We fly on our Dragons back to Ninjago, as I freaked everyone out by releasing my dragon, then making it reappear. Ah, I love flexing.

"Chen and his Anacondrai army have a day's start on us. Be prepared for anything and everything." Lloyd informs.

"How did we lose so much time?" Kai asks.

"You know, you took an oath never to leave a man behind." Dareth comments.

"And we're not all quick learners. Mastering your fear to create Power Dragons takes time." Jay adds.

"Also, each time I do my crazy stunts, at least one of you guys let go of it. Control your fear bro." I do a backflip, then dive into the water, before resurfacing.

"Show off. Not everyone had to master their fears when they were 10." Jay fires back.

"Well, you guys did have a short amount of time and got it. I'm impressed." I shrug.

"Well, we're running out of that. There's Ninjago City. Hurry!" Nya yells.

"Hurry's my middle name. Hyah!" Griffin yells, diving into Ninjago.

"Remember, whatever happens down there, we're stronger united. We fight as one." Lloyd commands.

"Let's do this!" Jay cheers.

Kai lands his Dragon, and a woman on the street sees Skylor. "Serpentine!" Everyone screams and panics.

"I wish I still had the power to change." Skylor moans, pressing her hands in her face. 

"You have changed. You're with us now." Kai smiles.

An old woman honks her car horn. "Could you be a dear and move your Dragon? Thank you, young man."

"If we're the first ones they've seen, where's Chen and why hasn't he attacked?" Garmadon asks.

"What I'd like to know is why they're still scared of Serpentine. For FSM, they sheltered them during the battle with knock-off evil Spiderman." I snort, rolling my eyes.

"We have to get you and my father off the streets before we alarm everyone. Everyone else, stick together and watch over the people." Lloyd says. Skylor notices her hand is going back to normal. We fly off, and we soon enter the Samurai X Cave. The Falcon screeches and lands on Zane's arm.

"And hello to you, my old friend." Zane smiles.

"Ah. You're all back. Zane, look at you. You're all...shiny." Sensei laughs.

"But where's your father?" Misako asks.

"It's me, Misako." Garmadon says, and Misako gasps.

"Don't worry. We have a reason to believe the spell may be wearing off." Skylor smiles.

"But if that's true, it only makes Chen more desperate to act now. Everyone, this is Skylor, Chen's daughter." Kai introduces her.

"You're amongst friends, Skylor." Misako smiles.

"There isn't much time. Our friends are on standby but we don't know where Chen will strike first." Lloyd says.

"And if we're not all there to stop him when he first attacks..." Cole starts.

"Ninjago will succumb to war. Our greatest fear will come true." Garmadon finishes.

"Then the greatest victory will be that which has no battle." Sensei preaches. (Yes I used it. I did)

"But how do we prevent a war? How do we stop an enemy we know so little about?" Jay asks, and my mind turns to someone I hated the most... I type on the screen, and Kryptarium Prison shows up. Ah Pythor. My old friend. 

"We find someone who does." I smirk, showing them the picture. We use our Dragons to travel.

"Kryptarium Prison. Home of Ninjago's worst of the worst." Garmadon says.

"I don't get it. Who's gonna help us here?" Cole asks, oblivious.

"If one must learn how to fight a snake, one must talk to one first." I say, mimicking Sensei's voice. The guys burst out laughing at that one, while Sensei Wu looked unamused. I could tell Sensei Garmadon was holding back laughs though. We walk in and the Warden confiscates our weapons. No biggie. I can use my Elemental rope.

"Sorry I had to confiscate your weapons. Here we try to foster what I call an environment of encouragement." Noble apologizes, as we walk into the halls of the entrance area. Lots of danger and booby traps. Very encouraging. We walk in the room, where a lot of prisoners started yelling at us. Ooh goody, I love walking in a prison where everyone hates you.

"I'll rattle your bones, Warden." Kruncha threatens.

"Very creative, Kruncha. Love the puns." Noble compliments. Damn this guys cheery.

"Pajama Men!" Captain Soto gasps. Cough, cough, cough, and woman.

"Easy, Soto. I'm the captain of this ship. Haha. Ninja ain't popular around these parts, considering you put most of them behind bars, hmm. But who you're looking for, he hates Ninja the most. Last cell on the left." Noble points to a glass cell. 

"We need your help." Lloyd speaks.

Pythor gasps. "Help you? The Ninja? You fed me to the Devourer, defeated every army I've aligned with, even forced me to swallow your shrinking pill! Haven't you done enough damage to my diminishing ego?" Cole turns over his cell, which is actually a dollhouse. Pythor screams. Aw, like a little baby doll, who should be shoved in a fucking closet. "Well played. I suppose this is about that culturally insensitive noodle baron and his ilk that are now Anacondrai. Impostors, if you ask me." I actually agree with him for once. Still wanna shove him in the closet.

"You are the last remaining Anacondrai. You must know how to stop them." Jay pleads.

"I'm not going to say another word until you can figure out how to make me big. And don't ask me to trust a Ninja." Pythor seethes. Ooh, good one.

"Would you trust a snake?" Garmadon leans down.

"Garmacondrai? Oh, now my interest is piqued. Let's make a deal, shall we?" Pythor says. "You get the spell book and I'll tell you their weakness and then-" 

An intercom sounds. "There's been a breach in Sector 2! They appear to be Anacondrai and-uh-oh, they're coming my way. They see me talking on the intercom. Oh, boy, here they come. Why am I still talking on this thing?" All the prisoners except Pythor cheers.

"You led them to me? What have you done? There's no escaping an Anacondrai!" Pythor tries to open a wardrobe. "Curse this fraudulent furniture!" When it won't open, he hides under a lampshade. Huh, whoever made that closet really should have made it open and close. But the lampshade's fine. A real fashion statement on Pythor if you ask me.

"Tell me! How do we stop them? What is their weakness?" Garmadon pulls the lampshade off of him.

"Aw, he was really making a fashion statement with that." I pout.

"Don't you get it? There is no weakness! They're Anacondrai!" Pythor yells. Oh, he was tricking us. Typical Pythor manveur.

"Guys, we've got company." Kai yells, pointing to the Anacondrai. Us 4 run out of the cell.

"I'll handle this. Earth!" Cole tosses some bricks at them, but it dents some cell bars. 

"We're trying to keep the inmates in, not let them out genius!" I snap, summoning my rope.

"Zane, keep them busy." Sensei orders.

"Ah! What do you think we've been do-" Kai grunts.

"Get out of here already. It's not like we can hold them off all day." Jay commands, as the 3 family members stand at the door. The alarms go off, and the doors start to close.

"Kryptarium's on lockdown. If we don't find a way out, we may never escape." Garmadon, Wu, Lloyd escape under a door.

"It ain't fair. Why is it they've got weapons but we don't?" Cole moans.

"Haha, I've never felt more superior in my life." I joke, swinging around the Anacondrai.

"Everything's a weapon in the big house." Jay grabs a toothbrush and fights an Anacondrai with it.

"Don't encourage the prisoners!" I shriek.

"Fire!" 

"Lightning!" A Cultist's sword lands near a blind pirate.

"Hurry, grab his spear!" Jay yells.

He hits a switch and releases all the prisoners.

"Oh, no." I groan.

"Uh, guys, I think we're about to serve some hard time." Cole says.

A Giant Stone Warrior punches Cole.

"Aah!"

Zane fights a Nindroid. "I'm not an outdated relic anymore!"

"Whoa!" Jay grabs Kruncha as a shield. "Okay, since we've already fought most of these guys before, let's say we keep this short?"

"I'm with you. The door, hurry!" Kai yells, at the door.

"All right, who's busting out here with me?" Cole asks. The door's solid metal dumbass.

"There's no way you're breaking through this door. It's solid metal." I comment.

"I didn't say anything about a door." Cole punches a hole in the walls. Great.

"When people try to bust out of jail, they do so quietly. Not literally!" Jay yells, running, along with the few prisoners that want to escape. Ah well. We run out into the courtyard.

"Do you have him?" Kai asks.

"We can't let them escape." Cole says, as the Cultists run away with Princess Pythor.  

Sensei sees the prisoners trying to escape. "No, we can't let them escape! No more smashing walls."

"Leave this to me" Zane builds an ice bridge, and we run across.

"I'd hate to let anyone down, but...Fire!" Kai breaks the bridge once they're out.

"Alright. That was fun, but never again please." I gasp.

"Kai? Jay? Kaylee? Anyone there?" Nya's voice sounds through an earpiece.

"I mean, I hear you, but I'm not sure anyone else can." I look at them, and they shake their head, expect for Zane. 

"We need you back here pronto." Nya commands.

"Aye, aye sis." I nod. "Nya need us at the Samurai X Cave. We fly out, and arrive back in about 10 minutes. We run down the stairs.

"We got here as fast as we could." Kai pants.

"Twenty noodle trucks have been spotted heading toward Ninjago City just fifty clicks away." Nya informs.

"Let me guess, they ain't hauling noodles?" Cole adds.

"Twenty trucks could hold two hundred Anacondrai. If they get to the city before we do, the city will be theirs." Zane informs. How peachy.

"And they'll have achieved the pivotal first foothold in the war." Garmadon says.

"We have to stop them." Lloyd commands.

"I've already warned the others to head them off at the pass. They should be able to hold the line until you offer support. I had them equip themselves so we could communicate." Nya says, as a screen lights up.

"We're in position. If they show up, we'll be sure to put up a fight." Shade informs.

"They're coming to your location soon." Nya says.

"I see them. The trucks. They're going every which way." Shade gasps.

"What do you mean? Aren't they going to Ninjago City?" Jay asks.

"I don't know where they're going, but they ain't going together." Shade snaps.

"There are over twelve densely populated villages within a ten-click radius." Misako informs, red lights blinking on the screen.

"They aren't planning to launch one attack, they're planning multiple." Kai gasps.

"What do we do? You told us to stay together." Shade presses.

"Chen knows you can't take you all on at once. He's trying to split you up." Garmadon informs.

"But even if just one of those trucks makes it to a village, the people won't be able to defend themselves." I add.

"We have to protect the people. Tell the Elemental Fighters we have to split up. We'll each intercept a truck and stop it from reaching those villages." Lloyd commands.

"What ever happened to we fight as one?" Jay asks.

"This isn't a vote, Jay. This is stopping the end of our world as we know it." We run off to help, but then I stop. What if this was a trap? 200 Anacondrai... that's still enough to launch an attack.

"Wait!" I yell, stopping everyone.

"What is it?" Kai ask impatiently.

"What if it's a trap? I'm staying behind. I need to ask Skylor something that only she knows." I say.

"But you're our strongest player besides Lloyd! We need you." Jay says.

"Kaylee... are you serious about this?" Lloyd asks, staring at me.

"I'm 100% sure. You guys can hold the fort down." I nod, and they take off. I run inside the Cave, where the power had just ran out.

"What are you doing here? I though you went out to stop the trucks." Nya asks.

"I need to ask Skylor something. It may be a trap." I say, and Nya nods.

"Sky, how much people are in your dad's army?" I ask.

"More than 200, but I don't understand. What is my father planning?"

"What if it was a trap, to pull us away from the people?" I ask.

"Maybe... but how do we know?" Skylor asks.

"Let's see, scanning truck for Anacondrai..." Only one driver. I check another. No. No, no, no. It was a trap.

"It's a trap." Skylor gasps.

"Are you fucking serious right now."

"Zane, have you diverted the truck away from the villages?" Sensei asks.

"Yes, and once it's at a safe distance, I plan to take care of the Anacondrai." Zane informs.

"Good work. The people are safe." Sensei smiles.

"No they aren't. We aren't pulling them away from the people, they're pulling us!" I stop Sensei.

"Stop the trucks!" Sensei commands. "Everyone, come back now!"

"It was all a trap." Garmadon gasps.

"Then that means..." Misako starts.

"The greatest victories...have no battle. Our worst fears have come true." Sensei shakes his head, as I, Nya, and Skylor bow our heads in mild defeat.

"The new Serpentine War...has just begun."
