After this eventful final fight, Y/N was taking well deserved vacations, in the land of dreams

Y/N: Peaceful... I'm bored

Walking around, he saw a coffee shop, and went to order

Y/N: Oh, they have some oak cake rolls. Lucky

He went to the desk, to order

But at the same time...

Y/N & ???: I would like the last oak cake rolls please-

They stopped, before looking at each other, and blinked

Y/N: ....

Firefly: .....

Y/N: Yo, long time no see

Firefly: Y-Y/N! Oh, I'm so sorry, you can have this oak cake rolls, I'm not this hungry anyway-!

Y/N: We can share

Firefly: Oh, right....

Cashier: ...You two done flirting?

Firefly: H-Huh?! We're not-!

Y/N: We're totally together

She looked at him in shock, a slight pink dusting her cheeks, before she saw where he was looking

After getting their oak cake rolls, they sat on a bench, together, eating silently

She helped him up, as she saw him having a nose bleed

Taking a handkerchief out of her pocket, she gently wiped the blood and his nose

Y/N: Thanks...I felt lightheaded suddendly...

Firefly: You should be more careful... Well, at least you're ok!

She flashed him bright smile, as he once again fell down on the ground, face first

Firefly: A-Again?!

She helped him up, but this time, he had a wide smile on his face

Firefly: Why are you smiling like that...?

Y/N: Nothing to worry about. We can go now

As they walked together, Y/N and Firefly were in deep thought

Y/N: Thank god she didn't understood she was the one that made me feel lightheaded

Firefly: He totally was lightheaded because of me

And so, they kept going with their improvised date

They were back in the amusement park, as they stood in front of a punching ball machine

Worker: Come and test your might! The winner shall get a special coupon for a VIP place in the ferry wheels!

Firefly: Oh, that sounds fun! Let's go, Y/N!

He nodded, as he went first, and punched the machine, not linking with the path of Finality for it

Worker: An incredible 750! Mister sure pack a punch!

Y/N: Ha, funny you say that after Black Ops 6 released and it's pea-

Worker: Now, how about you miss? Would you like to try your chance?

Firefly: I would love to!

Worker: That girl don't know it's rigged, and lower your score by a random number-

She punched the machine, and it was sent flying into a wall, breaking in pieces

The Worker and Y/N's eyes widened, as she turn back, and smiled happily

Firefly: Did I won?

Worker: A-Ah, uhm... yes you did....

Firefly: Hehe!

While she was getting the VIP tickets, a group of woman approached Y/N, trying to flirt with him

Woman: Tell me, big guy, we would like to know something~

Woman 2: We have seen many mens that claimed they're competent, but they were just a huge let down~

Woman 3: So tell us, how big is yours~

He could have made a snarky remark, but he saw from the side, Firefly looking at them, with a blank look

Y/N: Small. Leave me alone

They stood there, shocked, as he walked away with Firefly, who had a firm grip on his arm

And so, they opened the ferry wheels

The first part of the trip was silent, none of them speaking

Firefly: I.... heard a lot about you... Either it was from Kafka, Silver Wolf, or even Blade...

Y/N POV

Firefly: Someone that even destiny couldn't control... Someone that is truly free... I wanted to meet you... to be like you...

She looked down, holding her knees, almost as if she was ashamed

Firefly: Kafka told me about you... the fact you lost everything years ago... But you managed to free yourself from your past, and be the one you're meant to be... So, even if it was for my own gain, I wanted to meet you... I-

I stopped her by patting her head, as she looked at me

Smiling, I answered confidentlty

Y/N: Then let's do our best to make sure you're free, Firefly! You can count on me for that!

Her eyes widened, as I saw tears appearing in her eyes, and she nod

Firefly: Yes... I promise, I won't let you down...

And due to her immense strengh, she pulled me to her, and hugged me

Firefly: It means a lot to me... More than you can ever imagine... Thank you...

I only smiled, hugging her back

Y/N: No problem... I'm here to help after all

And so, for the rest of the day, we talked about everything

She told me about her past, as a unit of the Iron Cavalry of Glamoth

How she fought alongside many SAM against the Swarm, and how she was the only one left afterwards

How she met Elio, Kafka, Silver Wolf and Blade

And so, I told my story too

How I arrived at the Herta space station, how I met the Express, how I met Stelle, and our journey in Jarilo VI and the Luofu

Firefly: Nanook really lost a Uno game against Stelle?

Y/N: That he did, and he is such a sore loser

She did her best to keep herself from laughing, but she failed, and giggled

Firefly: I-I never thought the Aeon of Destruction would act like a child at times

Y/N: You learn something everyday

We both shared a laugh, and went on with the day

Narrator POV

They were walking together, Firefly holding a plushie of Clockie, while Y/N carried the Super Limited Figure of Robin in a School uniform that he """legally""" got

Firefly: Today was fun....

Y/N: It really was

Firefly: Y/N.... Are you sure you don't want to join the Stellaron Hunters? 

Y/N: I have a lot of things to do before taking my decision. Until then, I'm staying with the Express

Firefly: I see....

Y/N: But just because we're not on the same team means we're enemies

She looked at him, as she saw his gentle smile

Y/N: Express or Stellaron Hunters.... I grew fond of all of you

She smiled warmly, before holding his hand, and interlocking fingers with him

Firefly: Then don't worry, because we're all fond of you too, Y/N!

And so, the date between Firefly and Y/N, ended in a positive notes, and a mutual feeling between them
