At a open field we see a battle between Alpha Team and a few Britannian Knightmares. Alpha Team within their titans take on the Britannian Knightmares as they work together and destroy the Knightmares.

After sometime of fighting the Britannians fall back and once they did Lucifer approaches the land and did a scan. Isabelle scans the ground until she found something.

Isabelle: Got it. Bill plant it.

Bill: Right.

Wrath pulled out a long device as he walks to the middle and then plants the device which sets off a beacon to the Alliance base as Y/n radios base command.

Y/n: This is Alpha Team leader we have located the oil area. We have set off a beacon to the coordinates, do you copy?

Alliance command: (radio) We see it. Good job. We'll sent someone to collect it over.

Y/n: Copy that. Return to base right now. Alpha Team leader ou-

Then his phone goes off so he pulled out his phone and sees he got a text from Shirley which Bill ask him.

Bill: Something wrong?

Y/n: It's nothing. Return to base team. I'll be gone for a bit.

Haru: Copy that. Be safe.

The team walked off while Y/n looks down at his phone ans sees the text from Shirley as she wants him to meet him at Narita.

This was odd since that was the place where her father was killed but he decided to head there and find out what she want.

(Later)

Soon he arrived at Narita which looked abandon after the battle. He climb out of Prophet and land on his feet and look around. He sees nothing but ruined buildings that are either destroyed or buried.

Prophet: This might be a trap.

Y/n: Maybe. Stay out of sight. Wait for me to give the word to attack.

Prophet: Roger that.

Prophets heads off while Y/n walks through the abandon Narita. He look around for Shirley or any sighs of her but there was nothing but destruction. He keeps walking and looking around but there was no one.

Soon he stop in the middle of town and look around. He pull up his phone and check her message again while he mutters to herself.

Y/n: (mutter) Where the hell are you?

???: Right here.

Immediately he turn and draw out his pistol and aim at a man walking out of a building wearing a visor that cover his eyes.

Y/n: Who are you?

???: I suggest you put your gun away pilot. Otherwise....

He then toss something towards him and he look down and to his shock sees that it was Shirley's phone. He look up at the man and demands to know.

Y/n: Where is she.

???: If you wish her to be alive then you will lower your weapon. It will be unfortunate if something bad would to happen to her now what it?

With no choice he lower his pistol and then drop it to the ground. Then he said.

???: Order your Titan to stand down and not let him follow us.

This shocked Y/n that he knew he brought Prophet here. But with no choice he contacts Prophet and give out the orders and once that the man smiled and tells him.

???: Follow me.

He follows him and soon they arrive at a tramway mountain which it still works. The two climbed inside and the tram begins to climb up the mountain.

They sat across and looking at each other with complete silence for a while before the man introduces himself.

Mao: You must be wondering who I am. My name is Mao and I can tell who you are. You are Y/n L/n, leader of Alpha Team, Sargent of the Alliance.

Y/n: How can you know that? Are you apart of the Britannian Empire?

Mao: No. I can read peoples minds.

Y/n: So your psychic then?

Mao: More then that. I have what you may know as a Geass. I'm one of several users who was given this ability by C2.

Y/n: So you know C2?

Mao: Of course. I know C2 very well.

Y/n: Cut the crap, why did you bring me?

Mao: Because of that mark on your hand. You git it from a temple didn't you? You must be special to be given something like that.

Y/n: So what? You want it?

Mao: No. I am just interested to see what you can do with it. As far I can tell only C2 can give powers to humans but your different.

Y/n: So that's why you want me? Just so you can look at this mark I have?

Mao: Well.....not just that.

Soon the tram made it on top of a hill and Mao was the first to get out follow by Y/n.

???: Y/n?

He quickly turn to see Shirley standing on top of the step and before he could take another she pulled a pistol and aim it at him.

Y/n: Shirley.....what are you doing?

Mao: She is getting what she wanted. Revenge and justice. Her father was killed by the faction that destroyed Narita. Turning into a massive graveyard for those who were buried here....that includes her own father. You may have nothing to do with the destruction by your working for the same people that be willing to kill Britannian lives just to win the war. Even by means killing innocent Britannian lives.

Suddenly Y/n's head felt conflicted which he shake it off and he looks up to Shirley and tells her.

Y/n: Shirley....please. Whatever he did to you I can help. Please......don't do this.

Shirley keeps her gun at him while he continues.

Y/n: Look don't listen to him. Your better then this. Your strong to resist. Don't listen a word that he is saying. Please Shirley......don't do this.

Shirley then soon begins to struggle a bit and after sometime she bullets the trigger and fired. The Bullet flies towards Y/n but then it went pass his head and then hits Mao in the shoulder.

He collapses on one knee while Shirley drops her pistol and fell on one knee which Y/n rushed over and help her. Mao grab his injured arm and immediately enter the tram and escapes.

Y/n picked up the pistol and try to aim at him but he lost his chance as he throws the pistol away and helps Shirley up.

Y/n: You okay?

Shirley: Yeah I'm okay. Y/n I'm-

Y/n: It's okay. Just glad your okay.

Shirley: Y-Yeah.

Prophet: (radio) Y/n what happen? Do you need assistance?

Y/n: Yeah. Meet us at these coordinates.

Prophet: (radio) Copy.

Shirley: Just who was that guy?

Y/n: No idea but I have a feeling this ain't the last time we'll meet him.

(Sometime later)

Night arrive as we see them arrive at Shirley's fathers grave as Shirley looks at his grave while Prophet and Y/n standing at the side line.

He stare for a moment and thinks aboutthe time he stand over his parents graves when was young. He then walks over and stood next to Shirley.

Y/n: You going to be okay?

Shirley: Yeah. Thanks.....for saving me. Even though it was a trap.

Y/n: It's no problem. Have you spoken to Lelouch?

Shirley: Yeah he says he'll be coming here to pick me up.

Y/n: I guess we be going.

He turns and walks back to Prophet when Shirley calls out to him.

Shirley: Hey Y/n!

He turn back to her and then Shirley ask him.

Shirley: Tell me something. What do you hope to achieve if this was is over?

Y/n:.........Justice. I hoped to achieve justice to those that I've lost.....including those that were also lost. To be honest.....I think every pilot, grunt or the whole Alliance itself wants justice.

Shirley:........I.....I know this may not be enough but as a Britannian I'm truly am sorry for what we have done. I know I was born after the Britannian empire took over but I feel bad for all the things we have done. I just hope.....maybe the Britannian will change for the better.

Y/n:.......They're never gonna change. You've seen what they have done. They slaughter innocent, kill civilians just to proof a point and be willing to kill each other or frame others just to achieve theie selfish goals. Sure they might be some that are good....but that doesn't clean the blood off of their hands. The Britannian empire....is corrupt and it needs to be destroyed.

Shirley stays silent as Y/n climbs inside Prophet and once on board the hatch closes and Prophet gets up. Shirley turns but then Prophet tells her.

Prophet: Our goal is to eliminate those who threatening the lives of the innocent. The Britannian empire has committed many war crimes against humanity. Some mayhe good but....the best way to stop them....is by destroying them.

Shirley continues to stay silent but node. Once that they leave the area and once gone Shirley continues to stare at her fathers grave.

A few minutes later Lelouch came up behind her which Shirley turns and sees him.

Shirley: (smile) Lelouch! Hi there.

Lelouch: You okay Shirley?

Shirley: (smile) Yeah I'm doing fine. Sorry you have to come over here just to pick me up.

Lelouch: It's no problem. Say did you say Y/n was with you?

Shirley: Yeah but he left. Why? You think I'll cheat on you with Y/n? Don't you worry we see each other as friends.

Lelouch: (smile) Please I'll never be jealous of you being friends with a boy.

Shirley: (giggle) Well let's go.

Lelouch: Okay. Oh, one more thing.

Shirley: Huh? What's that?

Then Lelouch closes his eyes and then opens them back open and then he tells Shirley.

Lelouch: I want you to forget that Y/n is a pilot, his Titan Prophet, Alpha Team and him working for the Alliance.

Then Shirley stood there for a moment and then she snap out of it as she then smile and said.

Shirley: Well let's not stay here for long, let's head home.

She walk off like nothing happen as Lelouch turn with a small smile as he then follow Shirley and they head home together with Shirley's memory of Y/n being related to the Alliance or him as a pilot are now gone from her mind.
