So Master Splinter takes the mane 7 to the dojo so he can tell them his story. Then Master Splinter sat in the middle of the dojo, the mane 7 sit in front of him, and Karai, April, Shinigami, Casey, and the turtles all sit at one side of the dojo. Then Master Splinter took a deep breath and started to tell his story.

Master Splinter: Many years ago I used to be a human myself. My real name is Hamato Yoshi, and I once lived in Japan. I was head of the Hamato ninja clan as it's ninja master. I lived a happy life with my lovely wife Tang Shen and my beautiful baby girl Miwa. But one day all that was taken from me. A old friend of mine, Oroku Saki, who became my rival due to his jealousy of my relationship with Tang Shen laid siege on my home burning it to the ground and taking the life of my wife and stole my daughter in the process."

"That's so sad!" Said Pinkie Pie as she started to cry.

"How horrible." Fluttershy sniffled.

"Oh, man, now I'm getting sappy." Rainbow groaned.

"You poor man." Rarity cried, as her mascara ran." I can't believe that your own friend will ever do that to you, it must be so horrible for you, to lose your wife and that your daughter has to be taken away from your own best friend."

Splinter tries his best not to be sad and then he started to continue his story.

Master Splinter: After that I left Japan in hopes of starting over. I moved to New York. Though I was still lonely I decided to fill that void in my heart by adopting four baby turtles I happened upon in a local pet shop."

That was us." Mikey answered, as he started to hug his brothers.

"Mikey!" Shouted Raph, Leo, and Donnie because Mikey spoil the story and then Pinkie Pie started to giggled at Mikey's reaction.

Master Splinter then shook his head and then started to continue his story.

Master Splinter: After exiting the shop, I passed a strange man on the street. Something felt off about him. Curiously, I decided to investigate. I trailed him into an alley to see he was meeting with three other men just like him while holding a canister containing a green liquid substance. I was eventually discovered by them when I accidentally stepped on a nearby rat. The men attacked, but I fought back and in the process caused the canister to shatter releasing it's substance upon myself and my turtles. The mutagen as it is known as affected my DNA and mutated me into the last thing I came into contact with.

"A rat." Twilight answered.

Master Splinter: Yes. And the mutagen had mutated my turtles into human-like. Because of my new appearance I fled to the sewers before taking my turtles with me. Over time their minds had begun developing a form of human intelligence thanks to the ooze. I knew eventually they would desire to go up to the surface, but I knew they wouldn't survive. So I trained them in the art of ninjitsu so that when they were ready they would be able to defend themselves.

After Master Splinter told the mane his story, they were all amazed but sad for Master Splinter's lost.

"That's an amazing story, so you've been living down here for years?" Twilight asked.

"Fifteen years to be accurate." Splinter answered.

"That's great but I'm also sorry for your lose of you wife and daughter." Said Sunset Shimmer.

"It is quite alright, but I'm began to rejoice when I heard that my daughter is still alive." Said Master Splinter as he looks at Karai.

"Wait a minute, you are Master Splinter's daughter?!" Asked Rainbow Dash in shock.

"Yes I am." Said Karai.

"But how are you still alive for 15 years?" Asked Rarity.

Then Karai started to tell the mane 7 about that the Shredder have taken her away from her real father and lied to her for 15 years and tells her to kill her real family. After Karai told them, the mane 7 were a really shock that the turtles enemy have lied to Karai for 15 years.

"Heavens to betsey, now me and my friends have all fought bad guys before." Said Applejack as she was still shock." But this Shredder person is one lump of bad re I have ever heard."

"Oh you poor thing, I can't believe that man have lied to you for 15 years." Said Rarity." You must've suffer when you figure out the truth."

"Yeah I did, but Leo and the others have help learn the truth." Said Karai as she looks at her brothers and smile." Then after Shredder disappeared, I vow to do something. I want to rebuild the Foot Clan, bring back honor to a clan that Shredder poison for almost 2 decades, and when I finished, I'll destroy Oruko Saki and his empire once and for all."

"But Karai, life isn't always about revenge, if you choose that path it will only give you more pain." Said Pinkie Pie." Just be glad that you know who your really father and let your family help you defeat Shredder."

"Pinkie Pie is right Miwa, you can't defeat Shredder alone which is why we are here to help you." Said Master Splinter.

Then Karai smile at her family and then Spike have started to bark to get everyone's attention.

"Aw who's is this little cute guy here, he is so cute." Said Mikey as he goes to Spike." Hey, little guy. Cootchie cootchie coo.

"This is Spike, he's my pet dog." Said Twilight as she smiles at her dog.

Then all of a sudden, Spike have started to look at Leo, then he started to jump at Leo's laps and started to cuddle with him which really shocks Leo.

"Aw, looks like he started to like you Leo." Said Twilight as she smiles.

"I guess I like him too." Said Leo as he pets Spikes head and then Twilight have started to speak.

"Okay but Master Splinter will you please explain me this, how do you know my name?" Asked Twilight.

"The truth is Twilight Sparkle is that you are the princess of the Crystal Empire." Said Master Splinter and Twilight got really shock.

"Wait a princess. . . A PRINCESS?!" Said Twilight in shock.

"Well you really need to know the truth Twilight and you finally know the truth." Said Pinkie Pie." Your parents are the king and queen of the Crystal Empire."

"They are right Twilight, you are the missing princess of the Crystal Empire, your father and mother have send you down here to earth 15 years ago." Said Sunset Shimmer.

"Wait but why did they both leave me here on earth?" Asked Twilight." Didn't they both want me?"

"Of course they did Twilight, your mother and father have both loved you with all there hearts." Said Master Splinter as he holds Twilight's hands." But the Shredder and the Foot Clan have attack your kingdom and try to force your parents to marry you with one of Shredder's future guards, and they have to ask me to bring to earth to be safe. And your mother have also hidden these magical gems that were on her crown on earth when Shredder was about to take it as his own."

That got Twilight to feel really sad that she never got to chance to see her parents and everyone have started to feel really bad for her.

"The Shredder have also attack our kingdoms that are close to the Crystal Empire." Said Rainbow Dash as she spoken." The 6 of us escape and went to earth to find you Twilight because we think that you are our only hope."

"But Master Splinter, can't you do anything to defeat Shredder?" Asked Twilight.

"I'm afraid me and my sins can't do anything but you can Twilight Sparkle." Said Master Splinter.

"Really, what can I do?" Asked Twilight as she smiles.

"Twilight, if you can defeat Shredder and find all of these mysteries crystal gems that are hidden away when they use to be in your mothers crown, you will bring peace and happiness back at the Crystal Empire." Said Master Splinter serious." And you will save your people and everyone else and defeat the Shredder."

"Okay, I think that I can do that." Said Twilight as she beloved herself." But exactly how am I suppose to defeat the Shredder and find these magical gems?"

"Well first Twilight Sparkle, you must learn how to use your crystal magic and must turn into your magical princess form to defeat Shredder." Said Master Splinter." And I have a way to help you with your magic."

Then Master Splinter have started to show Twilight the purple spell book that her parents give him before he left with Twilight to earth to be safe.

"This is a very special spell book that holds many of your ancestors spell they made and use it to fight evil, but you must learn to control it Twilight." Said Master Splinter as he gives her the book.

"I will Master Splinter but I don't know any of these spells before and how will I learn how to control these magic?" Asked Twilight a bit fear.

"We can teach you these magic spells Twilight." Said Rarity as she smiles and so did the girls." The girls and I have all learn our crystal magic since we were kids and we will help you."

"And me, my brothers, and friends can help you how to control it just in case if you ever started to lose control." Said Leo as he smiles at Twilight.

That got Twilight to smile at the girls cause she have finally found new friends that will help her and always be there for her and not only that but she have also found a new crush and that crush she has is on a mutant turtle who she happens to find him really cute and handsome. Then after that, they all have started to go outside of the dojo.

"Wow, I have to be really honest, I never knew that was actually a magical princess from a magical kingdom." Said Twilight as she smiles but then remembers something." Wait a minute, what am I supposed to tell my adopted mom and aunt and how am I suppose to tell them about all of this?"

"You can't tell them that you really are a magical princess Twilight." Said Applejack." Cause if you do then someone will over hear you and it will put you in danger, so you must keep it a secret."

Then Twilight have started to understand and nodded her head for yes. Then Twilight have started to think of something.

"By the way, about that band audition you girls did, do you girls really need a lead singer or were you only using that to find me?" Asked Twilight.

"Well we wanted to find you but we really like to form a band and that's why we were looking for a lead singer." Said Rainbow Dash as she smiles." In the one who came up with the idea and thought that we could do our first concert."

That got Twilight to smile because she always wanted to sing in her first concert then she got an idea that she could have their band practice at her home.

"Hey why don't you all want to come to my home so you can meet my mom and aunt?" Said Twilight as she smiles.

"Sure Twilight, we will all really like to meet your adoptive family and where you were being raised." Said Leo as he smiles.

"And I think that their might be enough room for me and the girls to do our band practice just to be prepared for our concerts." Said Twilight as she smiles.

"Cool, you know I always wanted to have a band room since the moment I came up with the idea to start a band and we can finally have a band room to practice." Said Rainbow Dash as she smiles." So what are we all waiting for, let's go."

So the mane 7, the turtles, April, Karai, Shinigami, and Casey have a started to go to Twilight's home and as they all go, little did Twilight know is that she maybe have a chance to use her magic.
