For three days Reagan was a spy. Or a stalker if you wanna call her that. At school, she watched Adam to find out who his friends were. The one he hung around the most was Connor.

He's a blond kid in seventh grade. Kinda chubby.

Anyways, she finds him alone in the hallway after her three days of spying. She goes up to him and says,

"I'll give you Smarties if you give me Adam's phone number." He gets a questioning look on his face so Reagan pulls ten rolls of Smarties out of her pocket. His face lights up and he pulls out his phone.

You see, in her school Smarties were banned because students were fake smoking them. Some of the kids at school were selling them in the "school black market." That's how Reagan had gotten a hold of them.

Connor tells her the number while she writes it down. Reagan hands him the Smarties and walks off to her next class.

Too vulnerable.

After school, she immediately enters the number into her contacts and texts Adam everything she would have told him that one day in band. That Ellie likes funny kids. And nice kids. She told him that she was Reagan and also not to ask where she got his phone number. Adam would probably find out eventually anyway. Who wouldn't talk about getting Smarties in exchange for a phone number?

Reagan got a text back from him saying,

'Oh shut up. What do you know?'

'More than you', she backfired.

'Fine. I'll try.' He answered. Reagan sent him the smiley face emoji in answer, then turned off her phone to get some homework done.

Adellie was finally going to happen!
