Attitude.

People have issues. We all have our own crap to deal with, but please don't bring it here in a public platform.

We're suppose to encourage a friendly community where people interact, make friends and socialize politely, and to make peace when any misunderstanding or problems arise.

I've seen statments like "I write what I want so if you don't like my story, f**k off"

"I write what I want b*tch"

These are either in a user's bio or story description. If they're jokes, be reminded that not everything can be taken as a joke. And this is not a funny one.

So, what if people have an opinion or if they give constructive criticism to your story without being rude......... well.....

You know, I get it, we write what we want but whatever you write, it should have at least some content and not just a pile of nonsense or a collection of crap.

If you think that the content of what you write is worth defending, then do it with general politeness.

But then, why put such a phrase in the first place? To keep haters away? To make people think they shouldn't mess with you because you're badass and savage?

Just in case, I want to say, it's not badass, cool, awesome, or something savage to make you seem untouchable.

It's immature and probably a lot of people would rather not bother to read any of your content because they don't want any stress.

If the content you're defending is just a pile of nonsense, a complete waste of time and you're being rude to the audience by putting up such phrases, well..... This is not the place for people to tolerate such attitude.

Grow up.

It's free to post and publish anything, but be mindful of what you post. There are consequences for wrong behavior, though it may not get you immediately.

You have to be responsible with what you say in public because it's going to set an impression and reputation. (you might not care about it but sorry, it's reality in society) Strangers here will depend on whatever you show especially when they don't really know you as a person. So if their impression of you is "this one is a brat/is immature" by seeing "I write what I want.... blabla" in any of your content, I can't really blame them.

How you carry yourself even online does so much to people's impression on you, maybe not as a whole but a part of you as a person.

Of course, if you're giving off negativity, people will naturally want to avoid it for their own good.
