You were headed home from your best friends house. You walked the same path that you always took. You see your favorite book store and decided to take a peek at the new books before returning to your apartment. When your done browsing you see thats its much later than you thought it was.

"Man i gota get home" you think to yourself. You start racing home when you run into the neighborhood gang. "Oh no." You breath. "Look what we have here fellas. Shouldnt a pretty girl like yoube home y now." Their leader taunts. "Yea thats where im headed." You say trying not to sound scared. "Dont rush off so fast sweetie the party just started." Their leader laughs grabbing your arm. "I really need to go." You say pulling away. "I dont think you understand." He says pushing you to the ground. "Stop!" You scream."Make me." He smiles. "The lady said stop." You hear a calm voice said from the shadows. "Oh yea what are you going to do about it?" The leader says. "You dont want to find out." The voice says. "Get em boys." The leader says shoving you into a wall. You hit your head hard and feel dizzy. Your vision is blurred but you see a large figure fighting the gang, and winning. The leader and a few others run off before he gets to them. When he's done fighting he walks over to you. "Are you alright?" He asks. You nod your head then pass out.

You wake up a few hours later on the roof of a building. The same building that you hit your head on. " I didnt want to leave you down there while you were unconscious." The calm voice says. You turn to the direction the voice is comming from. Whoever it is they are hiding in the shadows. "Who are you?" You ask. My father calls me Leonardo but my bothers call me Leo." He says. "Im (y/n)." You reply. Theres a short silence. "Thank you for saving me back there." You add trying to make your way to his direction. "You probaly dont want to come any closer." He says. "Why not?" You ask stopping. "Im a bit of a shock. You might scream if you see me." He sighs. "I dont think i would." You smile. "Uh huh well prepare yourself then." He laughs a bit. "Okay." You giggle back. He walks out and you see a tall muscular turtle with a blue mask. "Woah." You say as your eyes widden. "I told you." He says. "Wow your your a giant turtle." You say. "Yep." He smiles. "Cool." You smile. "Cool?" He asks. "Yea not many people get to be saved by and meet a giant talking turtle." You reply. "Oh God I gota get home." You say realizing the time. "Ill take you there." He says. You tell him the address and he takes you home.

"Thank you." You say climbing in your window. "Anytime." He smiles. You turn to get into bed but turn around to say more to your reptile hero. When you do he is gone. You smile and climb into bed.
