It's called "To the Moon and back" because across the whole plot line certain things happen and there are so many near death experiences that this phrase is said over and over again "I love you to the moon and back." Plus Narry and Ziam are high school sweet hearts and Narry and Ziam are pregnant after graduation

It's kind of Narry and Ziam and they have kids. Narry has got Braden Caleb Horan-Styles and Alexander Gabriel Horan-Styles and Ziam has just one son Amir James Malik-Payne. They Are born on the same day only that Niall gives birth on his due date and Zayn is a couple weeks overdue. Preferably I'd like the story to start with the Narry and Ziam births with a quick flashback how Niall and Zayn got pregnant in the first place. Also I'd like Alexander to be born with a defect of the heart and lungs causing him to be born not breathing and his heart to collapse but the doctors manage to save his life.

Then I would like a brief one or two chapters on how the three kids grow up and the mischief they get into. And how their relationship builds. Alexander is the youngest out of the three which make Amir and Braden feel extremely protective of him especially since he's got the heart/lung defect since birth.

This leads to Braden and Amir hating each other because Braden feels as though Amir is taking his little brother away from him and since he's one of the troublemaker type Braden hates him even more since he believes Amir to be a bad influence for Alexander. Amir on the other hand develops feelings toward Alexander but doesn't know how to handle it being the hormonal teenager that he is.

When the boys are 16 there is a party which none of the boys are actually allowed to go to but Amir being the troublemaker that he is defies his parents and forces Alexander to go with him while Braden stays. At that party there's a lot of alcohol that Amir and Alex consume as well. The drunk two of them start to make out together and then go up to a room where the sex happens.

After that for the next four weeks Alexander is constantly sick especially very early in the morning. This makes him very tiered which he doesn't try to show in front of his parents and brother. One day however he faints in front of his family which make them panic and take him to the hospital. There they find out that Alex is pregnant with quadruplets. That's also the moment where Narry and Ziam find out about the party and that Amir is the other father.

At first they're very disappointed on their sons for not doing as they were told but in the end they are happy and excited to become grandparents. The doctors know of Alexander's heart/lung defect and Alex gets a professional doctor called Doctor Tomlinson to keep an eye on him throughout his pregnancy.

I'm not sure how to write the first few months but I know that once Alex hits 6 months there is an accident.

Alex Amir and Braden decide to go to Alex' appointment to find out the genders of the babies. They find out that they're 3 boys and 1 girl. But an argument ensues between Amir and Braden who sits in the back. Braden is annoyed that he's always the one to take care of his pregnant brother even though Amir is the father. Alex undoes his belt and try's to separate the fighting boys. That's when they crash into a truck.

Amir bangs his head against the airbag while Braden's head bangs against the headboard of the front seat while Alex flys through the windshield. Amir and Braden manage to get out of the car and the truck driver who is shock does the same. All three of them panic when they see a blood covered Alex laying on top of the car. Panic stricken they call an ambulance.

Doctor Tomlinson is already at the hospital and luckily is part of the surgical team that supervises Alex. Him and the other surgeons roll Alex into an empty room and examine him and his injuries. Suddenly his heart crashes but the doctors manage to save his life. Meanwhile Amir and Braden are sobbing uncontrollably and try and call their parents. When they arrive they're heart broken sons collapse in their arms and manage to say what happened before losing consciousness in their parents arms. Niall takes it the hardest after Amir and Braden and will continue to have flashbacks of the day of Alexander's birth and how he almost lost his baby.

The days go by and the surgical team discusses what the best course of action is and come to a conclusion and set the date. The surgery is a very long one and they almost lose Alex and the babies but in the end they manage to save Alex and the babies who are gladly kept in Alex stomach. Now it was just waiting for Alex to wake up.

Meanwhile at home Narry and Ziam have a strict talk with their sons about Alex the babies and how they should stop their fighting for Alex' sake as well as the babies sake. After numerous long discussions Amir and Braden finally call it a truce and promise to be there for Alex together.

Amir and Braden sit by his bedside every day and just talk to him and telling him how much they need him when all of a sudden Alex' finger twitches and then his entire hand until he wakes up. Amir and Braden are overjoyed and shower Alex with kisses. They call Doctor Tomlinson and he examines Alex and says that it's a miracle that he survived let alone his children. This makes Alex cry out of relief and Amir and Braden promise him to be there for him together and without fighting.

The final months of Alex pregnancy are filled with Alex on bed rest and Amir Braden and their parents bringing him everything he needs and Doctor Tomlinson checking him everyday and working on Physiotherapy. On Christmas Eve Alex with his parents help goes downstairs and joins the family dinner. Before that he's experienced cramps which he just shrugged off. Then during dinner just as Amir helps him up there is a splash and Alexander's trousers are soaked.

After his water broke Doctor Tomlinson brings him into the living room where he lays him on the blankets which Niall and Zayn had laid across the carpet. Doctor Tomlinson had the tools already layer out and Harry hands Niall Alexander's inhaler. Doctor T. checks Alex every 30 minutes until he's 10cm dilated.

Then Alex starts pushing. The first 2 boys come without much complications but the third after he's crowning is stuck and won't budge. Doctor T. is forced to make a small cut to free the baby and the last one is just about to be born when Alex' heart gives up momentarily but is saved by Doctor T.

Also "To the Moon and back" is often said in this story to put emphasis on the love between the different characters.
