Chairooka Chai (茶色丘チャイ): Main character of the series. An aloof and distant 13 year old who enjoys being alone and drawing, but most of all Chai tea. She lives only with her grandmother, since her parents and grandfather all died. As Mew Chai (ミューチャイ), her theme colors and pink and brown. She is fused with the DNA of a Catfish, her weapon is the Chai Ribbon and her attack is Ribbon Chai Splash!

Shirogawa Milk (白川ミルク): The one and only friend of Chai. Milk is a shy yet golucky girl, who part of the Photography Club at school, dreams of being a Reporter and has her own Camcorder. Many of her peers say she is basically the "Light" in Chai's darkness. As Mew Milk (ミューミルク), her theme colors are white and powder blue. She is fused with the DNA of a Zebra, her weapon is the Milk Bow and her attack is Ribbon Milk Geyser!

Unjin Float (運寺院フロート): Like Chai, Float is cold and aloof. Unlike her though, Float is actually mute but gains the ability to speak when in Mew Form. As Mew Float (ミューフロート), her theme colors are turquoise and white. She is fused with the DNA of a Green Anaconda, her weapon is the Float Flute and her attack is Ribbon Float Rush!

Kiie Chamomile (黄家カモミール): A socially awkward girl in Float's class, who like both Chai and Float has a cold exterior. She prefers to be by herself rather than being with others. As her mother, Mary is a judge and her father, Mamoru is a police officer, Chamomile was raised in an extremely strict household. As Mew Chamomile (ミューカモミール), her theme colors are yellow and white. She is fused with the DNA of a Queen Bee, her weapon is the Chamomile Maracas and her attack is Ribbon Chamomile Volt!

Haruno Parfait (春野パーフェクト): The only actual one besides Milk, who smiles truthfully and is cheerfil. Parfait is on the cheerleading team with her three best friends: Megumi, Sora and Akira. As Mew Parfait (ミュウパーフェクト), her theme colors are light pink and pale yellow. She is fused with the DNA of a Poodle, her weapon is the Parfait Harp and her attack is Ribbon Parfait Lullaby.
