My darling
I wish the world loved us
like we love eachother.
Wholly & kindly & gently.
I wish it would allow us
to exist without punishment.
I wish we could be seen
for our achievements &
our failures, seen as learners.
All humans are learners.
We are always learning.
Yet, we are hated for learning
what makes us contented,
what makes us different.
I wish I could give us a
kinder world to live in.
I can only dream of the
things we could do then.
