Despite everything you did to destroy me
The games
The shame
The deliberate heartbreak
I will no longer let our past hold me back from my future.
You were part of my life for a reason,
Not meant to stay
And I will take these lessons a long way
You hurt me; But ultimately,
You taught me.
I forgive you.
I forgive you.
Do you know how much strength that takes?
