(In the morning)

Starshine woke up and started her day as she usually would. She got out of bed, took a shower, then made herself some breakfast which was crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, and buttery toast. She then started preparing for college for when she starts next week.

"Man there's a lot to learn about economics and business but it's all interesting as well" Starshine said to herself as she put a bit of scrambled eggs in her mouth.

After a few hours she got bored with studying and decided to take a break so she took out her nintendo switch from one of her suitcases and set it up on the TV.

After getting it all set up she started playing Splatoon 2. After an hour Starshine heard knocking on her door so she paused the game and got up to see who it was. When she opened the door she saw that it was April.

"Oh Hey April what's up?" Starshine asked.

"Mr Murakami told me about what happened the other day. Did you really fight all three of the purple dragons?" April asked.

"Oh yes I did, it wasn't that hard. I've been in worse fight's before, but that's a story for another time." Starshine said.

"Oh well I just wanted to make sure you were alright. The purple dragons don't like it when someone makes a fool out of themselves" April said worryingly.

"Hey April it's Ok. I'm glad you're worried about me but don't worry I can take care of myself." Starshine said reassuringly.

"Ok if you say so, but if you ever need help then I have a few friends who can help you out." April said.

"Thanks April. Well I better get back to studying after all I want to be ready when College starts next week" Starshine said.

"It looks to me that you're playing video games" April said smugly as she saw the Tv had the game playing.

"Oh that's just for a break. Gotta have room for fun in life can't always be about work" Starshine explained.

"I guess you're right. Well I have to go now I'll see you again Starshine" April said before walking off.

Starshine waved goodbye and went back into her apartment.

(later at 6:00 PM)

Starshine was getting herself ready for her first date with Mikey. She got out a nice dress that she wore on prom night. She then went into the bathroom and put her hair up in a bun.

"Hmm I think it could use something? Hmm oh I know." Starshine then got out a hair pick with a flower in it and put it in her bun.

"There we go now I just got to get something to drink in case me or Mikey get thirsty. Ah I know I'll bring some fruit juice, I hope he likes it." Starshine then got her bag and some of the juice boxes from the fridge and headed out.

(at the turtle's lair)

Mikey looked at himself in the mirror in his room preparing himself for his first date.

"Hmm ok I think I look good" Mikey said to himself before he got a swift smell of himself and realized that he stunk.

'No way I can show up on my first date smelling like this. Thankfully Casy left some of his cologne here. I hope he won't mind me using it.' Mikey thought to himself and then got out the said cologne (as he was holding onto it) and dabbed a bit of it on himself.

After he made sure that he was ready he thought of a way to leave without his brothers being suspicious.

'I'll just tell them I'm going skateboarding. Yeah that'll keep them from being suspicious. I just hope this date won't go down hill.' Mikey thought to himself before grabbing his skateboard and heading off.

"Hey guys I'm going skateboarding I'll be back in a bit." Mikey said and only heard the Ok from Leo who was watching space heroes.

(On the surface)

Mikey was hopping from ceiling to ceiling when he remembered something.

"Oh crud, I need to get Starshine, something nice. Ok what do girls like? Think Mikey, think. What did Donnie say about girls? HMMH AHHA flowers, girls like flowers!" Mikey exclaimed and started looking around for flowers.

He then spotted a flower shop and luckily he spotted roses as well. So he made his way over there and used his nunchucks to grab a hold of the flowers, which left a very confused florist as one of his roses was missing.

(At the date sight)

Starshine was on her phone watching some videos while she waited for Mikey. Just then she felt a tap on her shoulder and looked to see that Mikey had arrived.

"Oh hey Mikey. What's that behind your back?" Starshine asked.

"Oh well I got you thies." Mikey said then pulled out the bouquet of roses.

"Aww Mikey, you shouldn't have." Starshine said as she took the flowers.

"Well I wanted to make a good first impression on our first date." Mike said sheepishly.

"Heh well what do you want to do first?" Starshine asked.

"Oh well I was wondering if we could sit down and talk." Mikey suggested.

"I think that sounds great." Starshine said smiling while taking a seat.

Mikey sat next to her and they began to talk about many different things. Starshine told Mikey about her hometown Jasper Nivada and he told her about New York.

The conversation then moved on to their hobbies and they were surprised that they have a lot in common with each other. Both of them loved Pizza, Kitteys, Icecream, and both of them trained in martial arts.

"Wow Starshine your life seems pretty cool" Mikey said.

"Not as cool as yours. I mean you're a mutant turtle who trained in martial arts his whole life, you have four brothers, a rat father which is pretty cool, and you live in the big apple. While my home is just a small desert town." Starshine said with a bit of amusement and jealousy in her voice.

"Ha Yeah, I guess my life is pretty cool, but I think yours is cool too." Mikey reassured Starshine.

"Yeah I guess you're right." Starshine said while smiling.

Mikey smiled back and blushed a bit when Starshine held his hand. Mikey looked at her and saw that she was leaning into him.

'Oh my god she's gonna kiss me. Ha Donnie I'm gonna have my first Kiss and you haven't even kissed April yet. Ok Mikey keep it cool and just go along with it' Mikey thought to himself and leaned in with Starshine.

Right as they were about to kiss Mikey's T-Phone started ringing which killed the mood instantly. Mikey groaned as he checked his phone to see that Raph was calling him.

*sigh* "Sorry Starshine I gotta take care of this real quick" Mikey said while getting up.

"Hey it's alright just come back to me once you're done.' Starshine said.

Mikey smiled and got up to answer the call.

"Hey Raph what cha calling me for?" Mikey asked.

"Well I was gonna ask when you're gonna come home it's your turn to cook dinner, remember meat head?" Raph said in his usual grouchy tone.

"Oh yeah right sorry I lost track of time. I'll be home soon ok." Mikey said.

"Ok but be quick" Raph said then hung up.

Mikey groaned again as Rpah had just killed the mood of his first date and interrupted his first kiss.

"Hey Starshine I hate to break it to you but I have to go home now it's my turn to cook tonight" Mikey said.

"Hey it's Ok we can go on another date, and here's something you can make for your family." Starshine said while giving him a recipe.

Mike looked at it and it had pepperoni and cheese calzone.

"Um Starshine, what's a calzone?" Mikey asked.

"Well you said you liked pizza and a calzone is basically a folded up Pizza. I thought you and your brothers would like to try it, it's my dad's recipe." Starshine said.

"Ohh Yeah I'll give that a try, thanks Starshine." Mikey said thankfully.

"Any time Mikey." Starshine said before giving Mikey a kiss on the cheek and went home

Mikey stood still for a few seconds processing what just happened, before he jumped for joy.

"Ha I got a kiss from Starshine on our first date." Mike said to himself before he skated home.

When he got back he started cooking the recipe that Starshine gave him.

"HEY GUYS DINNER IS READY" Mikey called out to his family.

When they came in they were surprised to see what Mikey had made.

"Hey Mikey what's this?" Donnie asked.

"Oh it's called a calzone. I found it online and thought I would give it a try" Mikey said.

"Hmm well it smells good so it can't be that bad" Raph said before he and the rest of the family sat down.

They took some of the calzones and started to eating them.

"Wow Mikey this is really good." Leo said.

"Really thanks Leo" Mikey thanked while rubbing the back of his head.

'Hmm I wonder what Starshine is up to?' Mikey thought as he continued eating.

"Hey Mikey can I ask you something?" Donnie asked.

"Hun Oh yeah sure what's up?" Mikey responded.

"Why do you smell like Casey's cologne?" Donnie asked.

"Oh well I wanted to try it out and see how it smells. It smells good, hehe." Mikey answered nervously.

"Hmm ok." Donnie said before going back to his meal.

(At Starshine's apartment)

Starshine was in her kitchen cooking up lemon shrimp and noodles while on a video chat with her parents.

"Hey Starshine, how are you doing in the city?" Glean asked.

"I'm doing great, dad. Things have been quite interesting here. Oh and I also got a Job working as a waitress and cleaner for a noodle shop not too far away from where I live." Starshine said.

"Oh that's good to know. Also if you need any help with your finances let me know and I'll help you out anyway I can." Glean said.

"Ok dad I will. Oh and hey I made a new friend today. His name is Mikey and he's really cool." Starshine said.

"Oh really that's great to hear what he's like." Glean asked.

"Well he likes pizza, kitties, Icecream, and he's also trained in martial arts like me." Starshine explained.

"Well he sounds interesting. I hope I get to meet him sometime." Glean said.

"Yeah well he's a bit shy so I don't know when he would like to meet you but we'll see" Starshine said.

"Ok sweaty. Hey wanna talk to your mother and baby brother before I go?" Glean asked.

"Oh sure I'd love to, I already miss them a lot." Starshine said.

Glean smiled and gave the phone to his wife.

"Starshine my dear how have you been?" Solarflare asked.

"I'm doing great, mom. New York is awesome and I can't wait to start college." Starshine said.

"That's good to know but remember to stay happy cause all I want from you is to be happy in your life cause that what matters most to me is for you to be happy." Solarflare said.

"I know mom dont worry but I've got big plans for when I graduate college. Like I'll set up my own business in making chocolate and other sweets for example." Starshine said.

"Oh dear, that does sound quite interesting." Solarflare said.

"Yeah and that will be only the tip of the iceberg. I'll be making a business that won't be polluting the environment. I've got big dreams mom and I'm gonna work my way to it." Starshine said with confidence.

"Alright sweaty as long as you're happy then I'm happy for you as well." Solarflare said.

"Thanks mom," Starshine said.

"Oh looks like someone wants to talk to his big sister, well here you go Starcatcher." Solarflare said then turned the phone towards her son.

When Starcatcher saw his sister he smiled and tried to grab at the phone with his dirty baby food covered hands.

"Sister, Sister, Sister," Starcatcher said.

Starshine laughed and said "it's nice to see you as well little brother. Your big sister is doing great and she loves it here in New York."

Starcatcher continued to try and grab the phone but Glean got a hold of it before his son could.

"Well sweaty it was nice talking to you but I've gotta go now this stinking thing is about to die so I gotta put it on recharge. I'll talk to you again, bye." Glean said.

"Bye dad, bye mom, bye little brother talk to you guys tomorrow" Starshine said before ending the call.

She then continued cooking dinner and once it was ready she sat down and tucked in.

After an hour she was sitting on the couch watching a movie when she got a call on her phone. She looked to see that it was Mikey so she picked up.

"Hey Mikey what's up?" Starshine asked.

"Oh nothing much I just got done eating dinner with my brothers so I decided to call you up and see how you were doing." Mikey said.

"I'm doing great, I'm just watching a movie right now." Satrshine said.

"Awesome, so I was wondering, do you think we can go out on another date tomorrow?" Mikey asked.

"Aww sure when do you want to go?" Starshine asked.

"Well me and my bros will be going out on patrol tomorrow and I'm a master of sneaking so I was wondering if we could go after I sneak away." Mikey suggested.

"Oh yeah that sounds great. Hey, is there a skate park here cause I'd love to check it out as I've never skated before so I'd like to learn from someone who has some experience." Starshine said.

"Oh yeah there is one and I'd love to show you how to skate like a pro." Mikey said.

"Ok then where should we meet?" Starshine asked.

"I'll text you the place and I'll let you know when we can meet Ok?" Mikey asked.

"Ok, I'll meet you there Mikey." Starshine said.

"OK, I love you." Mikey said.

"I love you too, my little turtle." Starshine said before ending the call.
