[It all started with April walking though the street. Something was near her as she stopped. She started running far away and hide in the bank. Then as she looked a giant mutant crashes into the glass window. It looks more like a pigeon man hybrid. A second mutanimal. The bird mutant flew off.]

April:  My life has gotten really weird.

[theme song]

[In the Dojo, Raph and Leo are taking on Y/N at the same time.]

Leo: Are you sure about this?

Raph: (Smirks) I am. This is going to be fun.

Y/N: Bring it on. (They rush him from both sides)

(The ninjas are Raph and Leo)

(Before Leo can respond Y/N turns around and lifts his leg up)

Y/N: Still thinks this is fun Raph?

Ra[h: (Groans) No.

(While Raph and Leo are on the ground Donnie enter with some eggs)

Donnie: Check it out, guys. We are about to take our ninjutsu to a whole new level.

Y/N:(Helps Leo and Raph up) Cool.

Donnie: Last night, I figured out how to make ninja smoke bombs!(Throws one down and appears in another place while the brothers look on awe) -Now, to make 'em, I carefully drill two holes in an eggshell without cracking it, slowly blow out the contents, wait for the inside to dry, then pour in flash powder and seal both holes with wax.

Raph: Blah, blah, science, blah. Do it again!

Donnie: What I'm trying to tell you guys is, they take a long time to make, so use them sparingly.

Mikey: I'm making breakfast! Who wants omelets?

Y/N: Those aren't eggs.

Donnie:Omelets? Mikey, don't! (Purple explosion happens while Mikey comes in with black mist on his face)

Mikey: Uh, I think that was a rotten egg.

Y/N:Those aren't eggs, Mikey. They're ninja smoke bombs.

Mikey: Shut up.(Smoke bombs all around the Dojo) This is the best day of my life!

Donnie: Mikey, stop! (Gets hugged my Mikey and growls angry at him)

Mikey: I love you, man. Seriously.

(Meanwhile, April comes running in a panic)

April: "Guys, guys, you'll never believe what happened to me!"

Donatello: "OK April, calm down. 

Y/N: Are you OK?"

April: "I am being hunted... by a giant pigeon."

Raphael: (Laughs but pauses as he notices nobody is laughing) "I can't be the only one who finds that funny."

Donatello: "It's not funny Raph, there's a creature out there trying to hurt my April!" (April stares) "Our April... April."

Michelangelo: "This is serious. I better get Splinter."

Leonardo: "We don't really need-" (Mikey throws a smoke bomb and Splinter appears in his place)

Splinter: "Michelangelo said you wanted to see me?""

"April: "His talons were razor sharp. He would have torn me into pieces... if he hadn't slammed into the glass."

Raphael: (Laughs and pauses again) "Really, just me?"

Splinter/Y/N: (He hits Raph in the back of the head with their hands) 

Splinter: "Raphael! Clearly April is upset!"

Michelangelo: Yeah dude! That's so insensitive! Do you need a tissue?

April: "I think I'm okay."

Michelangelo: "I'll get you a tissue." (He throws a smoke bomb, disappears for about 5 seconds and reappears on the other side of April) "We don't have any tissues. Can I make you some soup?"

Donatello: "Stop it!" (He grabs the smoke bomb out of Mikey's hand) "Don't worry, April, we won't let anything happen to you."

Leonardo: "Donnie's right. We're gonna set a trap for this pigeon man and make sure he never bothers you again."

Donatello: "And I know what we can use as bait."

Michelangelo: "Bread crumbs! (Leo and Donnie stare at him) Pigeons eat bread crumbs."

Y/N: You know that is actually not a bad idea.

Donatello: "I meant April."

Michelangelo: "You're gonna let him eat April?! I thought you liked her!"

April: "Yeah!"

Donatello: "Don't sweat it, we got your back."

Y/N: We won't let anything happen to you. (Hands on April back)

April: Thanks Y/N.

Leonardo: "Alright Mighty Mutants, let's do this!"

Raphael: "'Mighty Mutants'? What, 'Dancing Dorks' was already taken?""

Y/N: I'll find us a team name. (The Brothers and April are about to exit the DoJo, but Splinter stops them)

Splinter: Wait! We do not yet know what you are facing. Perhaps you should study your enemy before confronting him.

Leo: With all due respect, sensei, it's a pigeon.

Splinter: What you know is dangerous to your enemy. What you think you know is dangerous to you. I fear you are all becoming overconfident.

Leo: Sensei, in the past few months, we've taken down giant spiders, plant creatures, alien robots, and an army of ninjas. Maybe we're not overconfident. Maybe we're just that good. (The Turtles and April run out and Y/N is about to join them, but Splinter stops him)

Splinter: Y/N, I know you know that they're being overconfident. Promise me, that you'll take care of them.

Y/N: (Turns around and smiles) Hai, Father. (Runs out and Splinter smiles)

[Meanwhile at Shredder's hideout.]

Chris: It's okay, Hachiko, I'm not gonna hurt you.[the dog bites him] Ow!

Shredder: He is not pleased with you. Nor am I. I entrusted you both with the task of destroying Splinter and his loathsome turtles. I spent years molding you in my image, teaching you my darkest secrets, and you shame me with your incompetence. You! I should have left you to rot in that prison where I found you.

Chris: The turtles have been lucky so far, but it won't last forever.

Xever: The next time we meet, I promise you-

Shredder: Enough! I am weary of your excuses. I will now destroy the turtles myself.

(In an alley the brothers are hiding while April plays bait for the pigeon)

April: Here I am, walking around in the big city. All alone! Oh, I sure hope no crazy pigeon-man sneaks up on me. That would be the last thing I'd want.

Donnie: What are you doing?

April: You wanted me to be bait. I'm bait.

Donnie: That's not how bait talks.

April: How do you know how bait talks?

Donnie: I know bait doesn't talk back. (The Brothers Ooooo)

Mikey: Oh, no, you didn't. (The Brothers return to their hiding spots while Donnie nervously giggles)

Donnie: Just act natural. (Hides)

April: Here I am, actin' natural, just totally defenseless against any, I don't know, hideous mutant pigeon-guy who might happen upon me. (From behind her the pigeon swoops in, but gets electrified)

Leo: Now! (Mikey, Raph, Leo, and Y/N pin it to the ground)

Pigeon Pete: Okay, okay, uncle! Jeez Louise.

April: And you said I wasn't good bait.

Leo: Okay, start talking, pigeon-man.

Pete: I have a name.

Raph: Yeah, we just don't care what it is.

Y/N: He doesn't speak for me. What's your name?

Pete:[irritated] It's Pete.

Leo: Why were you trying to hurt April, Pete?

Pete: I didn't wanna hurt her. I was just bringing her a message. From her father.

April: [shocked] Let him up.

[The Brothers let Pete go.]

Pete: We were both guests of the Kraang. They poured some ooze on me and turned me into this.

April: Oh, that must have been horrible. Being turned into a pigeon.

Pete: Actually, I started out as a pigeon.

Mikey: Told you the bread crumbs would have worked.

Pete: You've got bread crumbs? (Searches Mikey for them)

Y/N: (Chuckles)

April: Um, my father?

Pete:Oh, right.

[Pete gives him his phone, which Kirby on the recorder.]

Kirby: [on the recorder] Something terrible is about to happen. And I don't know what, but it's extremely important that you get out of this city as soon as you can. Save yourself. Remember, I love you.

April: I love you too, Daddy. (Holds the phone to her chest)

Leo: Do you have any idea what he's talking about?

Pete: I'm just the messenger.

Leo: What does the Kraang want with New York?

Y/N: Nothing good obviously.

Donnie: We have got to get you out of the city.

April: I'm not going anywhere without my Dad.

Donnie: But you heard him, something terrible is gonna happen.

April:Then we'd better hurry.

[Donnie looks at her, concerned and unconvinced, but reluctantly agrees her to join the mission.]

Leo: Can you tell us where the Kraang are holding him?

Pete: I can, but it's gonna cost you a lot of bread.

Leo: We're talking about actual bread, right?

Pete: Yeah. Sourdough.

Y/N: Done.

Mikey: Let's roll! (Throws down smoke bomb while a Foot Ninjas looks on from above)

(Meanwhile, Xever and Bradford are at a sushi place. Xever grabs one of the fishes.)

Chris:That's the ugliest thing I've ever seen. Present company excluded. So, we have a problem.

Xever: No, you have a problem.

Chris: We've both failed master Shredder. Can you live with that shame?

Xever: If I had the opportunity, I would crush those turtles like bugs.(Bradford gets a message and smiles) What is that?

Chris: Opportunity.

(Meanwhile the Brothers and April are on the roof of a Kraang building)

Donnie: Piece of cake.

April: Let's do this.

Leo: We need you to wait here, April.

April: Are you crazy? My Dad's in there.

Leo: Along with who knows how many Kraang. This requires stealth and mobility. Leave it to the pros.

April: I can't just do nothing.

Leo: You won't be doing nothing. We need you to lower this rope when we give you the signal.

(The Brothers sneak in and eventually find themselves in a kraang information room)

"Leonardo: "Donnie, hack into the system and see what you can find about the Kraang's plot. Raph, Y/N you're with me. Mikey, you stay with Donnie."

Donatello: "Why do I always get stuck with Mikey?"

Michelangelo: "Hey!"

Leonardo: "I don't want him. And I'm in charge!"

Michelangelo: "Hey!"

Donatello: "Well, then make Raph take Mikey."

Raphael: "Over my dead body." How about Y/N?

Y/N: (Sighs) Fine.

Michelangelo:"You know, I'm starting to think nobody wants to be with me. Fine! I'll just go off on my own." (Throws a smoke bomb and appears in a closet) (All stare at him) "Ha Ha Ha... That's a closet"

Raphael: "Have fun you two." (The Three leave)

Michelangelo: "Whoa. Um...what's that button do-"

Donatello: (He grabs and constricts Mikey's hand) "Don't...touch...anything.""

(The Three brothers soon find Kirby's cell)

Leo: Mr. O'Neil? Are you in here?

Kirby: You're one of the turtles who rescued my daughter. Is she okay?

Leo: She's fine. She's right outside.

Kirby: You mean she's still in the city? That girl is stubborn.

Y/N: Yeah, we've noticed.

(Meanwhile, Donnie is trying to hack in)

Mikey: What's that one do?

Donnie:I don't know.

Mikey: What's that one do?

Donnie: I don't know.

Mikey: What's that one do?(Presses one)

Donnie: [getting nagged] I don't know!

Mikey: Ooh, that one's pretty! (Presses one)

Donnie:[Very peeved and slams on it]Just stop it! Haha, I'm in!

Mikey: You're welcome! (Donnie stand up and Mikey falls backwards) Oof!

(Donnie looks at the screen and his eyes widen in shock.) 

Donnie: Uh-oh.

(Meanwhile, The three are still trying to break Kirby out.)

Y/N: Not to rush you Bro, but hurry up.

Raph: Since it's taking Leo forever to pick that lock.

Leo: I'm working on it!

Raph: Maybe you can tell us what the heck's the deal with the Kraang.

Kirby:They're aliens from another dimension. When they came here they brought the mutagen with them.

Leo: Why? What's the point of turning people into monsters?

Y/N: (Smirks) So, they'll look better by comparison? (Fist bumps Raph)

Kirby: The mutagen doesn't work the way they thought it would. Apparently the physical laws of their universe are different from ours.

Leo: So they're grabbing scientists to help them modify the ooze.

Raph: Wow, you figured it out! How's that lock coming?

Y/N: So what do they want the ooze to do?

Kirby:I wish I knew.

Donnie:(Runs in with Mikey) Leo, Raph, they've planted a mutagen bomb downtown. They're gonna use it to disperse ooze over half the city! Oh, hi, Mr. O'Neil. Your daughter's really nice. (Kirby looks at him with a confused face)

Leo: Okay, we have to disarm that bomb. If I could just get this stupid door open.

Mikey: Have you tried this? (Presses Alarm)

Brothers: No!

Raph: And that's why no one wants to be with you!

Leo:Got it.(Multiple Kraang droid come to attack and the brothers run. They make it back to the place they came in. Leo makes bird noises to signal April.)  Let's move.

Raph: What are you doing? April, throw the rope!

April: Dad!

Kirby: April! (April lowers the robe, but the Brothers soon find themselves outnumbered. Kirby looks at a blaster, grabs it, and fends off the bots.)

Leo: Mr. O'Neil, what are you doing?

Kirby: Save my daughter. Save the city.

April: Daddy, no! (Kirby fends them off as the brothers escape)

Leo: Go, go!

Donnie: We can't leave him here.

Y/N: We don't have a choice. (Kirby gets captured again)

April: No!

[April starts crying as Donnie comforts her.]

Donnie: We'll get him back, April. I promise.

Leo: We gotta go.

Y/N: Let's save the city...for Kirby!

Turtles: For Kirby! (They all run and jump off the edge of the roof)

(Where the bomb is located and dispatch all the kraang with bows and explosive arrows)

Kraang: Kraang, in how many time units known as minutes will the device containing the mutagen that will be spread over the place know as New York, be detonated?

Ktaang: Five.

(How Y/N got one)

(The Brothers approach the bomb and Donnie has a worried look on his face)

Leo: Okay, Donnie, it's up to you.

Donatello: Uh-oh.

Leonardo: Uh-oh? Donnie you said you knew how to do this!

Donatello: I didn't count on a design this Complex Leo.

Leonardo: Th-They're Aliens from another dimension, what did you expect!? A big round ball with a lit fuse that said Bomb!?

Donatello: No! But this is ...

Raphael: Boy I sure hope this argument goes on for another four minutes and fifteen seconds! "

Leo: Careful.

Raph: Watch out for those wires.

Donnie: You guys are not helping.

Mikey: What if we just push this button? (Y/N grabs his hand)

Y/N: Don't you thing you've pushed enough buttons tonight?

Leo: Donnie, you're gonna have to speed this up.

Donnie: I cannot work with all this pressure!

Y/N: (Turns around and eyes widen) Uh, guys?

Turtles: Yeah.

Y/N: We've got company.

Raph: More Kraang?

Y/N: Nope, worse.

(They all look and see Xever and Bradford. The Four brothers prepare their weapons)

Y/N: Donnie, you take care of the bomb. We'll handle these nut cases. (They all rush forward to fight)

Y/N: Hyah! (Tries to kick Xever, but he grabs his head and throws him into the metal sign) Ughh.

When Leo hits the ground, Bradford raises his blade up to finish him but-

Y/N: Hey Chris! 

Chis: (Looks in his direction) Huh?

When Chris gets back up, Y/N rushes him and-

Y/N then leaps off his one leg, twisting in the air making Bradford let go, and then while still in the air-

Y/N: Take him guys. (Leo and Mikey rush forward)

Donnie: Down to two wires. Which do I cut? Black or green?

Mikey: Go for the green! [gets punched by Bradford] Ugh!

Donnie: Eh, why not.(Cuts it and it shuts down) Guys, guys, Mikey was right about something!

(Donnie which turns the tide of the battle and soon it ends with the Brothers cornering Xever and Bradford at the mid-top of the bomb.)

Y/N: You are worthy adversaries, but the fight is ours. - Lay down your weapons.

Xever: Never!

Leo: You don't have a choice. You've lost.

Chris: If I'm going down I'm taking you with me.

[Bradford accidentally stabs the mutagen tank with his sword]

Y/N: Bradford, don't!

[It causes the tank to spill the mutagen and flunked it to Bradford and Xever, both fall from the rooftop to an unknown fate. The Brothers go after the two but find them gone. Luckily , the the city is safe, with no mutagen tank.]

Leo: So to sum up, we kicked the butts of the Kraang and Shredder's top henchmen while defusing a bomb and saving the city.

Raph: Yeah, we're not overconfident.

Leo: We're just that good. (The Turtles start celebrating, but Y/N is looking at someone)

Y/N: Guys, it's not over.

Turtles: (Turn around) Huh?

Shredder: Your skills are impressive.(Leaps down andlands) But, they will not save you.

Donnie: Oh, man. Do you think that's the Shredder?

Raph: Well, it's definitely a Shredder.

Y/N: This is not going to end well.

"Shredder: There is undoubtedly a fascinating story in how my old nemesis came to teach ninjutsu to four mutant turtles and one cheetah. Perhaps I will let one of you live long enough to tell it

Leonardo: "You're gonna have to catch us first! Mikey?"

Michelangelo: "So long, sucka!" (Throws a smoke bomb only to find it's a real egg) (All glare/stare at him) "Oops...all right, that one's on me.""

Y/N: (Growls)

Y/N rushes at Shredder, attempts a punch, but is kneed in the gut and tossed to the edge-

Y/N: Ahhhhhhhhhh!

Just before Shredder can finish Leo-

Y/N: Hey! (Shredder turns around and see's a bruised Y/N) Get away from my brothers.

Shredder: Xever and Bradford said that you were the fiercest of Splinter's students. (Blades come out) Let us see if they were wrong.

Y/N: (Growls and pulls his blades out)

(Y/N is the black one)

Shredder: Impressive. (Retracts blade) But, it will not stop me from finding Hamato. I've waited years for this and I will fulfill my goal....no matter the cost.

Y/N: (Retracts blade) Shut up and come get some.

(Shredder is Obito and Y/N is Kakashi)

When Y/N Lands Shredder punched him in the gut which causes him to stumble back a little. Before, he can recover Shredder moves in fast and-

Y/N: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

(Shredder begins to mercilessly beat on Y/N. Giving him bruises, slice wounds, and a black eye.)

Y/N: (Stands up in pain) 

Shredder: Tell me where Splinter is and I promise your demise will be swift.

Y/N: No.

Shredder: How are you even standing?

Y/N: Because I made a promise.

[Shredder is about to attack again, but something appeared behind him. It looks like Xever but he was mutated into a red snakehead. His legs are gone leaving only a tail, and he was gasping for air.]

Xever/Fishface: Help me.

Shredder: What is this? 

[Shredder turned and saw what happened Chris was mutated also. A akita with a huge arm while the other was smaller because Hachiko had bitten his arm.]

Shredder: Xever? Bradford? Huh? (See's Y/N holding Donnie, Raph, and Mikey on his back while Leo is laying next to him and is about to be picken up. He has a smoke-bomb in his broken arm hand.)

Y/N: Booyakasha Shred-head. (Drops it and the Brothers are gone)

Shredder: No!

(In the sewers, Y/N is carrying his brothers back to the Lair)

Y/N: Man this hurts. (Keeps Walking)

(Meanwhile, in the Lair Splinter is comforting April until they hear something.)

Y/N: Father! April!

The two look and see Y/N carrying his brothers and rush over to him. Y/N falls and with all his Brothers. Splinter holds Y/N in his arms-

Splinter: What happened!?

Y/N: Shredder. (Splinter gasps) But, I kept my promis-(Fall unconscious)

[Back in the lair, turtles lament sadly and miserably with their loss with Raph's punching the arcade game in anger and frustration. Splinter enters. Y/N is nursed by April and has gauges all over his body, a cast on his arm, a bandage on his right eye, and an ice pack on his head. His head is on April's lap.]

April: Are you okay Y/N?

Y/N: I'll live. (Twitches in pain)

Splinter: You were all very lucky.

Raph: Well, I think we define that word differently, sensei. (looks at Y/N)

Splinter: Few have ever faced the Shredder and survived.

Mikey: He was just so fast.

Donnie: It was like he was everywhere at once.

Leo: You were right about us being overconfident, sensei. If it wasn't for Y/N we might not be here right now. Y/N, we owe you big time for this.

Y/N: No, you don't we're family. We take care of each other, but there are some things we're just not ready for.

Splinter: Perhaps. But, that no longer matters. It is clear now that the Shredder is a problem that will not go away. So prepare yourselves, my sons. Because as of this moment we are at war.
