"Rose. Where are you?" I called her up and inquired.

"I'm coming. I'm coming. Patience Ash." She replied.

The same scenario was the the rest of the group as well.

The guys told me to be here by five and now they're the ones behind schedule. We were supposed to meet 'Everlasting Madness' today.

Fuck! All of them are late.

I started humming and wandered around in the mall....

... It seems that someone else is also in the same boat.

"Hey", I approached him, "Dallas,right?"

"Yup", he nodded.

We wandered around together and it became less boring....

Or I wish it had happened this way.

To be honest, this is what happened:
I was overwhelmed by the sight of Dallas that I screamed his name like some crazy psychopath and was constantly waving.

He must be embarrassed and shrugged it off. Or I guess that must have happened since I turned away in regret and walked away. As far as possible. I'm disappointed in me.

Where are the brains bro?

I sat peacefully on the bench thinking that I am doomed.

Okay, not so peaceful but I sat down.

"Hey, this is for you." It was a Starbucks cup. I looked up to see Dallas smiling at me.

I felt like saying 'bro, you're treating a sociopath with coffee. You're the kindest person ever.'

Instead I said, "thanks", which suppressing all the other words I wanted to say.

"Anyways...", he sat beside me," what should we do?"

"Wait I presume." I replied.

He smiled.

"As far as I know my friends, at least one hour is wasted." He spoke.

"Then....", I activated my thinking mode, " let's try to know each other. I know it sounds stupid but it's better than sitting idle."

I stood up, drank my coffee and pulled him up. "Let's shop." I suggested.

"Look I don't have that much money that you were expecting." He remarked.

"Neither do I." I responded, "let's go."

We went to a beautiful bakery( I didn't look at the name) and it was not that beautiful. It's beautifully beautiful.

Anyways, back to the topic.

I asked the cashier to give me the desert samplings. Dallas tagged along.

There was a really pretty chocolate fudge brownie.

"Can I try that?" I asked while pointing towards the masterpiece.

He, the cashier, gave a small piece of it.

Dallas got interested in trying too.

We ate several types of chocolate pastries, red velvet, blueberry and many more.

There were alot of different types of luxurious chocolates present. We tried them all.

It was a mouthwatering experience but wait, it isn't over. The ice cream counter is left....

All trying everything possible item they have, he asked me, "it's good but not that great. Do you want anything?"

"I agree with you. Let's try somewhere else." I lied.

The stuff was heaven. I found the heaven on earth.

We stormed out. I pity the cashier. Poor guy.

Gosh! I'll miss this place.

After exiting the bakery, we kept on laughing for couple of minutes.

It was fun.

While laughing, I noticed a Peter pan, Wendy and lost boys' tattoo on his hand. It was really something.

"You like Peter Pan?"

"Duh! It's the best childhood fantasy ever." He replied. "Let's go there."

Next stop was the accessories shop. We tried few crazy things and took some selfies.

Salesperson brought more stuff so we took more selfies.

It was hell alot of fun.

There was a beautiful chain with a heart pendant. I was mesmerized by its beauty.

"Ash, let's go. The stuff is not that good."

"Coming." I replied while leaving the chain behind.

There were many competitions held at mall and since we got bored with wandering. Actually, tired.

We sat down on a bench and watched what was going on.

"The best singer will receive a gift hamper from the one and only Hamleys." The anchor anounced.

The hamper was filled with soft toys I soft toy lover could dream of. Weird prize, people might think but I seemed great.

"There's no age limits since we're always a child at heart. Single, duet and group, everything is acceptable." The anchor continued, "any volunteers?"

I raised my hand and pulled Dallas along. We hopped on the stage.

"You're crazy", he whispered.

"Crazy for soft toys." I replied. "Which song?"

"I don't want to live forever by Zayn and Taylor." I told the anchor and the background music started playing.

He started with the intro. Let me tell you that his voice is magical.

He was in sinc with the beats. It was amazing.

I had my mind blown but this is my time to shine. Although I improvised on the song with him, adding small delicate touches, solo is a different issue.

We both sang our parts together. It was marvellous.

Audience was shocked and we won the hamper without the competition.

Can't help it if I'm lucky.

"Ashton, you sing?" Someone from the crowd shouted.
