Duke Inferno POV

The moment they both yelled, and their power clashed, silence happened for a few minutes in the room, as we looked at the barrier

That man made it here in less than 30 minutes, and is fighting our enemy?

He was sliding back slightly from the pressure of the attack

But what disturbed me, was what Dubra said

Dubra: He's..... smiling?

They both disappeard out of view, as we heard clashing, and laughing all around the place

Something crashed behind us, as I turn around, and could barely make out the figure of Y/N L/N, who was rushing back at the stranger

And on his trail, the hallway was being destroyed from the pressure of his steps

We're clearly no match against them

And I thought I would have reached my goal this easily

Narrator POV

Acheron and Y/N were fighting, rushing all around the mansion, clashing fist and sword

Y/N was about to attack again, before a slash at his throat was made

Acheron: It's over for you

She was about to stab his heart, but Y/N used his injuries at his advantage, and tossed blood at her eyes, blinding her, not even for half a second

She recovered quickly, and opened her eyes, and see Y/N was clinging on her, legs locking around her waist, and arms around her neck

Acheron: This fast-

Y/N/Nanook: Before creation.......

He let go of her with his arms, and aimed at her with his finger, with a smirk

Y/N: People of the path of Destruction take damage, but transform said damage into powers. The closer you are to Nanook, the less pain you feel, and so, the more damage you can stack, and use one devastating blow

With all the damaged he received and stacked, at this moment, the output of the attack Y/N would unleash, reached 200%

Y/N/Nanook: Comes Destruction!

Her eyes widened, as she was hit directly, and was sent flying through multiple walls

Y/N's injuries were slowly healing, his smirk still plastered on his face

Y/N: Fucking asshole, that hurt you know?

Acheron landed in front of him, bleeding from her head

Acheron: It is a fight, after all. You can't blame me for fighting you with everything I have

They both stared at each other, before turning around, stopping the fight

Acheron: Next time we meet, we will end this. I have things to handle at the moment

She walked away, as Y/N looked at her, the glow in his eyes slowly dying down

He stretched a bit, before letting a yawn

Y/N: Took me more energy than needed. Tanking an authority for 10 minutes straight sure took a toll on me.....

Looking back, he saw the Duke Inferno, approaching him

Y/N: Still wanna fight?

Duke Inferno: No need. I already know I wouldn't stand a chance against you

This got the duke attention, as Y/N looked at him, smiling

This got a gasped by his follower, as they looked at him

And.... he started to laugh

Duke Inferno: He finally noticed my efforts! In the end, I am no fool!

He tapped his cane on the ground, as what remains of the manor, light up

Duke Inferno: Y/N L/N! I have misjudged you! You truly are worthy of his blessing!

The Duke walked away, as Y/N looked at the remaining four, smirking

Y/N: Make sure to support him way more. He ain't young anymore after all

They all nodded, as Caterina laughed, pattin his back roughly

Caterina: And here I thought you were just all talk no bite!

Y/N: Do that again, and even Yamoshi wouldn't be able to save you

Caterina: Oh? Is that a challe-

He flicked her forehead, as she was sent flying to a wall, crashing

When she landed on the ground, she was seeing stars

While they were talking, Stelle and March dragged Y/N away from Aventurine

He was sitting in a sofa, his arms crossed, pouting

Y/N: You should have let me teach that guy a lesson

March: And cause drama before we even get in? No thank you

Stelle: You would have won anyway

Welt: Y/N, could you come for a minute?

Y/N: What's up? Except outer space after that giant hotel building

Himeko: There is a problem with your reservation

Meh, just a little problem in their system, right?

Y/N: What do you mean I'm already checked in your system?

Alley: I'm terribly sorry. It seemed you have checked in 4 days ago, and every identity test were done

Y/N didn't say anything, before letting a sigh

Y/N: I'll be in the express and wait for you all to comeback then

He walked away, hands in his pockets

And so, Y/N went back to the express, and slept all the way of the journey, missing out everything
