I was sobbing my life out of me. It was miserable, it has always been miserable. It has always been one thing or the other. Give me a break. Even I'm human.

Thud.. Thud..

Someone entered the terrace. "Ash, what are you doing here?" It was Kyle.

I couldn't even keep my head held up high. I couldn't face the reality. I couldn't reply.

"Ashton", he spoke again and this time he started walking towards me,"what happened?" His sweet voice was more than I expected. I couldn't comprehend.

He sat beside me and laid his hand over my shoulders, "Ash, tell me what happened? This is what friends are for?"

I looked at him and felt like a piece of trash. Telling the tales of my miserable live and gaining sympathy, is all what I'm good at. Is all, I'm good for. I'm pathetic.

"I'm pathetic"

"No you're not. I know you'll make it." His voice felt so assuring, it felt like everything's going to be alright.

"How can you be so sure?"

"Well I've something that will help you."

"How can you have everything every damn person needs every single time?"

"I don't know about everyone, but I know about you." He pulled something out of his pocket and gave it to me.

"Its a cross. What will this do? Magic. Make everything alright."

"No it wouldn't but you would. Its just my lucky charm, my wishes or what you call blessings to make you believe in yourself. You can do whatever you want."

"Believe in myself. Its like the crap every motivational class talks about."

"And its true. Just look at the cross, if no one believed in it, it would be nothing just a piece of article that nobody gives a damn about, and now look at what it has become, just by believing.I believe you and you should too."

"Everything will be fine?"

"It surely will." He held my hand, promising me that he will always stay with me, near me. So I guess its the only thing I can do, BELIEVE.

"By the way, how did you come here?" He asked.

"I should be asking you the same question."

"You first."

"The school pipe."

"I was waiting for someone."

"In the school?"

"Yup."He nodded along, "I should be going. She might have finished her work. Bye"

"Bye."

Finally it's the break. I can't believe how I survived this torture session.

I was like the first person to rush towards the canteen. I'm human bro, and we feel hungry.

"Ashton", it was Cassidy running towards me,"Ashton" she huffed, man! What a stamina.

"I just got to know that you're taking part in Jeanette's silly date game. I'm glad that you did, it was like her desire since ages. I'm so happy that you made her dream come true."

"It's no big deal." I smiled.

"Well you should have seen her when this idea popped in her head. We all assumed that she's gone crazy. In the end, we still agreed."

"Actually it was quite unique. It was strangely attractive, if you get want I mean."

"I do and I approached you for this same reason. My hobby is, you can call me silly but it's , helping in the school and I know you haven't had your school tour yet. So I thought my date would be showing off this lovely school."

Lovely, my foot. I still smiled.

Kyle came out of the door, walking towards us, hugged me by surprise.

"Everything will be alright." He whispered softly.

"Yesterday was yesterday. I wish I could call it a myth but it isn't. I'm fine now, thanks."

"What happened yesterday?" Cassidy questioned.

I know mom's angry but why?

She didn't utter a single word during our car journey. She didn't ask me what happened in school, like she usually does. She didn't even wait for me at the door, what happened? What did I do wrong?

Mom was still constantly ignoring me like I'm some kind of nuisance. I got to know what's happened and knowing my mom, her live is saved in her phone. I might get some clues.

I sneaked in her room when she was in the kitchen, luckily her phone was on charging, voilà my luck is awesome.

I started checking her recent mails, emails and what not. A message from school flashed. Maybe that's the cause.

Dear ma'am,
I know your daughter has faced many hardships for entering our school. I appreciate the effort but it is a sad news that she is an insolence to our school. She might have scored well in entrance but she's still a average student. I know she's conditionally accepted so with the support of the high authorities, our school would like to give her a chance, she needs to score a distinction in the upcoming tests for one month at least, otherwise according to the school's guidelines, she will be rusticated. It's a sad news, but I will pray for her well-being.

What the fuck? How could she do that? That bitch.

How is this possible? Once I entered the school, isn't it their responsibility to make me study. Well they are making me study hard, but this is not right. Why would she do that? Who gave her the authority?

She's the Vice Principal stupid. Of course she has rights, but she shouldn't violate them. Who is she to judge me by my marks?

Now what will I do?

"Nothing much" I grinned.

But still what will I do? It's not like a miracle is going to happen that a barely passed student gets a 5.0 all of the sudden.

Man! I'm screwed. I hate you bitch. Now don't make me regret my actions.

Hey guys, I know that it's been a long time. But it's not that long, so you can forgive me, and my exams are still going on. So I'm sorry.

So this was like the only time I didn't try to post and lucky part, I got to know alot of awesome people and this chapter is dedicated to them. Hold on tight cause the list is long.......
