulted in my life, being called ordinary, boring and basic!!!

Unlike irregulars who opened the gates themselves...

Administrator/Guardians - They rule over the shinsoo on floors, there is one on every floor. They have existed from ancient times, said to be the real gods of the tower. They are the ultimate rulers, and immortal. Until Proven wrong when Enryu Killed the 43rd Floor Guardian. All Guardians from the 1st to 134th floor have made a contract with Jahad. They are bound to the floors, except Headon, he can teleport.

That hideous rabbit creature!

10 great families - There were 12 people who conquered the floors with Jahad. Consists of: Ari Han, Arie Hon, Arlene Grace, Eurasia Blossom, Ha Yurin, Hendo Lok Bloodmadder, Khun Eduan, Lo Po Bia Head, Po Bidau Gustang, Tu Perie Tperie, V, Yeon Hana... 

I see that's why he was so arrogant. But using her family name is stupid. Like are you gonna jump off a cliff if they did too? But who are 'Arlene Grace and V', that makes 12 people, 1 plus Jahad, so...

Arlene Grace - Can't show results now, required to be on a higher floor and have higher access.

That makes no sense, the same thing happened with the 'V' person too.

What's the fastest way to climb the tower- Be strong and have a strong team... That is the quickest way. But the hell train can lead you from the 35th floor to the 44 floor. But it is extremely hard....

Hell train- Need a ticket to board, there is a limited amount so D-class regulars have to often fight to obtain one. Different and quicker than going from floor 35 to 44 normally. Because of this, it is extremely hard to complete. More results when you have boarded the Hell Train.

What is with these weird 'search later' stuff, it's so annoying.

Well, the class is over. Finally, I can get a break.

I heard the dork muttering about this 'Annak' person, and how he can't find info on her. Out of boredom, I looked into it.

Anaak Jahad - Dead, owner of the Green April. She is the only known princess to have ran away with a man. She is known as a disgrace to the Jahad family. So she, her husband and child was sentenced to death, but during the assassination, the child and Green April were lost. Speculation is the daughter of Anaak is climbing the tower with the Green April, planning revenge on the Jahad family and princesses. The child's whereabouts are unknown right now, but I sense she is within a 10 km distance from you.

Well, that last line was oddly directed at me, strange. But there's plenty of information, why's that jerk face being so stupid?

Can he not search up stuff using the light-house? Is he gonna fail? That would make my chances better.

What if he's disabled or something like he-

Naw, he probably just got more stupid, to the point he can't type, read, or spell.

Damn, I can't seem to find ANYTHING on Iris, and now I can't find proper information on Annak, just that she's dead.

ARRRRRRGGGGGG!!!

So damn annoying.

"Why is there no information on Annak Jahad except that she's dead, she's a Jahad for christ's sake. There should be more info on her!!!" I didn't realize I was saying it out loud. 

I stopped myself and continued the discussion with myself in my head.

And that Iris person, not a single piece of info!! The hecking lightnet was all like 'no results found'. What do you mean there's no info on someone!
