Question One and Two

"So, how exactly did you guys meet?" Was the first thing they were asked upon the lights settling and Amethyst queuing them in.

The crew all glanced at each other and smirked. How they had met was pretty unconventional, and there was absolutely no possible way anyone would find out. Not from them anyways. They'd just have to trust their old classmates to make up lies about how they knew them.

"Band camp," They chorused, then burst into giggles as the crowd ate up their aloofness. They found their unison to be a strong testament of the way their friendship worked, but the crowd saw it as planned.

Which of course, it wasn't past the answer. None of anything they did was ever very "planned".

"Interesting," Sardonyx stirred their coffee a few times before sweeping everything off of the podium. "Ladies and Gentlemen, I know you all recognize this quite iconic and unique group before me! Give it up for To Be Named At A Later Date!"

The audience cheered and hollered while each of them stood to take an obnoxious, indulgent bow.

"That's enough."

They quieted down immediately. Sards sure knew how to host.

"We all knew they wouldn't tell us, but it's fun to try." The fusion winked to a few scattered chuckles and regarded them seriously. "How did you start a band and why? We're all dying to know!"

They all turned to Steven and he rolled his eyes. "They liked my music and wanted a taste of fame."

Hazel snorted to himself and chimed in, "Come on, tell the actual story."

"You asked your boyfriends for help, Starboy." Connie pinched his cheek until he turned red and the Conniverse shippers cheered. "Then us girls."

"He was all 'Guys I'm stuck on this song and don't know what to do with it!'" Adam chuckled as he mocked Stevens whine, bouncing Anna on his knee.

"And that's how City Of Angels was born, but it technically wasn't our first song together," Jacob added.

Alex glanced up from his phone to see them all grinning at him affectionately. He sighed and set it down. "I don't know why you're looking at me. I'm just a groupie."

"You tell us which songs to put out. You're more than a groupie, Alex~," Jasmin cooed at him and they all took turns loving on him until he was glaring so hard they worried he might start a fire.

Sardonyx giggled loudly and started humming the notes. "Oh that is a catchy song! Please, we beg of you, tell us the story."
