If you have a bad habit of talking & thinking Negative about yourself - for example you say that 'You're ugly, stupid, lazy, unworthy, you are a loser or you hate yourself' - & things like that: Just Stop!

- & if you repeat them too often - you start believing it, even if it's Not true ( like None of those 'Face Revealing users' really was 'ugly' - Really! NONE of them... - so I was just looking at their Random books & wondering 'Why are they Saying This? :/ - They are Pretty! 😊👍 - can't they see it? 😁'... - & that's what their readers were saying in comments: check any Random book user's Face Revealing chapter comments - & you will see: the readers are commenting 'You are Pretty!' or even 'You're So Beautiful' in ALL of These! ^_^ ).
💠 So you must first get rid of 'Unnecessary Negative Thoughts' to make some room for Something new & More POSITIVE! 😊👌
