Major Characters:

Raphael James/Agent R: S.H.E.L.L's best secret agent until an fail mission. Now he's trying to make things right. He has the same personality as Raphael from rise of the tmnt but he likes throw alot of one liners. So he's alot more bolder and not as angry but he sometimes gets angry if you push his bottons. (19 Years old)

Mikey Angelo Banks/Agent M: (15 years old) Mikey is an Jr agent working for S.H.E.L.L and is going on his first real mission. He's excitable,Wide eye ,goofy,thrill skeeker, He might not be he smartest but he has his moments ,a skatebroader,very kind but gets really nervous around very pretty girls and can easily smitten by them. But Mikey is the one has an heart of gold.

Leonardo James/Agent L: (18 years old) Raph's brother and leader of the team. Leo is always an by the books agent. He knows how to plan a mission.

Donnie Felix/Agent D: (17 years Old) Donnie is the tech genius and inventor of gadgets with the help of Rockwell. He's not excatly a fighter but he usally side lined to watch from a computer.

Karai/Agent Serpent: (17 years old) Karai is one H.A.M.A.T.O's best secret agent. She's Sassy and highly skilled. She's secretly vengeanceful after her mother was killed and her father mysterious abounded her. So Kurtzmen took her in when she was 4 and raised her to become a deadly agent for H.A.M.A.T.O.

Shinigami/ Agent Shinigami: (16 years old) Karai's adopted sister and the daughter wrongly accused woman. Shinigami is an dangerous and Sassy saracastic Agent , determined to kill her targets. She licensed to kill her tragets of course but she's know for taking things too far. She's an telphapath and she uses he cards to help her predict things. Raph's not too sure if she can be trusted and she keeps Mikey gussing and easily smitts him.

Slinter: Splinter is basically M of S.H.E.L.L. He's the head of S.H.E.L.L.

Oroku Saki/Shredder: Oroku Saki is cold but caculated. He's mercessliess and maunlptive. His arm was cut off and now he has an sliver metal arm gunlet arm.
