"What's that?" Leo asked as Miley checked her timer on her chest. She started to get scared. "We have to go." She said as she tried to grab Leo's hand. "Woah hey what's going on?" "Sandstorm." Leo widen his eyes. "A sandstorm?" Leo exclaimed as she pulled him and headed towards her garage.

Once they made it, Miley closed her garage door and turned on the lights. Leo looked to it in amazement. He never thought someone so small could do something so amazing. "Welcome to my crib." Miley said as she jestered Leo to follow her. "So, this is where you live?"

"Yep."

"What's it like?"

"What do you mean?"

"What's it like...being here....all...alone." Miley froze. No one, and I mean no one ask that question to her. She didn't know what to say. "Uh...um..." Leo saw her concern so he quickly changed the subject. "Uh, hey where'd you find this?" he asked as he picked up a rubix cube. Miley turned to around. "Oh uh, in the trash, which is basically everything...and me." Miley said as she found the ground interesting to her. "You're not trash...at least not to me." Miley felt a spark between her eyes as he said that. Miley smiled and Leo smiled back. Then, something snapped in her thoughts. "Oh I just remembered something. Be right back." she said as she left Leo with her other things.

Leo's POV

I was confused until she came back with...wait, is that what I think it is?! Yes it is. Its a plant. She found a living photosynthesis. Wow, I sound like my brother. "Is that a plant?" "Yep." she said as I scanned it with my scanner on my chest. Instead of red like it usually did, it popped up green. I started to shake uncontrollably. "Leo,are you okay?" I could hear Miley say as I responded with, "I don't know. What's-" And then, everything went black.

Miley's POV

I couldn't believe it. One moment he was fine, and the next he was shaking and blacked out. I walked over to him and started to shake him but he didn't wake up. "Leo? LEO?! LEO?!" I shouted as I banged his shell. I know I shouldn't have done that but I was scared. I've been on earth for 700 years without anyone to talk to, and now my one friend is gone forever. I cried silently over his body, but there was one thing I knew...he wasn't dead.
