The next day came quickly by after we left the comforts of New York City. Everything was changing so fast from me being a new mom up until right now. And we were right on schedule for the red moon eclipse that was 9 days away. That meant that we still have to travel pretty far.

I was at the front of the boat as always, watching Umi guiding us. Leo was right by my side.

"Hey babe. Does Umiko know where to go?" he asked me.

"She should know. Things like that take time. And if she did really come from Samiya, then she should know the way."

"It's so... mysterious."

"I know." I smiled. Just then I heard splashes. I looked ahead to see that a pod of whale creatures were swimming by us!

"Whoa!"

"What are they?" I gasped in awe.

"Those are Wailmer and Wailord!" Rachel smiled as he took pictures. "They're like our whale species!"

"Amazing!" I giggled.

As we all watched the whale creatures swimming by us, I looked around for Umi. I know that she was probably playing with them or something else.

"Phy!" Umi cried out as she was on top of the Wailord's head.

"Look at Umi sis!" Aika laughed.

I giggled and waved at her. "Hi Umiko!"

"That looks like fun! I wanna be on a whale!" Mikey bounced up and down.

"Maybe you should leave it to the mermaid." I smiled and got on the edge of the boat.

"Be careful babe." Leo rubbed my shoulders.

"I'll be careful. Let her rip!" I said as I dived off the edge and dove into the water head first.

"Phy!" Umiko dove down after me.

As I was underwater, my tail came in and Umiko was clapping her flippers together. "Hey baby." I smiled and hugged her. Then I started swimming with the whale creatures.

"Mana! Mana!" Umi cheered happily.

I was having a great time swimming with the Wailmer and Wailord. "Whoo hoo!" I laughed as I leaped out of the water and dove back in.

"Mana!" Umi did the same thing.

The next thing I knew, a Wailord swam under me and gave me a lift of its back. "Whoa!" I hugged Umi and held onto her. As we surfaced, we were riding the Wailord. "Wow!" I laughed.

"Look at Aqua guys!" Casey smiled.

"Hey babe!" Leo waved as he took pictures.

"Hi honey!" I waved back.

"Mana! Manaphy!" Umi nuzzled my cheek.

I nuzzled her cheek back and I knew that this day was fun for us. A little while later, Rachel stopped the boat so we can all take a break for lunch. As I helped her and Aika make lunch, I smelled the summer sea breeze. "Mmm, doesn't that air smell good?"

"But it's saltwater." Mikey said as he was having a popsicle stick.

"Yeah. But think about this Mikey. You haven't had an adventure across the sea to find an amazing place that hasn't been discovered yet."

"True. We might even be the first ones." Raph said as he kicked his feet in the water.

"But who knows what mysteries could be unlocked? I can't wait to see Samiya." Donnie said as he was laying down next to Rachel.

"Me neither. Thinking about it now is giving me goosebumps." Rachel added.

I witnessed Umi swimming up to the boat ledge we were on and pulled herself out of the water. I smiled and picked her up. "Hey Umi, feeling better?"

"Mana." she nodded.

"That's good." I smiled at her and felt the sun beaming at us. "It feels a bit hot now, how about we all take a swim? Minus Captain Rachel of course."

"Awesome." Mikey smiled and jumps into the water, coming up and floating on his shell.

I smiled as I saw the boys going into the water and having a great time. I looked down at Umi going back to the water and she was playing with Mikey, splashing at him.

"Mana!" Umi giggles as she splashed water at him.

"Hey!" Mikey laughed and splashed some water at her as well.

I smiled and climbed up the ladder so I can keep guard of the boys playing in the water. Rachel climbed up the ladder as well and sat with me. "Hey sis."

"Hey Aqua, why aren't you having fun down there?"

"Well, I think I should keep my guard up as we get closer to Samiya. And once we get there, we have to guard it from the Shredder. I mean I don't want him to take over the ocean. It'll be terrible."

"I know sis. But look where we are now. We're thousands of miles from the comforts of the Big Apple. And there's no sign of the Shredder or his goodies anywhere. So I don't think there's a reason to get all worked up." Rachel said as she laid a hand on my shoulder.

"Hmm, maybe you're right sis. I just couldn't shake off this bad feeling. Maybe I'm just a bit stressed."

"We all get stressed sis. But I know that we'll protect the Sea Crown if we all band together."

I smiled knowing that my big sister was right. "Thanks sis. You always know what to say."

"Of course I do. Now go down there and play with your water child."

I smiled and got up, then climbed on the edge of the boat. "Red Leader one, am I clear for diving action?" I giggled.

"You're all clear Blue Leader two." Rachel smiled.

"Blue Leader two is diving now. Let her rip!" I smiled as I dived off the edge of the boat head first and splashed into the water. As I swam to the bottom of the coal reefs, I felt my mermaid transformation taking its place.

My hands were becoming webbed, my legs were being covered with scales, and my feet were forming into fins. Next thing I knew, my legs were merging together and formed into a tail. After my transformation was completed, I saw Umi swimming towards me and swam around me in circles.

"Mama! Mama! Mama!" Umi cheered happily and held my flipper. She was swimming forward and I swam after her, exploring the coral reefs and swimming alongside the heart shaped fish creatures.

I giggled as we explored this beautiful ocean underworld. It was unlike the waters back at home. It was clean, colorful, and full of life. "This is amazing Umiko chan, thank you." I hugged my child.

"Mama." she hugged me back tenderly.
