So I started to think on how Pyro/Tristan made by Acewritesstuffiguess and Hokusai made by me would meet. Because I did indeed find a way for them to meet. So I don't know how Pyro/Tristan's character too well but I'm going to try my best to make it in character and Ace if you're seeing this you can correct me XD

I just had an idea on how they'd meet idk-

Hokusai and his three other siblings were hanging around the lair.

"Alright I'm off the lazy sewers!"
Hokusai had told his sensei and siblings. Before grabbing his purple ring tube and his cool violet board shorts.

"Alright make sure to not get lost an-"

"I'll be fineeee! I know the systems better than anyone! Beats the humans above the manhole."
Hokusai rolls his eyes cutting his sibling's sentence as he slides on over to the exit of the lair.

"I'll be back I promise!"
He adds calling out to them.

"No I don't."
He then says quietly to himself with a snicker.

Once he's far enough he slips on the purple ring around his waist and looks at the rushing sewer waters, usually the current right now would be dangerous for his siblings but for Hokusai it's a fun exercising experience.

"Cannonball!"
He shouts and dives right into the currents he lets himself float happily, his turtle tail hangs out from the tube laying on his back and spreading his arms and legs.

He was also already wrenching with sewer smells. The tunnels start leading towards near where the water exits.

"And threeeee...twoooo....one."
The ring tube he's resting on suddenly starts falling down from the water fall like area.

"WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!"
he shouts happily raising both his arms up into the air as he lands with a splash at the end of the fall.

He sinks into the sewer waters and swims back up to the surface spitting out the small amount he had in his mouth.

"Never the best taste but worth it."
Hokusai sticks his tongue out a bit before putting his tube to the side where it won't drift away as he trots up to the exit of the sewers which had bars that prevented anyone from coming in or exiting. However Hokusai is a small turtle and can squeeze by easily.

"Beats the human world."
He mocks himself as he slides through the metal bars and falls into the fresh waters of NYC.

Hokusai has always been a strong swimmer so he swims easily to the land, he climbs up the bridge slowly hiding from the sight of humans.

"Don't interact with humans, they'll see you as freaks and run you down and possibly kill you and use for government uses."
Hokusai repeats what his sensei had told him and his siblings.

It's dark currently the only light sources are form the honking traffic cars or the buildings.

"Too bad my siblings aren't total rebels."
He smirks as he wall jumps up the bridge and slowly heads up to a building.

On the rooftop he sees a nearby outdoor cinema, he waddles over to there and shrinks in between the ledges of the building. He puts on his cinema goggles and starts watching the movie.

"Ah. Jamie, how dare you betray me! I trusted you and I let you take my heart from me! You've played me!"
Hokusai says with a high pitched girly voice with the movie playing.

"But Rebecca! I did it for the family! We needed this- I can barely make green with these bare hands!"
Hokusai switches to a deeper manly voice when the second character was speaking.

"Green? For us? Ugh- Jamie you liar you're just greedy for those greens you call it!"
Hokusai says dramatically with the movie before laying on his back gently his shell hitting the ground laughing quietly.

This was his tenth favorite movie, Rings tied. He can quote it in his favorite part which is right now. He always loved plot twists and drama. He's a bit of a drama king himself.

Hokusai then sniffs the air, he smells...smoke.

"Hm?!"
He jolts up and scurries to the edge of the building. the movie projected was on fire! And it was spreading towards the grass and trees.

"Oh no! Who did this?! What do I do?! Scoff! Who DARES interrupt my movie time?!"
He says verbalizing his scoff while he puts a hand on his chest offended by his favorite hobby being interrupted.

His eyes darts around seeing a man at least 27 years old and dark brown hair, he wore a gray jacket and a white top underneath it along with black pants, he had a lighter in his hands and some sort of brooch on the hood.

"That's suspicious."
As he continued to watch this man his brain buzzed with thoughts of needing to stop this guy, he had a lighter and isn't panicking at all.

"Sus."
Hokusai says to himself.

He feels rather conflicted because he can't just jump into without thinking and especially when he's literally a Mutant. Buttt on the other hand people are already panicking so.... Screw it.

Hokusai jumps down and picks up a smooth tree branch.

"You there! How dare you I bother my me time!"
He calls out to the man point the branch at him.

The man looks at Hokusai a bit surprised and mostly confused, and rather irritated.

"A...stick? Really? Look here kid why don't you run along before that stick catches on fire yeah? Just go find your mommy and daddy."
The man puts his hands in his pockets, he seems like he didn't want to deal with someone like Hokusai.

"Gasp! I'm 14! That makes me a teenager thank you very much!"
He verbalized his gasp as he tosses the stick in the air.

The man simply rolls his eyes and huffs feeling more irritated.

"Comn bud. I don't got time for this. I'm not some babysitter for err a turtle."
He looks at Hokusai head to toe.

"I'm a Japanese pond turtle to be specific."
Hokusai frowns.

"Whatever kid you're still a turtle."
He rolls his eyes not wanting to deal with him, he looks really agitated.

"Also what's with the brooch? It looks not very fashionable with your type of look currently."
Hokusai crosses his arms his worst twirling motions the brooch on the man's hood.

The man's eye twitches and he looks like he's ready to throw some hands.

Hokusai had a feeling the brooch was something not only was it a the perfect gift for one of his siblings he thought the man was better off without it so he charges at the man, but the man is quicker grabbing his torso.

"HEY LET GO!"
Hokusai grumbles but his small size compared to the man was difficult. He does though hold onto the brooch.

"Hey no you let go kid!"
The man grumbles as they pull away the brooch snaps off the hood. And the man transforms into a some goat Mutant.

"What the- another Mutant?!"
Hokusai's eyes light up with confusion but mostly fascination and interest.

"Hey! Give it back!"
He starts charging towards Hokusai at rapid speed.

"OH GREAT CANYONS-!"
He shrieks and gets up running away with the brooch.

"Why you do hot headed?! You literally commuted arson ! That's crime ya Pyromaniac!"
Hokusai shouts as he's being chased and tackled at, he ducks and dives to avoid the ramming.

"Leave me alone Pyro!!!"
Hokusai shouts giving the guy a nickname.

"I have a name you know! It's Tristan!"
The Mutant scowls trying to throw some punches.

"Wow that's rich from an adult chasing a teenager!"
He yelps.

"I'm only chasing you because you've got my brooch!"

"Sorry can't hear you, I'm listening to Never Ending Story!"
Hokusai laughs.

"Hey give it back kid!"
Tristan yells.

After a long chase Hokusai trips and falls back into the water where the bridge was the brooch falling out of his hands, Tristan grabs his brooch mid air and quickly put sit back on transforming back to his human form.

He huffs looking around for Hokusai but didn't see him.

Hokusai was hiding underwater he sighs in relief and goes up to the surface to breath.

"Better go home..."
He mumbled and heads back to the sewers ready to tell his siblings the day he snuck out to the human city again.
