Chapter 3

The little girl hopped up and down while the boy tried to calm her. I chuckled at her energetic behavior. She finally stopped jumping and looked up at me. "Hi Alice!" she exclaimed.

"Hello there," I said with a smile. The boy scoffed.

"Cazzo cagna cercando di prendere mia sorella via," he growled.

"Brother!" the girl yelled.

"Anyways... Who are you?" I said, trying my hardest to change the subject.

"Ooh! I'm Ghast, and this is my big brother Whist!" I chuckled and the girl. She peered up with red eyes. "What are you doing, Alice?"

"Oh me? Nothing much."

"Beh, dobbiamo andare avanti. Addio Alice," Whist muttered and dragged Ghast away. She dropped her folder, but before she grab it, they were gone. I picked it up, before dropping it myself.

It was surprisingly heavy. I assume the gravity's different of weight doesn't work like Earth. I picked it up again, putting the stopwatch in my pocket. I tried to bend the folder. It's too thick. How does Ghast bend it? I heard a Russian voice from behind, "Do you need some help, da?"

I looked to see a small boy, holding hands with a small girl. They were more than likely twins. I chuckled. "You can bend this?"

"You can't?" the girl questioned.

"Fair point," I muttered under my breathe. The boy reached up and grabbed the folder with one hand, before bending it with ease. I felt my eyes widen.

"You aren't from here, are you Alice?" the boy shot me with a question. I nodded as the twins grinned.

"Follow us, da!" they shouted in unison and then ran off.
