It was cloudy day as we see Y/n wearing his civilian clothing arriving at a graveyard as he got a call that Shirley's father is dead and everyone of the Ashford Student council was there and since he knows them, he visits and once there he stay at the distances as he watches the funeral play out.

Everyone was there including Shirley' and her mother as he watches the funeral and this sent him into a flash back when he was a kid had to attend for his parents funeral including everyone he ever loved and care for. Seeing this brings him back memories.

He feels no emotions as he watches and even watches Shirley's mother burst into tears while dropping to her knees. Shirley bend down next to her and calms her. After they buried her father the guests begin to leave.

Y/n stood there for a moment and then make his way to the group as the council give her support to Shirley.

Y/n: H-Hey Shirley.

They all turn to see Y/n which surprised them.

Rivalz: Hey Y/n. Glad you came.

Y/n: Yeah Milly told me what happened so I came to give my condolence to your father Shirley. I never met him but.....i bet he was a good man and a good father.

Shirley:....Thank you. Your too kind.

Y/n just nodes to her and then Suzaku said.

Suzaku: (angry) The Alliance will pay for what they did. They cost nothing but pain and suffering to the world. They will regret it.

This triggered Y/n as he glare at Suzaku and slowly forms a fist of anger as those remind him what the Britannians have done a long time ago and how they kill a lot of innocent people without any mercy.

He then turn around and storm off which everyone notices which they wonder what is wrong with him while Leulgh watches him walk off.

(Sometime later)

At the training hall we see Y/n going through a parkour training as he goes through the run. Before he can reach the end however he tripped and hit the ground. The training simulation ended and Y/n sat up and in frustration he slammed his fist onto the floor in anger.

He gets up when Kallen enters and sees him in a bad mood.

Kallen: Hey you okay?

Y/n: Yeah, what about it!?

Kallen is stunned a bit which Y/n sees as he calms down and then sat on the bench.

Y/n: Sorry. Its just.......they say we're destroying peoples lives? They started all this when they kill everyone who isn't Britannian!

Kallen: I know, it's not right. But best to not let your anger get to you. Focus that on the enemy.

Y/n: (sigh) Your right. (Smirk) Even though your usual the type to get angry.

Kallen: What does that mean?!

Y/n: (light chuckle) I'm kidding........you know......being around Milly and the others bring me back some memories when I was still in high school. They remind me of my old friends.

Kallen: You wish to hang out with them more?

Y/n: Yeah but due to me being a pilot if they find out then the Alliance and all are in danger. I can't lose them.

Kallen: Same. They maybe weird but not much as bad as the ones we faced.

Y/n: Agree.

Then the announcer came on report Alpha Team to the hanger bay for a new mission which Y/n and Kallen get up.

Kallen: You ready?

Y/n: You know it.

(Sometime later)

We see the Britannian docks in the afternoon where within one of the warehouses we see Zero, Black knights, Alliance Troopers and Alpha Team as Bill sat in one of the boxes and ask.

Bill: So let me get this straight, Japan Liberation Front, the same guys we knock out awhile ago made truths with the Alliance and the Black knights and now we have a mission to help them with what exactly?

Y/n: To evacuate the JLF to other Alliances bases but Zero theories that the Britannians already know our plan.

Isabelle: I suppose we're coming up with a new plan?

Y/n: Something like that. We use one of JLF's ships set sail which the Britannian forces will go after. Meanwhile the real JLF troops will be taking by Goblins to be transported while we distract the enemy.

Bill: Sounds like a plan.

Haru: It will be honourable to be working with JLF.

Bill: Guess so.

Zero: Sargent.

Y/n turn as he ans his team stood up as Zero approaches them.

Zero: I need you and your team to act as snipers and have your Titians be on the ground fighting with us.

Bill: Seriously? Isabelle is good when it comes to sniper rifles. I'm basically the guy who likes explosions.

Zero: Follow the plan.

Bill: Whatever you say sir.

The team grab the snipers rifles and heads out as Prophet approaches and kneel down next to Y/n.

Y/n: Give Zero and the rest support okay?

Prophet: Roger.

They soon leave and then we find them on top of one of the large craine as they look down at the docks and have their sniper rifles at the ready.

Soon night came and they see the JLF ship set out and Britannian aqua knightmare is set out. They watch as they board onto the ship and search around.

Bill: So what is the singal?

Suddenly the whole ship blows which answered Bills question as the battle begin.

Y/n: Team, give them covering fire!

They aim down the scope and open fire. They head shot many Britannian troops as Alliance soldiers came out and open fire at them. Knightmares where deployed but Kallen and Alpha teams Titans came out and took them out.

Legion even slammed his fist onto the ground, creating a wave of explosions that sent Britannian troops and Knights flying. Prophet charges foward and then tackle a Knightmare to the ground.

Prophet grabs the Knightmare by the neck and punches a hole through its chest and pulled out a pilot. He then throws both the pilot and Knightmare into the ocean while he fired several lock on missiles and took out a few Britannian troops.

Y/n and his team keeps firing their sniper rifles and getting some head shots.

Isabelle: 19!

Bill: 17!

Y/n: 18!

Haru: 29!

Bill: 26?! Fuck me Haru you might be better then Isabelle.

Haru: I wish not to brag for my kills.

Isabelle: None taking. (Fire her rifle) 22!

They keep firing when suddenly the craine begins to shake. They look down and sees a white like Knightmare that spotted them and fires a large hook and begins to pull the craine down.

Bill: Shit! We been spotted!

Isabelle: Yeah but that's Lancelot!

Y/n: Team jump now!

They all jump as thr craine begins to fall. Soon they use their boosters to slow their fall and once on the ground the carine behind them begins to collapse and splashes into the ocean. The team are within a mad od container as bullets fly by and they quickly grab cover.

Britannian troops push foward however Bill and Haru leap on top while Y/n and Isabelle open fire at them. Bill on the right fire his pistol and killing a few while Haru on left leaps up and kicks the Britannian trooper down.

He quickly picked up his rifle and open fire at the rest while Bill also leaps down while he draws out his knife and stabs a Britannian trooper in the head and kick him to the ground.

He gets to cover as bullets fly by but quickly shoots back at them as they keep firing. Y/n swap his rifle to his SMG and races towards them. He fire a round at them and kick the last one to the ground and finish him off.

He stared at the body when he turn and aims his SMG at he thought was a Britannian trooper but to his shock sees Shirley as he stared at him as the two look look each other.

Y/n was wearing a helmet so Shirley doesn't know that he is Y/n. Suddenly the container hanging above them breaks and falls which Y/n noticed and pushed Shirley away as the container crashes onto the ground.

Bill: Y/n!

Bill was about to check on him when he was suddenly shot by a sniper and was force to get to cover. He was hit on the waist but okay.

Soon more Britannian troops came and open fire. Seeing how too many they are they pull back and find another way to get to Y/n.

We then cut to Shirley as she slow gets up and gasp in shock to see a pilot laying on the ground. She stared at him and turns to see his SMG laying on the ground. Soon Y/n gets up and searches for his SMG when he looks up and has a barrel at his face with Shirley aiming it but struggles to hold it.

Y/n: Miss.....drop the weapon. Don't do this.

Shirley: Do what?! The fact that your killing innocent people! You killed my father!

Y/n: We didn't kill him. I don't know what happened but its another Britannian lies. They made up stories to see us as the enemy but really its them.

Shirley: I don't believe you!

Y/n: Don't do this. Is this what you father would have wanted you to become? A cold hearted murder?

Shirley: (angry) Shut it! How do you know anything about me?!

Y/n: Because I do! Listen Shirley! The real enemy is the Britannian empire. They kill a lot of innocent people. They are nothing but a cruel snd heartless empire who will rather kill millions of Elevens in order to make perfect peace! We're not the enemy, they are.

Shirley stood there stunned as at first she gets it but then she ask.

Shirley: How do you know my name?

This made Y/n froze as he realised he said her name by accident as he stood there frozen while Shirley ask him again.

Shirley: HOW DO YOU KNOW MY NAME!!!???

He wanted to quickly take the SMG away from her and ran but he knows one slip up my cost her death and he can't allow that. He was silent for a moment and trying to think ways to escape but everything is chaotic and there was a escape so....he had no choice.

He slowly reach for his helmet, grabs it and then slowly takes it off. Shirley watches as the pilot took off his helmet and once off she is in total shock to be face to face with Y/n as he look up at her and then slowly gets up.

Shirley stood there frozen seeing Y/n was part of the Alliance this whole time and underneath their noses asshe slowly step back in shock.

Y/n: I know this shocks you Shirley but understand that we're not your enemy. I hope you can understand.

He slowly walks back and then he runs off as Shirley stood there frozen for a moment as she looks down at the SMG he left behind and then decided to drop it and leave the area before she gets killed.

In the end the mission was a success however now Shirley knows Y/n is part of the Alliance so in order to clear things up.....he must confront her and tell her his side of the story and show her the real enemy of this war.
