"No, I'm not going." Lui said, shaking his head. After being prescribed some pain meds, the small Spin Emperor was discharged from the hospital. Gabe's parents walked out after he was cleared to start the car and Gabe stayed back to help his injured beloved into his regular clothes.
         "Lui, you have to go, the police need to get your statement about your father." The tall male told him, the two walking from the room.
         "I don't care, I'm not talking to cops" Lui huffed, crossing his arms. Gabe rolled his eyes, pinching the bridge of his nose.
         "Try telling that to my parents. They're about as stubborn as you"
         "I'll walk home if I have to Gabe."
         "Like hell you are."
         "Watch me." Lui growled, walking past him.

Gabe took in a breath and released it in a sigh, cracking his fingers.
         "Alright, you asked for this..." He said, walking up behind him and lifting him up into his arms, eliciting a noise from the pale-skinned male as he carefully threw him over his shoulder.
         "What the hell are you doing?! Put me down!" Lui yelled, smacking his good hand against his back. Gabe didn't even flinch, walking out to his parents' car.
         "You want to be stubborn? Be stubborn at a different time." Gabe told him, opening the back door and getting him into the car before sliding in after, closing the door. Lui looked away from him, a small blush staining his cheeks while he got his seatbelt on. Gabe did the same and looked at him, sighing softly and taking his hand. "Look, I know you're scared... But now you have two parents willing to help you..."

Lui looked away to hide the fact tears were filling his eyes, attempting to squeeze his hand with the cast.
         "I'm not scared..." He managed to say without his voice wavering, looking at the passing scenery as they drove. Gabe smiled softly and lifted his hand up, pressing a gentle kiss into the rough material of the top of his cast.
          "You know, being a little scared isn't going to make you weak babe... It makes you a human being..." The maroon-haired male told him, playing with his small fingers slightly. Lui bit his lip and covered his eyes with his free hand, feeling a tear slide down his cheek.
          "... I-I'm absolutely terrified..." The Spin Emperor admitted with a crack, looking at his partner with those same broken violet eyes. Gabe felt his heart ache, pulling him into a hug.
          "Everything is going to be okay love... I promise that it gets better after we put that man away for good..."
          "P-promise...?" Lui sobbed softly, tightening his arms around him.
          "I promise..."

The encounter at the police station was eventful.

While Lui was giving his story about his father and the abuse he dealt with for months, another officer actually brought his father into the station in handcuffs. He apparently was originally arrested for driving under the influence. Anyway, the moment Lui and the bastard man made eye contact, he broke free from the cops hold and, in handcuffs and all, charged at the poor injured boy.

Or, at least, he was until Gabe tackled and pinned him down to the floor to protect his love. Lui, the poor boy, was both terrified and amazed at the same time. And, after the cops drug his father away, hugged and clung to Gabe for the remainder of the encounter. Nevertheless though, that bastard of a father was out of his life for good now.

Setting up what little things he had left from his old house, Lui sat down on Gabe's bed, looking around slightly. Gabe sat behind him and carefully wrapped his arms around his waist, holding his back to his chest and nuzzling his neck.
           "Are you sure you don't want the spare room dear? Wouldn't you want your own space?" He asked, rubbing his bruised sides gently.
           "I've been in my own space for so long... I think I need a bit of a change..." Lui responded quietly, a little embarrassed as his cheeks dusted a nice red. Gabe smiled softly into his neck, pressing a soft kiss to the skin.
           "Faid enough. It's not like I'm complaining though, I like holding you in my arms..."

Lui felt a slight smile tug at his lips, leaning more into him.
           "I will admit, your warmth is pretty intoxicating..." The shorter male said softly, resisting the urge to shiver when Gabe's hand threatened the hem on his shirt. Gabe moved and looked down at his partner, leaning in and kissing him deeply. Lui immediately felt his cheeks burn dark, his heart beating quickly in his chest as he turned better and grabbed onto his shirt with a shaking hand. He bit back whatever nervousness was threatening to wat at him as their soft kiss quickly melted into a make out session.

To be completely honest, Lui was new to this whole thing, so he's rather inexperienced when it comes to emotion or missing in general. The small male shivered slightly feeling Gabe's tongue slide past his lips, meeting his in a heated passion. It was shy, but he attempted to match his pace, tensing slightly at the feeling of one of his large hands slide up his shirt, his fingers gently tracing up his spine which just made him erupt in goosebumps and shivers. His shirt slid up as his hand slowly inched up, Gabe breaking from his lips and gently kissing down his neck, earning small huffs from the smaller. Lifting the front of his shirt more, Gabe softly kissed any bruise, cut or scar was there, slowly kissing until he found one of his nipples. He traced it softly with his tongue before he kissed it, sucking softly with earned one of the cutest little moans he's ever heard from the love of his life.

Lui quivered under his touch and clutched Gabe's hair in his hand, little moans filling the air the more Gabe toyed with him, gasping as a knock echoed through the room. The taller flinched slightly when Lui pulled at his hair in surprise, pulling back but holding him in place.
           "Yes?" He called, softly rubbing his thumb on his lover's nipple which made him shiver in return.
           "Just letting you two know that dinner is ready! Come and eat while it's still hot!" Gabes mother beamed from behind the door, walking away after informing the two. Gabe sighed softly and helped fixed Lui's shirt, smiling softly.
           "We'll save that for later love..." He said softly, pecking his lips gently. Lui, still a red and quivering mess, only nodded in response, crawling out of his lap gently and rushing from the room. Gabe chuckled softly and stood, wiping stray saliva from his lips before following him out of their now shared bedroom...
