~Introduction~

        Quick A/N-

Hey anyone who is reading this story. I just wanted to say a few things. The picture up there is suppossed to be Leo holding his kid(I found it on the internet), but it also symbolizes all the Dad'scompared to their kids.It shows how size comparison is, and that they look like mutated turtles, like their Dads. Also, I just thought this picture was cadorable(cute and adorable). And now, I am rambling. Of course. Well, anyway, I hope you like this story.

           Leo sat against the wall, sharpening his Katana. He was icily calm. Karai was in labor, giving birth to his son. My son. He still could not believe it. He had a son! I don't know how it's possible, but Hey! Who cares? I have a son! He supposed he should be more worried, but he remained calm. Too calm, it seemed. "You sure don't seem worried.", said Raph, echoing his thoughts.

Standing up, Leo replied, "Not at all! Karai's strong." He lifted his weapon up, examining the blade in the light. "In fact, she probably hasn't even cried yet." But just as he said this, a scream that could wake the dead, sounded through the lair. Instinctively, Leo threw back his sword, which landed in the wall, right beside Mikey's head.

"Hey! Watch it, Bro!", yelled Mikey. But Leo hadn't heard. He was already barreling through the door to his and Karai's room. "Karai!"

"It's okay, Leo. She just went through the last contraction, that's all.",said Donnie smoothly. A tiny wail echoed in the room, as Raph and Mikey walked in.

"Leo, stop gawking, and come see your son.", said Karai affectionately. Slowly, Leo walked over and sat on the bed next to her. A small blue bundle squirmed in her arms. Carefully, he uncovered its face. A small green turtle blinked his eyes awkwardly. He fully opened them, to reveal beautiful, hazel eyes. Yawning, 2 small fangs showed in his mouth. "He's a turtle, snake-and my son...", Leo murmured. "Amazing..." Leo could not believe this was his son. A small turtle, who looked just like him, except for the eyes, and fangs. Fangs like his mother. "He's a beautiful baby, Karai."

"Good. Now I can sleep." She passed the bundle to Leo. "What should we name him?"

Neither of them were aware that they were alone in the room. April, Donnie, Raph, Mikey, and Hannah had left the room, and let them be.

"Let's pick two names.", Leo suggested. They thought for a bit, then Leo said, "Master Splinter named us after artists, so why not Picasso?"

"Yoshi. Picasso Yoshi. Father would like that.", Karai said as she drifted off into sleep, leaning on Leo's shoulder. Leo kissed her head, as he lovingly gazed into his son's eyes, which were slowly closing, as he too drifted off into sleep, dreaming about whatever it is newborn babies dream about. As Leo looked at his small family, all he could think about was when he proposed to his wife, Karai, and how glad he was he found the courage to do that. For the first time in a long time, he thought to himself, Everything is perfect.

~~~~~~
               Mikey was a nervous wreck, unlike his brother Leo when Karai was having her kid. Usually, Mikey's mind was on pizza, TV, or Hannah. Along time ago, he had met a girl named Renet. She was his first crush. But...things didn't quite work out you could say. Then he met Hannah. They had been married for two years now, and she was having a baby. No, babies. Donnie had said she was having twins. Twins?!  He did not know how he could cope with it, but he was determined he would manage.
              Still worried by Hannah's outbursts of cries, he went to his best friend's home: the freezer. Opening it, he was greeted by a happy mew. Ice Cream Kitty was waiting for him. "I wonder what's happening in there. Donnie better be taking good care of Hannah. You get it, don't you my little Ice Cream Kitty?" "Mew.", came the reply as she rubbed her strawberry face, on Mikey's turtle hands. "He better be taking good care of her.", he repeated.
"He is." Mikey turned around to find red-headed, April O'Neil, leaning against the counter, one hand on the tiny bump of belly she was getting. Like Mikey and Hannah, April and Donnie had been married for two years. Now April was a few months along.
"It's all done, Mikey. Hannah's okay, and you have twin sons."
"Bye, Kitty!", Mikey said as he shut the freezer door, and ran to his and Hannah's room.
"Hannah, I'm here!" Mikey hugged her so tightly, she could barely make out the words, "Careful, Mikey." Mikey stopped and looked at the tiny things in Hannah's arms. 2 little turtles like Mikey were in his wife's arms.
            One was bawling, and the other was so quiet and calm. They looked just alike, except that the loud one's eyes were green, and the quiet one's brown. "Do you like them?", asked Hannah, her bright blue eyes dimmed with worry.
"Why would you ask that? Of course I like them-in fact I love them! They're perfect, just like you.", he said tightening his grip on her, and running his fingers through her blond hair.
"All right, 'Master of naming things'.  What are they gonna be named?", she asked with a sigh of relief.
"You like space, so Pluto should be the quiet one. And the loud one should be-"
"Mars. It would make sense.", Hannah said quickly.
"I was going to say, Raph Jr., but that's better. I wouldn't want to name a kid after Hot-Head, anyway.", Mikey told her, murmuring the last part.
"I heard that!", said Raph walking into the small room. He squeezed in between Leo and Donnie, causing Yoshi, to leap out of his Dad's arms.
"Careful, Yoshi!", said Leo. Yohi bounced up and down giggling. Meanwhile, Donnie was wiping his forehead.
"Well, that  was something." Donnie went to checking and measuring the babies, both of which were the same height and weight.
"Thanks, Donnie. Even though I didn't trust that you were a good doctor," Donnie frowned. "I now see my mistake. Will you find it in your heart, and forgive me?", Mikey asked goofilly.
Rolling his eyes, Donnie said, "Already have, little bro. Oh, Yoshi! Get back from there!" Donnie ran off to chase the little 2 year old toddler, who was running out of the room with Donnie's staff, the blade protruding out of the end. Smiling at Hannah, Mikey said, "I love you.
"I love you too, Michelangelo."
"Yuck! I'm outta here.", said Raph, even though he was smiling.
"What's so gross about it Raph? Isn't that what you and Mona Lisa would do?" Raph stopped his smile gone. He turned to Leo, and clenched his fists. The guys didn't get it. They didn't get his pain, his jealousy.  He could never have his own family, his own wife. No one would ever be like her. He stalked out, leaving everyone else to coo over the babies, and went off to his room. Chompy was asleep, breathing little puffs of smole. Sighing, Ra[h nodded off into sleep, a single tear trickling down his cheek. His shell felt heavy, and his bed like a rock as he dreamed about his love, who he would never see again.
               Raphael never cries.
              "April! April, are you alright?", Donnie asked as he quickly sat up in bed. Next to him, April lay gasping for air, holding her stomach. A puddle of water lay on the bed. But that's not right! She's only 6 months along!" Throwing ope the door, he yelled "Karai!" Karai had been on watch duty that night, but she came as soon as she heard Donnie's cry. She jumped out of the shadows, scaring the poor mutant turtle, cusing him too trempble twice as much as he already was.
"What's-"
"It's April! The baby's coming!"
"But she's only-"
"I know! Get Hannah-and quickly!" Good thing Hannah had taken those midwife classes.
Karai was already moving. She threw open the door. "Hannah! It's April! Get up!" Instantly, Hannah was up,and throwing a t-shirt over her nightgown.
"Hannah? Where you goin'?", asked Mikey groggily.
"April's in labor. Wake everyone. Donnie's going to need everyone this time. Then call April's dad.", Karai answered for Hannah, who was already heading to the room where Donnie was with April. What is it with babies being born at night. , Mikey thought. Then he went to do as he was told.
          Thank goodness! I thought she would never get up here! ,Donnie thought to himself. "Watch her, Hannah! I need to get supplies from the lab!" Donnie dashed off, went into his lab, and grabbed his tools for when the other Mom's gave birth. Then he grabbed a face mask for April's face, and also the huge machine to help with breathing. He had had the machine for first aid when they would train, but now this was more important than some silly hit from Raph. He rolled it back to his and April's room. As soon as he was by the bedside, hooking up the mask to the oxygen machine, Leo and Raph walked in holding rags and a bucket of water.
"What's going on, Donnie?" Leo asked. Donnie fitted the mask on April's face, so she would have enough oxygen to breath, then said "Exactly what I was afraid of. The baby is coming too early, and everything is going wrong!"
"Calm down, Donnie!", Raph said as he helped his brother turn on the machine. "April needs you to be calm, for her. For your child."
            "You're right. Thanks, Raph.", Donnie said smiling. Then he went right to work, assignong jobs to everyone, as he calmly helped April give birth to his premature child. His child.
Breath, Donnie. Breath...
