A few days later, in the sewer garage.

Donnie: *tweaking the shell truck underside* If the other guys weren't so occupied with what their good at, I'd probably finish this in less than a week, but this is gonna take two weeks because it's just me...

Talena at that moment entered, she walked over to where Donnie was tweaking the truck

Talena: Hey, want some help?

Donnie: *slides out* Huh?

Talena leant down to face him, curious.

Talena: Just came by fancying if you wanted some help?

Donnie: Huh, sure. Two turtles better than one. You don't mind checking the engine?

Talena: On it *she walks over and opens the engine compartment*

Talena blinked at the engine

Talena: Wow, fully forged parts..twin charged 8.0 litre V8....Mean machine.

Donnie: *slides back out hearing her response* You know engines?

Talena: Sure! I study up on things whenever i can, back in China i liked experimenting with plants and came up with some nifty results.

Donnie: Keep going, you got me intrigued.

Talena: *giggle* Sure. I made a special nutrient that made flowers grow five times faster, over half of the flowers in the garden back home were planted and grown with the help of that nutrient.

Donnie: *Whistles* Sweet, let's work on the van together.

Talena: Sure.

As the hours rolled by, they exchanged words and tools to continue working on the van until..

Both: Socket wrench, please! I'll get it!

Simultaneously they accidentally picked it up with their hands touching

Both: Oh! *look at eachother* Erm...

The two brainy turtles flush a little

Donnie: Sorry..you use it first, i can wait.

Talena: Oh, thank you..

Meanwhile in the living room, Michelangelo was setting up one of his video games and sat down on the couch, eager to begin. He didn't notice a turtle head poking out from behind the couch, it was Amoly.

Mikey: Ah just me, and the Crognard videogame

Amoly: Crognard?!

Mikey: AH! *sees her* Oh, it's you!

Amoly: Hey, Mike *climbs over and sits with him* Watcha doing?

Mikey: Playing the Crognard videogame.

Amoly: No way! I love Crognard to!

Mikey: Really?

Amoly: Yeah, when me and the girls were on patrol in Shanghai we would take a break at a local arcade, i would almost always play that

Mikey: Your master never had a console?

Amoly: Nope. Can i play?

Mikey: Sure!

Amoly grabbed a controller and connected to the game

Amoly: I'll be Wizardess since your Crognard!

Mikey: Okay, let's play.

Over the next hour the two laughed, joked and continued playing the game together, even chatting and getting to know eachother more.

Mikey: Ah so your sister Larota often teases or picks on you? I'm that way with Raph sometimes.

Amoly: Wow, uh. We got more in common than i thought.

They shared an awkward giggle at the thought and continued playing.

Meanwhile Raph was ready to take his motorcycle out for a spin when he noticed Larota leaning against the archway with her arms crossed

Raph: Hey.

Larota: Hey.

Raph: What's up?

Larota: Just wanted to check it out, wished i had a bike like this back in China. It looks awesome.

Raph; Thanks, me and Casey tuned it together and I took it when I became the Night Watcher.

Larota: Night Watcher?

Raph: Long story short, we each went separate and did our own thing until the Winters incident.

Larota: Right okay.. *checks the bike* You don't mind if I hitch a ride if you're planning to?

Raph: Huh..sure? I think i got a spare helmet you can use anyway

Larota: Thanks, pal.

They put the helmets on and drove out on the motorcycle via Donnie's constructed tunnel exit they use for the Shell truck and out of an old warehouse where the exit lead.

Larota: Woo! This is awesome! *holds onto him*

Raph: You ain't seen nothing yet girl!

Raph then did a big wheelie in between two trucks and speeding onwards to the highway

Larota: I'd kill to have a bike like this!

Together the two continue speeding off into the night streets while back at home...

Leonardo was taking up his personal meditation, seemingly relaxed until he heard the faintest sound of the door creeping open

Venus: *quietly creeps in and sits down herself*

Leonardo: Hey, Venus

Venus: Leo? *shocked* You knew i was in?

Leo: Being very quiet in here you can hear the faintest sound, I heard you come in

Venus: Oh.. mind if I sit with you? Meditate?

Leo: Sure

Venus sat down, crossed her legs and began meditating with him, taking in a deep breath and letting it out

Leo: *Still meditating*

For the next five minutes the two turtles sat in total silence, before they spoke

Both: Hey i-- sorry, i just...

Both flustered in embarrasement

Leo: I'll..start first

Venus: Go ahead

Leo: I usually come here to relieve stress from my brothers sometimes, they can get rowdy.

Venus: No kidding, i did the same back at home. There was this one time Larota got furious with Amoly over a prank, she chased after her throughout the whole dojo

Leo: *Chuckles* Yeesh

Venus: Yeah, it was up to me to diffuse things, since Sensei Hopu was out

Leo: Guess we got more in common then

The two turtles chuckled at the mark

Venus: It would seem so *smiles*

later the eight turtles were prepared to turn in for the night, the girls thankfully had space to sleep, but before they did, Master Splinter entered

Mikey: *yawns* That was a lot of fun, Amoly.

Amoly: Yep! Let's do it again, tomorrow!

Larota: Hey, you and i could scope out the scrapyard, maybe find an old bike and fix it up

Raph: Sure

Donnie: I'm curious in your botany and like to experiment with your nutrients, could get up to some impressive results

Talena: I agree *thumbs up*

Venus: Heh, guess we all got to know eachother more

Leo: Mhm, goodnight girls.

They prepared to go to sleep until Master Splinter came in.

Leo: Master?

Splinter: My sons, and our guests..We have a visitor, it's Karai.
