"A new host?!" All the girls squeal and some faint as I stood there bewildered.

This feels weird.

"Smile." Ana nudges my arm and I force a smile. She giggles as I feel my lips twitch. "Don't force it. Think of something that makes you smile."

The first thing that came to mind was when Ageha and Ota touched Kaoru's hair.

I smile unconsciously.

"KYA! HE'S SO CUTE!" A girl squeals.

"Uh-" I scratch my head. "So what's a type?"

"Oh a type is well... What type of host you are." Ana shrugs.

"Oh? What type is everyone?" I ask.

"Tamaki is the princely type." She says and I look Tamaki.

No. I don't see it.

"Miya is the sadist type." I nod. "Hikaru and Kaoru are the mischievous type." I nod in agreement. "Kyoya the cool type." I snicker. "Haruhi the natural type." I tilt my head. "Honey the boy lolita." I nod again. "And Mori the strong and silent type."

"What type are you Ana-senpai?" I ask and her cheeks flush red.

"The perfect type." She smiles shyly.

"Oh... I can see why." I grin.

"Oh Tamaki watch out! The new host will steal Anakaia away from you!" A girl says and Tamaki zooms toward us.

"Mine!" He hugs Ana and the girls squeal.

My ears are ringing from all this noise.

"Can you introduce him to us?" The girls ask Kyoya.

"Uh... Everyone!" Kyoya claps and everyone looks up at him. "As you all may know! We have a new host!"

The girls clap.

I stood there staring at the ground.

"We still have yet to find out what type he is!" Tamaki interjects. "But meet our new host! Kako Kisaki!"

The girls murmur.

"Isn't that a girl's name?"

"Doesn't matter! He's cute!"

"Wow..." They all clap.

"Kako! What a handsome name!"

Handsome...

"Well hello there handsome!" Hikaru and Kaoru appear next to me.

"Wh-!"

"What are you doing just standing here?" Hikaru pokes my temple.

"Yeah. Go talk to them." Kaoru smirks.

"But I-"

They shove me toward a group of girls and I stumble into the middle of their circle.

"KYAH! It's new host!" They surround me and I shrink back.

"He's so small!" They gush.

"I love your hair Kako-kun!" A blonde says as she touches my hair and the other's join in.

Kun...

"He's so adorable!"

"Your skin is so smooth!"

"Ladies, you're scaring him." A brunette says and they all take a step back away from me. "Leiko Kitsune." She shakes my hand.

"Uhm... Kako Kisaki."

She looks so sad.

"Just looking at you makes my day!" She grins.

"Oh uh... thank you." I avert my eyes away from her and my eyes meet with Kaoru's. His cheeks turn a slight pink and he looks away.

Why is he always staring at me? It's kind of creepy.

"Same here! Kako-kun you're so cute you make me happy!"

They all shower me with compliments.

When host club hours were over I plopped down onto the sofa.

"How tiring..." I sigh.

"How was your first day?" Ana sits next to me.

"A mess."

She chuckles and then looks over at Kaoru and snickers. "He's been keeping an eye on you all day today." She whispers.

"W-What?" I felt the colour rise to my cheeks and I look down.

"You must be hungry." Haruhi walks up to me with a tray in hand.

"Oh uh-"

"Eat!" Miya shoves a rice ball into my hand.

"A rice ball?"

"I made it." She grins.

"T-Thank you."

"Miya's surprisingly a good cook." Ana says.

"What's that suppose to mean?!" Miya wraps her arms around Ana and pouts.

I stare at the rice ball and look at Miya. She nods as if encouraging me and I take a bite.

"Hmm it's good." I nod happily and she grins.

"Kaoru! You're girlfriend is so cute!" Miya says and I almost choke on the rice.

"What!? No way! I won't let you take her innocence! I've already failed with Miya but I won't fail this time!" Tamaki stands in front of Hikaru.

"That's Hikaru you baka!" Miya rolls her eyes.

Tamaki flinches and runs to the corner of the room.

"So Thursday you start for real!" Miya turns to me.

"Oh yeah..." My stomach churns.

"Don't worry. We'll find out what type you are. You just haven't opened up to us yet." Ana smiles.

They all nod in agreement.

Open up?

"What're you reading?" I walk over to Kaoru and he jumps as I take a seat next to him.

"Just a magazine." His cheeks turn a slight pink.

"Oh... Oh!" My eyes widen when I see the lady gaga concert advertisement. "Heeeee." I stare at the page and Kaoru peers at my face.

"You like her?"

"I love her." I grin.

"Are you going?" He points to the website address and I scoot away from him.

"N-No... I'm a commoner remember?" I look down and shuffle my foot.

"Oh?" He smirks.

"Woah!" I gasp as I enter the limousine.

They all chuckle as I look around the spacious car.

"It's big..."

"Really?" Tamaki looks around with his brows furrowed.

"I can't even..." Miya mumbles and face palms.

I giggle.

"Oh looks like there's no more space!" Hikaru gasps and puts his leg up on the seat as Kaoru stood in the door way with an unamused expression.

"The only space left is... next to Luna!" Miya claps her hand over her mouth and lies down on the space next to Kyoya.

"You can sit next to me-ACK!" Tamaki starts but Hikaru and Miya tackle him.

Ana, Haruhi and Honey giggle as Kaoru takes a seat next to me and closes the door.

What're they trying to do?

I shift around in my seat and look out the window.

In the corner of my eye I see Kaoru taking out his phone.

"Yoink!" Miya snatches his phone.

"Hey!" Kaoru reaches out for it but Ana holds her hand out and he huffs as he sits back down.

"Just let me put... Luna's number-" I cut Miya off.

"Huh!? How did you get my number?"

"Ana." She looks at Ana.

I look at Ana and she shrugs.

My phone rings and I take it out.

"There. Save Kaoru's number." Miya grins.

"Um..." I hesitate and she snatches my phone off of me.

"What the hell is this?" She inspects my phone.

"It's like a... black brick." Tamaki mumbles as they gather around my phone.

"You need a new phone." Miya looks up at me and says bluntly.

"I-I'm okay with that." I scrunch up my nose in embarrassment as they stare at my phone curiously.

"Her birthday is suppose to be this week!" Kaoru interjects.

"Hey!"

"Ohhh." They all smirk.

They're so weird.

"We've arrived."

We stop in front of my apartment and they all gasp.

"It's even smaller than Haruhi's." They all say in unison.

"Can we come in!?" Tamaki asks.

"U-Um... I actaully-"

"Okay. This saturday." Kyoya says and scribbles down his book.

"But you can't I have-Um-" Miya pushes me out of the car and Kaoru hands me my bag.

"Give them some privacy!" Miya closes the door behind Kaoru.

"Um... I'm sorry about that..." He looks down.

"Heh. That's okay." I play with a badge on my bag.

"So what do you want for your birthday?" He asks and I look up.

"Oh no y-you don't have to get me anything."

"Hm?" He smiles.

"!"

His smile...

My cheeks burn and I look away.

"See you tomorrow." I turn around.

"See you Kako!"

"Luna!" I turn around and he gets into the car with a cheeky smile.

I watch the car drive off.

What was that?

"I'm home!" I announce as I take my shoes off.

"Oh! Welcome back sweetheart." My mum comes in and gasps.

"?"

"Kako?" She cautiously takes a step toward me.

"Luna."

"You look different." She looks at my hair and uniform. "Where did you get the uniform?" She takes my bag.

"Uh you know those people I met at the carnival with Ageha and Ota?"

"The beautiful people?" She sits down.

"Yeah. They gave it to me."

"For free!? The same boy... Kaoru!?" Her eyes widen.

"Uh yeah..."

"Woah! How nice of him! I want to meet him!" She winks.

"Ama... Where are the bozus?" I ask as I put my shirt on.

"They went to Revy's." I nod. "Where are you going?"

"Eh y'know. The park." I shrug.

"Alright don't come back too late. I have to leave at 7." She stands up and walks into her room.

"Kay."

I sit in front of my mirror.

"Kako..."

I put my wig on and stare at my reflection.

"Luna."
