"That's it Raph, you need to go back to the lair and calm down. You put everyone at risk and we barely escaped with our lives, all because you couldn't handle keeping your mouth shut." Leo turns to glare at Raphael with his eyes narrowed to slits.

"Trust me on this Lameonardo, you're gonna regret that." With that said, Your best friend and long-lasting crush stalks back towards the closest manhole cover with a growl of annoyance.

"Leo.." You start quietly.

"No. Y/n, he needs to cool off before something worse happens. Leo says without looking at you. You duck your head as Leo turns his gaze to you, letting your black bandana tails fall in front of you.

"As you wish oh great and fearless leader." You whisper sarcastically under your breath.

"I heard that Y/n!"

--TIMESKIP BROUGHT TO YOU BY A CERTAIN PRANKSTER TURTLE WHO HIT A CERTAIN HOTHEAD WITH WATER BALLOONS.--

"Are you sure that it was a good idea to send Raph home?!" You scream as you're hit with one of Rahzar's giant paws and you're sent flying into an empty garbage bin.

"Well, it seemed like a good idea at the time!" Leo yells back while trying to avoid Karai's blade.

"Is it still a good idea Fearless?!" You yell back. Annoyance and anger lacing your voice as you pull yourself out of the dumpster. A large paw comes into view and you cough up blood as you hit another brick wall. Your ribs are in agony and tears build up on your eyelids as you try to press your hands over a gash on your side.

"Leo! We have to go! Y/n is hurt bad!" Donnie rushes to you and lifts you bridal-style and flips up to the roof, careful to not hurt you further.

Mikey follows and Leo is right behind him as they defend you and Donnie from Rahzar, Karai, and fishface.

--TIMESKIP BROUGHT TO YOU BY MASTER SPLINTER DESTROYING MIKEY'S WATER BALLOONS--

Donnie lays you on the table in his lab and starts rushing around, collecting medical supplies and ordering his brothers to wet towels.

Raph is still nowhere to be found and you get more worried about him every second.

"This is going to hurt a bit," Donnie warns you before dabbing antiseptic over the gash in your side. With a wince of pain, you try to pull away, but Leo and Mikey are there to hold you down in a heartbeat.

"Hey, guys! Where's Y/n? And hey wait, where is everyone?!" Raph's voice echoes through the lair and everyone's eyes widen.

"We can't let him know that I'm hurt!" You whisper fiercely.

With nods of agreement, Mikey and Leo leave the lab to distract Raph while Donnie works faster on your wounds.

"You're gonna have to speed this up, Donnie!" You whisper quickly while moving a bit so that he can get at your wounds with less trouble.

"I cannot work under all this pressure!" He whisper shouts.

From the kitchen, you can hear Mikey yell. "Go for the green!" Then you hear the sound of him being hit.

Probably by Raph.

"That's not what he/I was talking about Mikey!" You both yell back exasperated as you remember one of the turtles' earlier missions.

"Hey! So that's where you are Y/n!" Raph's voice is nearing the lab and Donnie quickly throws his lab coat at you.

"Put it on! Quick!" You struggle to put on the lab coat because of your injury and Donnie helps you slide into it. Just in time too. Because at that exact second, Raph walks in, not bothering to knock.

"Hey Raphie, I'm just helping Donnie with one of his experiments and you know how I get when I'm focused on something!" You blurt out while grabbing two random beakers.

"Wait! Y/n! Not those!" Donnie screams but it's too late, and the two liquids touch. The result is a giant cloud of what smells like sulfur that expands quickly before drifting to the ground and turning into a liquid. You were just happy that you managed to get behind Donnie before the explosion so he got covered in it while you, on the other hand, are pretty much completely clean.

"Thank Donnie! You make a great shield!" You wink and smile cheekily, while Raphael stands on the other side of the lab with black covering him pretty much head to feet and the scariest look on his face.

"Y/n? What's that red stuff on Donnie's lab coat!?" Raph's voice is deadly quiet and his face morphs to one of shock when you take off the lab coat and hand it back to a retreating Donatello.

"Donnie! No! You can't leave me here!" But you're too late and the purple-masked turtle is already out of the room.

"Coward!" You yell at his retreating back.

"Y/n? Is that blood? You were hurt after I left the patrol?" You can see the other three turtle brothers crowd outside of the door to watch and you do.

"Yes, Raph. It is. Rahzar did it. So don't be mad at your bro-" Your words fall on empty ears as Raphael turns around and lunges towards Leo.

"THIS IS YOUR FAULT LEO! IF YA HADN'T SENT ME BACK I COULD'A PROTECTED HER! BUT NOOOOO YA JUST HAD TO SEND ME BACK!!" Raph wildly punches and kicks at Leo his anger helping the blue masked turtle evade his attacks before being stopped by Master Splinter.

"RAPHAEL! What is the meaning of this?!" Raph only narrows his eyes and stalks back to his room with a growl and you sigh.

"Y/n." Master Splinter walks to me with a concerned look on his face.

"Are you alright? Michelangelo informed me that you were hurt by Rahzar while on patrol."

"I'm fine Master Splinter. It's just a scratch." You respond almost immediately.

"In that case, you must go to Raphael and calm him. He should be in either his room or the dojo." A yell of rage comes from the dojo
and I look to Master Splinter.

"At least one of your guesses were right." You speak quickly before rushing to the dojo.

Entering the dojo, you have to duck and role so that you aren't hit with ninja stars.

"What do you want Lameonardo?" He growls towards you, and you smirk.

He thinks I'm Leo

"Well for one, I want you to turn around and look at me then realize your mistake. and then apologize for being so rude to Master Splinter." You say carefully and watch as Raph turns and lunges towards you. Pinning you down one of his sai finds it's way to your neck.

"Wait... Y/n?! Sorry!" You watch in amusement from the floor as he jumps to his feet only to land on a pair of nunchucks and he falls back on you.

Wow, Mikey. Nice. Remind me to yell at him about leaving his nunchucks all over the place later

You blush dark enough to put Raph's mask to shame and a blush takes over his face as well as he realizes the position that you're in.

His forehead is hovering above yours and he's straddling your waist while his three-fingered green hands are on either side of your head. He smirks as he sees your blush and leans his face closer, "What's wrong warrior Princess?" He teases. "Your face is redder than my mask."

You tilt your face so that your nose is touching his. "Sorry Raphie, I'm just trying to find your mask."

"Fine. I'm sorry that I'm such a hothead." Raph finally spits out. Then looking down at you, he growls. "I can't take this anymore!" Raph scrambles to his feet pulling you up with him and he pulls on your arm until you're back in his embrace.

You rest your hands on his plastron as you couldn't move them anywhere else. Raph is just holding you too tightly. The red-masked terrapin rests his chin on the top of your head and closes his eyes. Completely still for once.

"Raph?" The hot-headed turtle doesn't speak, instead, with his signature smirk plastered on his face, Raph put one finger finger under your chin and pulls your chin up for a long passionate kiss.

Your eyes widen in surprise, but soon close as you return the kiss and wrap your arms around his neck. When you part, both of your faces are red and you both take a pause for air.

"You might be a hothead Raphael." You start while staring into his bright green eyes shyly.

"But you're my hothead."
