~3 days later in Jimena's Perspective~

I woke up to a beautiful summer day in the farmhouse. I yawned and stretched and got up from the bed I was sleeping in. I opened my window that had birds, trees, and sky. I couldn't believe that many days have passed quickly by. I started walking out of the bedroom and tip toed quietly over to the bathroom, making sure not to wake up the others. After I made it in, I closed the door.

I took off my clothes and turned the water to very warm. I stepped into the shower, humming to the warmth of the running water. As I started washing myself with the soap, I gasped as a flashback came to me. The flashback was the death of my parents which made me start to cry. "Mom! Dad!" I cried their names as my tears went down my face.

After I finished rinsing myself, I came out of the bathroom with my towel around me and made my way back to the room with tears still running down my face. "I miss you mom, and dad..." I sniffled.

After I got dressed, I saw that April was already awake. "Oh, hello April."

"Hey Jimena."

I went to my bed to lay down and started whimpering because of my parents' death.

"What's wrong with you Jimena?" April asked me.

"I miss my mom and dad..."

"So why don't you go see them?"

I sighed and teared up. "They both got murdered by those cold blooded Kraang when I was just a baby."

"How were you raised?"

"I was raised by Kraang Prime. She taught me a lot of things, but she's abusive to me too..."

"Did you ever try to leave her?"

"She said that if I ever left her, she would kill me."

"Then why did you go to her in the first place?" she asked.

"I didn't go with her, she took me away from my dead family."

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry Jimena." she frowned.

"It's okay... I guess..." I whispered softly.

"Okay..."

"I'm gonna head outside to the stream... I need some fresh air..." I said as I got up from my bed and left out the door.

"Okay Jimena, be careful."

~A while later~

I was sitting on the bank of the stream, throwing tiny pebbles at the water. I sighed as I can't stop thinking about my family. I wanted to cry so much.

~Donnie's Perspective~

I was taking a walk through the silent forest after I finished working on a secret project. I was walking down the flowing stream until I found Jimena. She looked upset about something, so I walked over to her to see if she was alright. "Hey Jimena."

She looked at me. "Ohh, hey Donnie..." she sighed in depression.

"Um, what's up?" I asked her.

"Nothing..."

"Come on Jimena, there has to be something wrong with you."

"It's my family..." she frowned and took out something. "I miss them..."

"Can I see that?"

She gave me what looked like a picture of her dad and herself as a baby. "That's your dad Jimena?" I asked her.

"Yeah. I remember how he was murdered by the Kraang when I was that young."

"How?"

"He and my mom were taking me to a daycare center to play with other kids my age. It was until the Kraang wanted me and my dad, but he refused to let them take me so they murdered him and my mom with a gun, but they didn't kill me."

"I'm so sorry for your loss Jimena... I feel bad for you..." I frowned.

"It's fine Donnie. You don't need to feel sorry at all, it's just no loves me and I was raised with hatred in my life by Kraang Prime who is my mom for now." she said softly.

"But... I do..." I blushed.

"What?"

"I-I... I l-love you J-Jimena..." I stuttered and looked away from her. I teared up after saying that, so I just stood there waiting for her to say that she hates me.

~Jimena's Perspective~

'Is this true? He loves me??' I thought to myself.

I was kind of shocked that Donnie confessed that he loves me. I was happy to know that he was. I looked back at him to see that he was on the swing. So I got up from the ground and walked over to him. I looked at him who was letting his tears fall and I kissed his forehead. "Donnie..."

"Huh?" Donnie looked up and sniffled.

"I love you too Donnie. You took really good care of me when I met you."

"Y-You do?" he wiped his tears away.

"Yes." I smiled at him.

I saw him get up, he looked so tall. He gave me a hug in which made me and him blush. He wrapped his arms around my waist which were very warm. It caused me to hum very sweetly.

"You're so tall Donnie." I smiled.

"And you're so small." he showed off his gap tooth.

I giggled. "I love you Donnie."

"And I love you too Jimena."

~April's Perspective~

I was walking back home from the woods until I saw Donnie and Jimena hugging each other. 'What the shell is she doing hugging my man?!' I growled and came to them.

I saw Donnie turn around while holding Jimena in his arms. "Oh, April."

I gasped.

"April, I love Jimena now. I hope you could understand it."

"Well I don't!" I yelled angrily at him.

"Why?" he frowned.

"Because I loved you first!" I grew red.

"But you never shared your feelings to me. I know you did, but I lost interest in you April. I love Jimena now because I care about her and she cares about me." Donnie said.

"I was trying to wait for the right moment to get you to love me."

"Well, it's too late now April. Jimena took a whole pizza pie of my heart."

"Why do you even like her in the first place?! She's really short!" I yelled.

"So what? I love how small she is. It's cute."

"I met you first and you like me first! Why can't you stay liking me!"

"Because you like Casey. I know."

"I wanted you to think that, but I like you more."

He grew mad. "Well that was a really dirty trick. And I'll never forgive you. Come on Jimena, let's go inside." he said as he took Jimena in his arms and brought her inside the farmhouse.

I huffed and stomped inside, going into my room, and locking the door.

~Donnie's Perspective~

I brought Jimena into my room since April and Jimena share a room. So I brought her in my room so she can stay with me. I blushed and smiled as she laid her head onto my lap. I stroked her brown hair gently while I blushed. After a while, she got up and kissed my lips. I blushed and didn't know whether to kiss back or not, but I kissed back anyway.

After she pulled away, she smiled. "I saw Leo and Aqua doing that. Is that love?"

"Y-Yes." I stuttered.

"And I saw Raphie doing this to Haylie." she said as she started to suck on my neck which made me blush more.

(Aww, poor blushing Donnie!)

I blushed like crazy until I heard her yawn. I smiled and laid her down on my bed and tucked her in. I smiled at her sleeping form, knowing that there's hope in us.
