I'm quiet
Suffering in silence
Trying to tape my broken pieces before anyone notices my internal riot
I cry, Lord, please give me guidance
But I'm still shaking
The tape isn't working
Oh, the storm that rages within.
They believe this ship is their safety
But the water is filling up quickly
Nobody noticed the leaking
Did anyone care to check before they boarded?
We're sinking, sinking, sinking.
I realize I'm not strong enough
For how can I hold everyone else up,
When I'm drowning, too?
