The next night, at Starswirl Academy in the dorm rooms, Twilight was in her room writing in her diary sitting on her bed and her dog, Spike was sitting next to her. Twilight is also wearing her pajamas which is a light blue shirt with white dots on, has blue pants with neon color stars, and her hair is tied into a ponytail. She is writing on her diary while she had Spike next to her. She was writing about how her life was at New York City.

Dear Diary,
It's been a 4 months since me and my friends have move here to New York City because we raise enough to build Starswirl Academy here at New York City and we been doing really interesting stuff. First me and the girls have meet the Hamato siblings, the Purple Vipers, April, and Casey and they have became our new friends ever since we met them at the welcome party at Roosevelt High School. Then the girls and I have competed the Friendship Games against the Shadowbolts of Crystal Prep Academy and we are the first school that beat them at Friendship Games. But apparently my ex boyfriend, Flash Sentry, have attended at Crystal Prep Academy and I wasn't really happy to see him again ever since what he tried to do during middle school.

Then Spike started to see that Twilight was a bit upset that she have seen Flash Sentry after when she promise herself that she never wanted to see him again after what he did. Then he started to go her and snuggle her to comfort her, and Twilight started to smile at Spike and pet his head gently.

"Thanks Spike, I feel so much better now." Said Twilight as she continued writing in her diary.

But ever since we meet the Hamato Siblings and their friends, we been having a great time hanging out with them and my friends have started to develop a crush on one of them. But the truth is that I'm starting to develop a big crush on Leo. He is really handsome, really brave, and strong. Leo and I have been hanging out everyday, and the more time we hangout, the more that we developed more feelings with each other. But I really hope that one day, I will tell Leo how I really feel about him.

After Twilight have finished writing in her diary, she started to close her diary, then put it in her drawer and started to think a bit hard. You see, ever since she and Leo have been hanging out, her feelings for him keep on growing every single day.

"Oh Spike, Leo is like the most amazing boy I have ever met in my life." Said Twilight as she smiles." He is so cool, smart, and the most handsomest boy I met, he is so much different than Flash Sentry, I ever wonder if we become a couple soon."

Then as Twilight smile at her dog, she started to here some tapping sounds at her window, she look to see that no one is out of her window which kinda scared her. Then as she got up, she started to hear something.

"Twilight." Said a voice.

Then as Twilight look out of her window, she saw Leo outside and then she started to open her window.

"Oh hey Leo, you kinda scare me." Said Twilight as she smiles.

"How are you doing Twilight?" Asked Leo as he smiles.

"I'm doing okay." Said Twilight as she smiles.

"Cool, back up Twilight, I'm coming out." Said Leo.

So Twilight have started to back up, then Leo started to use his ninja skills, then he started to jump from a tree and when he reach the window, he enters Twilights home.

"Wow Leo, that was really cool." Said Twilight as she smiles.

"Thanks Twilight, I have been training with my father since I was 7 years old." Said Leo as he smiles.

Then as Leo's is inside, Spike started to jump out of the bed as soon as he see Leo and he started ran to Leo and started to bark happy.

"Oh, who's this cute little guy?" Asked Leo as he saw Spike and smile at him.

"This is Spike my pet dog." Said Twilight as she pets his head." He's been with me ever since I was just a little girl, he is always there for me whenever I feel sad or lonely."

Then as Spike started to see Leo, he started to jump at Leo's arm and started to snuggle him. Leo was a bit shock at first but then he started to smile and pet him at the head.

"Looks like Spike have started to like you Leo." Said Twilight.

"I guess I like him too." Said Leo as he pets Spikes head." Say Twilight, do you want to hangout so we can talk more and get to know each other more?"

"Sure Leo, I will love that." Said Twilight.

So Leo starts to put Spike down and pets his head again and then he and Twilight started to go to the rooftops to talk more. As they got there they started to talk more about themselves and what's it like to be trained to be a ninja. The more the two of them talk, the more closer they are and developing feeling to each other.

"See the Big Dipper over there, if you follow the stars you'll see the bright star, the Pole Star." Said Twilight as she shows Leo some consolation l." And it you look over there you'll see the Little Dipper connected to the Pole Star."

"Wow that's really awesome Twilight, you really are great with consultations." Said Leo and Twilight started to blush at the compliment he says.

"Gee thanks Leo that's very kind of you to say." Said Twilight as she smiles and twirls her hair a bit." You know I just really love to look at the stars, they are just so beautiful."

"Yeah they are, but not as beautiful as you are Twilight." Said Leo as he smiles.

"Really, you think I'm beautiful Leo?" Asked Twilight as she blushes really red.

"Of course Twilight, you're very smart, great at ninjutsu, and you know every star consultation, and you shine like the stars and that's what you are Twilight, you are my shining star." Said Leo as he smiles at her.

"Thank you Leo that is the most sweetest thing anyone has ever said to me." Said Twilight as she smiles at Leo.

"So Twilight, tell me something more about yourself." Said Leo as he smiles.

"Well, my brother Shining Armor calls me Twily." Said Twilight as she smiles.

"Twily, that's what your brother called you?" Asked Leo as he laugh a bit.

"Yeah, he made up that nickname for me ever since I was a little girl." Said Twilight as she laughs a bit." And yet, he still keeps calling me that every single time."

"Well. . . When my siblings and I were little, my brother called me. . . Da Vinci." Said Leo as he blush a bit.

"Da Vinci, as in Leonardo Da Vinci, now that is so heroic." Said Twilight as she smiles.

"I know." Said Leo as he smiles." By the way, tell me something about you that I don't know."

"Well, as you know, I'm 15 years old, I always tried to do things right, I've lived in one place." Said Twilight as she smiles.

"Wow, me too." Said Leo as he smiles." We really do have so much things in common Twilight."

"Yeah I guess we do." Said Twilight as she smiles.

"Say Twilight, the day when saw Flash Sentry again before the Friendship Games, you seemed a bit nervous." Said Leo as he looks at Twilight.

"Yeah, you see, Flash Sentry is my ex boyfriend and the thing is I was so scared that I have saw him again after I promise myself that I never wanted to see him again." Said Twilight as she felt scared.

"I can tell that you are still scared about the day you saw your ex boyfriend huh?" Asked Leo looking concerned.

"Yeah, I'm really scared." Said Twilight as she began to feel really scared." I mean back at middle school, he was so mean to my friends even Maya and what he almost about to do was so terrible, I keep having nightmares about it, and I almost lost my friends because of me."

Then Leo saw how much fear and concern Twilight really has and understands that she really doesn't want her or one of her friends get hurt by Flash Sentry, and he understands because he was also scared too.

'Wow I never seen Twilight this scared in my life, she must have really been scared for what Flash Sentry did back then even though I don't know what he did.' Thought Leo as he felt concerned.' I don't really blame her.'

Then Leo have started to realize that he has to calm down Twilight. So Leo have started to take both of Twilight's hands which causes Twilight to look at Leo and the Leo started to speak.

"Twilight, I know how it feels to be scared by your pass." Said Leo as he looks at Twilight.

"You do Leo?" Asked Twilight looking a bit shock and Leo nodded.

"You see Twilight, when my siblings and I were kids, my baby brother Mikey got bullied by this boy and he was hurt so badly that he has to be sent to the hospital." Said Leo as he confess." Sometimes I felt like it was my fault that I should've been there to protect him."

"Oh Leo, I'm very sorry about that, you must've struggled so much of trying to protect your siblings." Said Twilight as she felt bad for Leo.

"That's okay Twilight, but my father told me sometimes that being the oldest may be hard but I didn't have to be perfect." Said Leo as he smiles." He also told me that I need to face my fear if I ever going to protect my family."

"So you're saying that if I face my fear of fighting Flash Sentry l when we see him again, I will do my best to protect the ones I love." Said Twilight as she understand.

"That's right Twilight, you don't have to be afraid of anything." Said Leo as he smiles at her." You must always be brave to face your fear and you will be fine."

"Thank you Leo, for helping me feel better, you are always this kind to me." Said Twilight as she smiles.

Then Twilight started to hug Leo which have causes him to blush really red. Then he smile and started to hug her back and thinks that she really is the perfect girl he have ever met.

'Oh man, Twilight really is the most beautiful and awesome girl I have ever met in my life.' Though Leo as he smiles.' I really need to tell her that I love her but how?'

Then Twilight look at the clock at the clock tower and realized that it was getting really late and that she had to see the girls tomorrow for band practice.

"Oh dear, it's getting really late, and I have band practice with the girls." Said Twilight as she gets a bit tired.

"Your right, we should get you back to your dorm room." Said Leo as he smiles.

Then as Twilight and Leo got up, Twilight started to feel so tired that she couldn't walk. So Leo picks her up bridal style and he starts to take Twilight to her dorm room. Then as they have arrived, Leo lay Twilight at her bed, and covers her with the sheets.

"Good night Twilight." Said Leo as he smiles.

"Good night Leo." Said Twilight as she smiles.

Then Twilight starts to go to sleep and Leo have started to go back home and he started to think on how can he express he feelings towards Twilight.

"Oh Twilight, if only I could tell you I feel about you, if only I wasn't so scared to to tell you I love you so much." Said Leo as he thinks about Twilight." If only, my heart will tell me what to do."

Then as soon as Leo have said that, all of a sudden, music have began to play, and Leo have began to sing.

After Leo have finished singing his song, he have started to go back home since it was getting really late. But what Leo didn't know was when he was hanging out with Twilight, someone was spying on them and that person is none other than Flash Sentry and he did not look happy at all when Twilight is with Leo.

"Grr, who does that freak think he is flirting, singing and making a move on my girlfriend." Said Flash Sentry as he started to get really angry." Well then if that freak thinks that he could just take my Twilight away from me, then he has no idea who he's messing with."

So Flash Sentry have started to leave before Leo and Twilight could see him and then he started to think of a evil plan to start rid of Leo and get Twilight to be his girlfriend.
