* SAME DAY AND STILL IN RAPH'S ROOM *

Wait, wait wait. LEO?!?!

Me: LEO!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!?

Leo: Chris, before you get mad---

Me: Too late, Captain Obvious

Leo: look, I have a confession to make!
*sighs and inhales deeply* I like you, Chris. Like, like-like you.

Me: *has absolutely no words and just stares in awe at him*

Leo: Chris, ever since you got here, I fell for you. Hard. You're just so beautiful. I really like your attitude, your sass, the way you stand up for others, and protect the ones you truly care about. You are funny, amazing, adorable, and bold. I just wish I had the opportunity to tell you before you started dating Raph. And, now that he's got you, I'm forced to move on.

Me: *musters up the courage to finally speak after dying in a puddle of Christina* Leo, why did you kiss me?

Leo: I couldn't help it! You looked so pretty outside, and when we were alone...*scratches the back of his neck* I-I uh, *clears throat* sort of, took advantage.

Me: Raph's gonna kill you when he hears this. (thinks: I know I'm supposed to be mad right now, but man he felt so good! Too much? Yea, definitely too much) *sighs and slowly gets up, not making a sound and walks towards the door, but instead falls and hits it* ow.

Leo: *comes over to me and turns on the lights* you OK?

Me: *quickly gets up* yea I'm fine.

* AWKWARD SILENCE *

After 2 minutes , I finally break it.

Me: Look, Leo, as you know, I'm with Raph now. And there's no way I'm leaving him. But, since we're both sharing secrets, I actually uh, *inhales deeply* kindasortamaybelikedyoutoo.

Leo: whoa, you do?!?! *is super happy but tries to cover it up with a cough so as to not seem so desperate and changes his tone of voice* I mean, um..you do?

Me: no Leo, I DID. Liked is past tense. Leo, I chose Raph because he understands me and is broken inside, just like me. He is also very sweet, stubborn, a heavy brawler, smart (as in a smart mouth) very, *sighs and looks away dreamily* very hot *clears throat after she sees Leo looking at her like she is weird* and uh, a rebel, also like me. *walks up to Leo, and places a hand on his shoulder* I'm sorry Leo, but you're just a brother to me. *kisses his cheek* I hope you can move on and see through the beauty of a better girl.......Ashley. *she leaves him to think about Ashley as she goes to open the door*

Leo: but that's the thing! I like you-- *gets cut off by everyone staring at him from the doorway. Finally has the nerve to finish* --both. *looks at Ashley and sees her about to have a melt-down*

Ashley:

OH!!! So that's how it is, huh!

Leo: Ashley, I---

Ashley: *puts her right hand up to make him stop* Don't. Just don't.*tries to hold back tears but fails as one successfully rolls down her left cheek. She starts crying softly*

Leo: *has no words*

Ashley: *clears up a little, but can't stop the tears from flowing down* You know, Leo, I actually really liked you. *sniffs and chuckles lightly* and I thought *sniff* that we could be more than just friends one day, since you told me you liked me too. *sniffles more, exhales, starts talking and crying* but, I guess that'll never happen, since you just confessed your feelings to the one you like the most. *continues crying*

Me: Ashley, ---

Ashley: I SAID DON'T!!! *jolts out of the lair, continuing to cry*

Leo: *runs to his room and slams the door shut*

Everyone else tries to forget the whole thing and go about their business.

* WEEKS LATER AND COUNTLESS T'S AND D'S *

Me: OK, THAT'S ENOUGH!! *dials Ashley's number. After a few rings, she picks up*

Ashley: yea Chris?
Me: QUICK!!! I need you down here! Ashley: WHAT??? WHY?
Me: NO TIME TO EXPLAIN! JUST HURRY!!! *I hang up with a smirk on my face*

Me: *I dash towards Leo's door and bang super hard* LEO HELP!!! FOOT BOTS ARE IN THE LAIR!!! *I run towards the living room, hides in hiding spot and waits patiently* And 3......2........1

Ashley: *comes running to the entrance of the lair*

Leo: *bursts through the door*

Ashley and Chris at the same time and in same level of tone: CHRIS!!! IM HERE!!! *looks at each other*

Ashley: *looks down, trying to ignore Leo*

Leo: look. *sighs* Ashley, I'm really sorry.

Ashley: *turns to look up at him*

Leo: *while walking towards her* I'm sorry that I hurt your feelings. I'm sorry that I made you feel broken. I'm sorry that I turned you down just because of my feelings. I'm sorry that I didn't consider how you would feel as the result of my actions. I'm sorry that I made you cry and run out the lair. I'm sorry that I made you upset. I'm sorry that I didn't reach out to you knowing you needed someone. I'm sorry that you felt all alone. I'm sorry that I wasn't there for you. I'm sorry that I didn't see your beautiful curves, all of your edges. I'm sorry that I didnt notice all of your perfect imperfections. I'm sorry that I didn't give you all of me when you gave me all of you. I'm sorry that I didn't notice the way your hazel eyes make the stars look like they're not shining. I'm sorry that I didn't notice your beautiful brown hair falling perfectly without you trying. I'm sorry that I didn't notice how beautiful you are and that I didn't tell you every day. I'm sorry that I'm quoting from songs just to make it up to you.

Ashley: *chuckles lightly*

Leo: *chuckles too. Finally reaches her and stops to grab both her hands* I'm sorry that I didn't ask you out in the first place. And I'm sorry that I didn't get to say all of that to you. *pauses for a second and keeps going* The phrase, 'You don't realize you love something til it's gone' has had a great impact on me, because I didn't realize I loved you til you left me.*stops to look at her*

Ashley:*is crying tears of joy*

Leo: *rubs his thumb on her cheek to wipe the tears away. Then, he puts his hand under her chin and lifts it up to so that her lips meet his.*

Ashley: *happily kisses back and wraps her arms around his neck so that if her legs give out, she wouldn't fall*

Leo: *he starts crying a little because when she kissed him back, he took it as an 'i forgive you'.*

They eventually pull away, and just stare into each other's eyes, while behind them, everyone is cheering and awwing.

Leo: *gets down on one knee still holding her hands* Ashley Fuller, will you go out with me?

Ashley: *in between cries* Y-YES! YES, LEO HAMATO, I WILL!!!

Leo and Ashley: *hug super tight, so as to never let go, but eventually, they do*

Me: *I walk up to Leo* still like me?

Leo: *walks up to her and places a hand on her shoulder* I'm sorry, Chris, but you're just a sister to me. *kisses her cheek*

Everyone except Leo and Ashley: YES!!!!!!!!!*high fives each other*

Raph: nice idea, Chris!

Mom Thanks, Raph! I try.

Mikey: alright, let's do some dares!!!!
