Chapter 64: Misconceptions

Jimin followed along Jungkook as he was getting dragged far from Taehyung, Hoseok and Yoongi. Jungkook just didn't want Jimin getting his hands dirty and of course, jumping in on something that had nothing to do with him. Jimin looked forward to see him holding hands with Jungkook as the younger was bolting towards the other side of the dock, far away from the three.

"Ah, Jungkook you could have let me say hi!" Jimin giggled as Jungkook shook his head.

"No. You are with me. Besides, I don't like either of them." Jungkook added with a smile as he then took a turn to walk with Jimin over to a food cart that sells dessert. "Are you hungry?"

"Jungkook, how could you not like them? You barely even know them." Jimin giggled as he looked at the small board of what the cart had to offer. The sweets that was being prepared there was bright multicolored cotton candy, thick, warm and fluffy waffles served with ice cream and whipped cream, softserved ice cream that came in yogurt, ice cream flavors that consisted in strawberry, chocolate, vanilla and mint chocolate. Lastly, there was goldfish bread with bean paste inside it,  baking until it reached a crispy look with just a fluffy inside that housed the bean paste.

"I'll buy." Jungkook offered as Jimin smiled and looked up at Jungkook.

"You don't have to, I wil-"

"Two waffle ice creams with whipped cream and one big multicolored cotton candy." Jungkook said as he pulled out his wallet while the elder started to make the fluffy waffles in front of them and make the cotton candy in the meantime.

"Ah, Jungkook you didn't have to! I can buy-"

"Shh. If you keep talking I'll order you the bean paste goldfish."

"But Jungkook, I don't like beans!" Jimin giggled as Jungkook made a smirk.

"Oh I know you don't~" Jungkook responded as he could see the elder who was preparing the desserts, hold a smile at how cute Jungkook was to his boyfriend, Jimin. Jimin then hugged Jungkook and let out a giggle as he placed his head on the younger's shoulder. There was no way Jimin was ever thinking of ruining such a beautiful moment like this by telling Jungkook that he didn't have long to stay in Busan forever. Just the way Jungkook wanted it. Jimin thought of other ways to stay... But the only way was to blog the same usual things in busan and slowly lose popularity on the company's blog, or... Quit the job and stay for Jungkook. Which Jimin wished he didn't mind doing... But he loved his job no matter how much headaches came his way.

Jimin walked over to the bench that face a long dock similar to the one by his apartment. He sat down and waited for the younger there as Jimin  had to think more on leaving soon. How could he tell the one he loves, someone who hasn't been in a relationship before, someone who's heart grew weak by watching the love of his life even utter a word about leaving... And someone who was familiar to the life of isolation and was capable of going back if one thing didn't go his way. Jungkook was sensitive about this.

"What the fuck do I tell him? Look at him... He's too happy. He's never been this happy before! I can't tell him... But even worst... I can't lie to him." Jimin thought and rested his head on the palm of his hands while gazing down at the concrete pavement under the bench. "I can't think of this now.. I should be happy and enjoy spending time with my Jungkookie. Not think of ways of letting him down easy." Jimin sighed. "If I don't think about this now... When will I ever? He deserves to know..." Jimin added as Jungkook let out a chuckle behind him while holding the items in his hands.

"Tell me what, Jiminie?~" Jungkook asked as Jimin flinched and looked back at Jungkook standing there almost like an obsessive, clingy but cute boyfriend. Jimin completely forgot that Jungkook loves to show up out of no where like a small little surprise to his lover. "Do you have something to tell me?"

"A-Ah of course not!" Jimin giggled and began to smile cutely as Jungkook handed Jimin his plastic bowl of waffles and chocolate ice cream over it, he gave Jimin a can of warm coffee milk too.

"Are you... Sure..? It's me being clingy.. Isn't it?" Jungkook asked as Jimin shook his head and moved over to let Jungkook sit down next to him. The boy held a plastic bowl of the waffles and ice cream, warm coffee milk and a big cotton candy on a stick that had a bright blue, pink and yellow colors on it with different sweet flavors. "Tell me if there's something wrong with me, Park Jimin."

"There's nothing wrong with you, Jungkookie! I was just thinking... A-About us if we start living together." Jimin lied again. He didn't want to lie but it was the only thing he had to do just so Jungkook wouldn't get upset and think over it the whole night.

"L-Living together?! Oh we should!  You'll never leave my side like that and we'll wake up to see each other's beautiful face first thing in the morning and right before we fall asleep." Jungkook said excitingly. "I want you in my life... I want you to be in every second of it." Jungkook stated as Jimin blushed in return and did feel slightly upset that he had to lie. Who knew how broken Jungkook really could be on the inside?

"I guess we can discuss this more later." Jimin added as Jungkook smiled and looked at Jimin so sweetly. The boy had no idea that this was soon going to lead into Jimin's departure.

Meanwhile, Hoseok stood up from the bench and looked at the two. "I'l get us something from the food cart! Please talk together and no fighting." Hoseok added with a smile before quickly walking off to the food carts as Taehyung and Yoongi was left in silence.

Taehyung didn't want to say a thing to Yoongi... He knew if he said one thing, the older would use it against him and diss him for anything! Taehyung really wanted to end this feud and let out a sigh. "This is stupid.." Taehyung said as he watched Yoongi sit up and smirk, cracking his knuckles and looking back at Taehyung.

"Stupid?~" Yoongi wondered as Taehyung could practically hear the flames Yoongi would spit from his mouth enough to say it's better than rapping a diss.

"Calm down, Lil Meow Meow. I don't want anything to do with this feud. Why don't we just suck it up and let Hoseok go to whoever he wants?"

"Meow meow?" Yoongi whispered. Listening to Taehyung.

"Hoseok should love who he wants.. We want him to be happy... Right? So... Why don't we let him love who he wants?" Taehyung asked, feeling as if this would be the end to this big fight.

"Who does he want then..? Surely not you... Surely not me..." Yoongi added as this confused Taehyung. Did he not see anything that went down during the snowfall? How Hoseok allowed Taehyung to rest on his shoulder while he wrapped his arm around him?

              "W-What are you talking about?"

"Oh little Tae-Tae, so young and oblivious..." Yoongi then chuckled and looked at Taehyung. "I'm just as confused as you. It seems like.. He wants us both."

"N-No... No he doesn't!  Hoseok loves me..." Taehyung added in disbelief.

"Alright... I won't go any further to ruin your relationship." Yoongi mentioned and looked down at the hand he held with Hoseok.

            "Tell me..."

Yoongi then held up his hand and looked at Taehyung. "During the first snowfall, he held my hand, smiling at me while you layed your head on his shoulder. Then, he was just holding my hand the whole time while we were sitting here. Only time he pulled away was to stand up and go to the food cart.

"Y-You're lying to me... You just don't want me with Hoseok! That's why you tagged along."

"What I was promised was to go with Hoseok to the festival together. I just thought you tagged along because you were just too clingy." Yoongi added and folded his arms to lay back against the bench. "But why should you believe me? I'm just this cruel man who wants Hoseok..."

"There could be a better explanation for this! H-He... He could have just wanted us to be friends!" Taehyung replied and tried to look at the brighter side of things but it didn't seem to add up!  Hoseok was holding Yoongi's hand through the first snowfall and even when they were sitting together. This made Taehyung feel like he had to talk this one out with Hoseok alone. The boy just couldn't lose Hoseok over something taken out of context.

Knowing Hoseok was the type to be honest, he knew the older would never twist his words. When Hoseok returned with three big goldfish bread with sweet bean paste inside the crispy outter layer of the bread, he held three cans of cold beer and sat in the middle of the two. Yet, Taehyung couldn't help but to look at Hoseok and wonder why would he do that to his ex, someone who inflicted emotional pain upon him before?

Hoseok handed the two the snacks as Yoongi first opened the can of beer and gave a look at Taehyung. Hoping he would understand what was happening now.

"You two are silent! Did you both fight or something?" Hoseok laughed and made a contagious smile as Yoongi coughed and looked at Hoseok.

"Of course we didn't!" Yoongi responded and looked at Taehyung who was sitting there silently. "Right, Taehyung?"

"...Right..." Taehyung responded and looked at the goldfish bread and felt Hoseok place his arm around the the younger softly, making Taehyung wonder if Hoseok was holding Yoongi's hand at the moment too.
