For summary and from what I read, this is a villain (side villain) named Tristian but they call him Pyro. he's a pyromaniac/arsonist who was just minding his own business until the turtles decided to show up. Usually in his human form, I'm guessing he doesn't care for the turtles and he's gonna break stuff whenever they find him. This gives me an ideas, Tristan/Pyro seems like a redemption worthy guy- but I'm gonna leave it up to Ace with that. Because I am planning to make one of the reincarnations of the turtles to actually try to befriend him. I think it could be like a wholesome moment. I'm not sure if I want them to be Mikey personality even if it works best- becuase we've already had 2018/Rise Mikey redeeming Draxum and 2012 Mikey redeeming someone too but I'm not sure.

But I see him as the "who the hell are you guys?"
Type of people.

I am gonna have to probably add a cloaking brooch for him to you know get that human form again. Theres still developments to it. And I'm currently brainstorming for one of the turtle sketches.

This is a Japanese pond turtle. This guy is gonna be lil' that's for sure. Because they say that the females grow up to 21 cm and 14 cm for males.

I'm gonna make this guy a male. So he's gonna be small. I'm not sure if this is completely accurate tbh but I'm trying my best here with research on the internet sorry-

And now introducing the Donatello reincarnation Hokusai!

Hokusai is an artist just like Donatello is named after an artist he is too.

Here's a little about Hokusai.

Hokusai is a Japanese pond turtle like I said at the beginning. He's the reincarnation of Donatello so yes he's the smart one.

He's still sarcastic but now, he's also a bit lazy, he likes to bask in the sun like an actual turtle and float in water, so if they still lived in the sewers he'd know the whole sewer system because he goes swimming a lot in the sewers so he does come back smelly but he always takes baths. He hates showers because he can't float in them. He also loves watching movies while he's floating in the water and he loves snacks so he does snack a lot. I can imagine one of their siblings giving him an iPad and some snacks in the bath tub. The goggles are like the cinema glasses because well he loves movies, and they do work as cinema glasses too, he genuinely doesn't care about thing that he doesn't like or likes often. He usually just neutral with everything and doesn't give a crap about other's opinions but he really goes care.

He definitely knows about the internet XD

Knowing the cursed things- he learned all his science skills with YouTube and wikis and basically the internet. He's definitely cocky and arrogant like Donnie but not as much.

He's the second youngest basically the middle child. He's 14 like Leo and Donnie in rottmnt at the beginning. He turns like 17 or 16 eventually further into the story I feel.
