"Have fun you two." My mother gives a pedo smile.

"A-Ama!" I blush.

"Bye onee-chan!" I crouch down and hug the twins.

"B-Bye!" I stand back up and wave as I walk down stairs, following behind Kaoru.

When we exit the house I see the limousine and my heart pounds.

"Kako?" Kaoru turns around and I jump up.

"I-I said stop calling me that! Otherwise i'll just go back in!"

He grins. "Okay sorry! Luna."

I felt my eye twitch.

It feels weird when he calls me Luna...

I storm up to him.

"Ladies first." He holds his hand out and I stare at the open door.

"U-Uh... O-Okay..." I slide in and nervously wait for him to get in.

He gets in and shuts the door. "Oh!" I jump up slightly and he looks at me.

"A-Are you okay?"

"Y-yeah! Why wouldn't I be?"

"Oh... You just look really agitated..."

Why am I so nervous? I wasn't this nervous when they dropped me off...

The car starts moving and I latch onto him.

"Ka-Luna!" He looks at me.

I quickly pull away.

"S-Sorry!" I turn around and touch my burning cheek.

"It's fine! But w-why did you...?"

"It's nothing! Really!" I look out the window and see the light from other cars.

I jump back.

"Ack!"

I open my eyes and the first thing I see is Kaoru's golden eyes.

"Ah!" We both scream and quickly sit up.

"I-I'm sorry!" I hold my hand up.

"N-No! It's okay. Why are you...?"

"I-I'm scared of riding in c-cars!" I blurt out. My vision blurred and I shut my eyes tightly.

Apa...

A few seconds later, I feel a warmth surround me. I open my eyes.

"Sorry..." He whispers.

"K-Kaoru..." I place my hand on his arm.

I can't explain this feeling. I was pretty sure my heart was beating faster than a person who has just ran a marathon. My whole body was hot and my heart was aching happily.

"I-It's not your fault..." I squeeze the sleeve of his jacket.

I was scared but at the same time... So happy. I just wanted to wrap my arms around him tightly... have him kiss my forehead and tell me that he's going to protect me. But i'm also SO confused... Why do I want that?

He pulls away and looks at me. He places both hands on my cheek and wipes my tears.

I quickly pull away completely and look away.

"T-Thanks..."

Silence.

"Yeah..." Is all he says before sitting back.

Is he mad?

I look out the window and see many cars. I cautiously look at him and see him take out his phone. I move closer to him slightly and his warmth makes me feel better.

He turns his phone on and I see something familiar.

I gasp.

I-Isn't that my graffiti?!

Kaoru looks up at me. "What's wrong?"

"T-That's..." I point to his wallpaper.

What if he's one of those people that are against street art? No, otherwise he wouldn't have it as his wallpaper...

"N-Nothing! Never mind!" I shake my head.

"It's cool, right?" He smiles and unlocks his phone.

Curious, I look at what he was doing.

"Oh yeah. Ana gave you that phone right? Did you bring it?"

My mouth twitches. "W-Well... I gave it to my mother..." I say and he stares at me. "I don't really need a phone like that. I wouldn't really know what to do with it. I don't really have any friends I could call and my mother needs it more than I do..." I shrug.

He stares at me for a moment longer and then smiles. "But i'm your friend, aren't I?"

My heart panged.

"Y-Yeah." I nod.

"I'll get you another one then." He smiles.

"N-No! Don't! I-I don't know why you think you even have to get me a phone like that in the first place. I haven't really done any thing for you..." I look down.

He pats my head. "Receiving things is nice, but I much prefer giving."

I look up at him and bite my bottom lip.

Badum! Badum!

Why do you do that?

I manage a small smile and he quickly pulls his hand away.

"Y-You want to play a game?" He holds his phone up.

"S-Sure!"

He moves up closer to me, our shoulders touching.

"I have a lot..." He slides his finger and every page has games. He looks up at me and shrugs. "Miya likes to play games..."

I chuckle and he taps on an app. "Oh."

The first thing that appears is a male character.

"The sims." Kaoru says.

"What is it?" I ask.

"Uh... It's a game where you can create your own family and... Look after them."

I nod and look back down.

"D-Do you want to create a family together?" Kaoru asks and I jump back.

"W-What?!"

"On the game I mean!" He holds his hands up.

"O-Oh..." I chuckle and nod. "Okay."

Kaoru let's me create his character and he creates mine.

"W-What should their relationship be?" He asks and I look at the screen to see many options available.

Acquaintances... Friends... Dating... Engaged... Married.

I blush.

"U-Uhm... Up to you."

"Okay, how about I close my eyes and randomly choose one?"

"Sure."

--Kaoru POV--

I close my eyes.

"Okay go." I hear her say.

I open one eye slightly and choose 'dating'

I open my eyes fully and pretend to be clueless.

"What did I choose?"

"D-Da... Dating..." She pouts and blushes.

I grin.

Dating.
