Wanda walked downstairs and looked out the window by the stairs. Then she rushed down the last steps and ran into the kitchen.

"Steve's here!" Wanda says

"He is?" Sarah asks

"His car is in the driveway." Wanda says

"They must be sleeping." Joseph says

"It's noon." Pietro says

"So? They had a long trip." Wanda says, "What are we doing today?"

"Well I was thinking of making a nice meal for dinner to welcome Natasha." Sarah says

"It's the same as always, sweetie." Joseph says to Wanda, "Today it's relaxing day, tomorrow we'll get a Christmas tree, then it's Christmas eve and we'll watch movies, bake cookies and go to church, and you know the rest."

"Yeah... But maybe we can take Natasha into town today." Wanda says

"That sounds like a great idea." Sarah says

"Maybe when you take her out, me and Steve can help dad with the Christmas decorations." Pietro says

"Aren't Bucky and Sam helping too?" Sarah asks

"Bucky's coming?" Wanda asks

"Yeah, besides Steve hasn't seen them in months." Pietro says

"Sounds like a good plan." Joseph says

"Morning." Steve says

"Stevie!" Wanda says and hugged her brother

"Hi Wanda." Steve says, "Mom, Wanda, you two remember Natasha."

"Hi." Natasha says

"Nice to meet you." Joseph says, "I'm Joseph, Steve's father."

"It's nice to meet you too." Natasha says

"And I'm Pietro." Pietro says in a very flirty tone that made everyone uncomfortable.

"Hi." Natasha says

"So, mom, did you make your amazing pancakes?" Steve asks

"Of course." Sarah says and put two plates on the kitchen island filled with pancakes.

"So Steve, I'm taking Natasha today to town while you set up the Christmas decorations with dad, Pietro, Bucky and Sam." Wanda says

"Okay." Steve says, "Nat, are you okay with that?"

"Yeah, it's fine." Natasha says

"Great! I can't wait to show you around." Wanda says

After breakfast Natasha went back to the bedroom to put on her snowboots and coat.

"You sure you can handle being alone with my sister?" Steve asks

"Yes, besides you get to spend time with your friends. This is a favor for you, I'll do anything to help you." Natasha says

"I really don't know how to thank you." Steve says

"You can buy me something nice for Christmas." Natasha says

"Of course." Steve says

The two walked back downstairs and Natasha gave Steve a kiss on his cheek before walking out of the house with Wanda.

Natasha and Wanda first went to the Main street of Midgard. There was a big Christmas tree on the town square and small stalls around it that sold hot chocolate milk and fluffy socks.

"This looks amazing." Natasha says

"I know, it's my favorite place to go." Wanda says

"So is there a store around here? I want to buy a gift for Steve." Natasha says

"Of course we can go shopping! The shopping mall isn't far from here." Wanda says

"It's such a small town, why is there a shopping mall?" Natasha asks

"Well Midgard is the biggest town in the area, so everyone comes here to shop." Wanda explains

The two walked inside the shopping mall, there was a store for everything.

"So... what are you buying Steve?" Wanda asks

"A teddy bear, he really likes to hold onto something in bed." Natasha says

"That's so cute! I remember when Steve had this dinosaur plushie, he took it everywhere." Wanda says

"That's adorable." Natasha says

"How did you and Steve actually meet?" Wanda asks

"We met in a bar, and we just started to talk and then we went out." Natasha says

"That's amazing." Wanda says

"Are you in a relationship?" Natasha asks

"No." Wanda says, "Look at this teddy bear! It's huge."

"And heavy, which is perfect." Natasha says

"So you'll take it?" Wanda asks

"Yeah, but I want the light grey-blue one with red bowtie." Natasha says and took a bear off the shelf.

"That bear is almost your height." Wanda says

"I'm small, I know." Natasha says

"Let's get lunch before we're going to shop again, I'm starving." Wanda says

"Yeah, I'm getting pretty hungry too." Natasha says

"There's a coffee shop over there with amazing big donuts, maybe we can grab one?" Wanda says

"Sure, donuts sound great." Natasha says

The two walked to the coffee shop and ordered their coffees and donuts. Natasha ordered a cappuccino and a donut with pink frosting and small white marshmallows on top. Wanda ordered a hot chocolate and a donut with white frosting and Christmas themed sparkles on top.

They sat together at a table and started to eat.

"To what store are we going next?" Wanda asks

"I still need to buy some lingerie." Natasha says

"For Steve?" Wanda asks

"Maybe." Natasha says and gave Wanda a smirk. "And I still need a dress for Christmas dinner."

"Oh, yes! I still need a dress too." Wanda says

"So is this Christmas dinner like a formal thing, or?" Natasha asks

"It's formal, and a huge tradition in our family. Close family friends come too. Maybe when you and Steve get married you can host it, I mean he is the oldest child after all." Wanda says

Natasha choked on her drink and excused herself.

"Did I say something wrong?" Wanda asks

"No, no, no, I mean, Steve and I have only been dating for three months. Let's not get into the whole marriage thing, we haven't talked about that." Natasha says

"Oh, I understand. I'm sorry, Steve probably told you we're very forward people." Wanda says

"He did." Natasha says

They cleaned up their table and threw away the trash of the coffee cups and donuts. They walked to a big clothing store and picked out dresses to fit.

After Natasha found a cute black dress and Wanda a dark red one, they went to the lingerie department.

Wanda sat down in a chair and scrolled through Instagram on her phone. Meanwhile Natasha was fitting an outfit she picked out.

She and Steve might not be actually dating, but that doesn't mean Natasha won't enjoy her vacation.

"Wanda? What are you doing here?" Darcy asks and sat down in the seat besides Wanda.

"Oh, I'm taking Natasha out for shopping." Wanda says

"Who's Natasha?" Jane asks

"Steve's girlfriend, he finally brought her home." Wanda says

"Is she pretty?" Darcy says

"Yeah, she and Steve look so cute together." Wanda says

"Well, where is she? We want to see her." Jane says

"She's currently fitting, she'll probably be out in a moment." Wanda says

"Also, what's with the giant teddy bear?" Darcy asks

"It's for Steve, Natasha is getting it him for Christmas." Wanda says

"That's so cute!" Jane says

"I'm all set, Wanda. Let's go." Natasha says and walked out of the dressing room.

"Yeah, she is pretty." Darcy says

"Natasha, these are Darcy and Jane, my friends." Wanda says

"Nice to meet you." Natasha says

"You too." Jane says

"Can we go to the checkout?" Natasha asks

"Of course!" Wanda says, "I'll see you two at the Christmas party!"

"Bye!" Darcy says
