When I awoke, I was face-down on a wooden floor. It took a little bit for me to sit up from my awkward position on the ground, but the air felt light and the cold was ever-present, and when I looked around my new surroundings I only had more questions.

Where was I?

Why does this floor go for hundreds of meters in every direction?

Why does that massive wall look ever so strangely like a bed, scaled up ten fold?

Instead of answers, however, I received a resounding boom that shook the floor, that was closely followed by another only louder and stronger. And then another, even more violent than the last. The series continued to grow louder and when I turned around to see where it was coming from, I saw a door the height of two telephone poles stacked upon one another and it was suddenly thrown open. A sudden wind cast me back and onto the floor, and the now open doorway was filled with a silhouette. In the doorway, stood a woman in her early 20s, brown hair pulled back into a ponytail and glasses shielding her eyes, and she reached a height of at least 15 meters - maybe closer to 17? If the giantess saw me on the floor, she made no sign of it. She simply stepped past me, as I laid motionless on the floor, and settled down onto the bed behind me.

Every part of me wanted to run beneath the bed, to hide, to avoid being seen, but one rational thought bounced around my skull: if everything is ten times my size, my best bet for survival would be someone who is also ten times my size. Once that idea seized control over my brain, I began to eye up the bed. Along one side, the bedspread was uneven and pooled onto the floor. From there, I could get the giantess' attention, and from there ... I'll play by ear. Happy with my plan, I jogged over to the side of the bed and began to scale upwards. Thankfully, the bedspread wasn't a flat texture but instead consisted of rows upon rows of thin, horizontal lines that was like a ladder. A soft, unstable ladder that sagged with every movement I made, but still allowed me to reach the summit of the bed. Taking a moment to catch my breath, I turned to the giantess who was sat up and focussed on her phone, before starting my walk towards her. Ordinarily, I would've reached her much faster, but the new surface sank with each each step and was incredibly uneven, the scattered hills and troughs slowing my already decreased walk to a crawl.

I could see that the area around the giantess had been flattened into one consistent level, rather than a mountainous inconsistency, so I made my way towards her so I could walk up alongside her to make the journey easier. After a fair bit of effort, I reached the end of the giantess and was about to start making my way up when she suddenly shifted. Without warning, a giant foot collided into me and forced me down, with its weight pinning me down. I could only just see the giantess' face, her eyes still on her phone. I tried pulling myself out from beneath the mass of flesh, but I was stuck in place. In desperation, I rammed my elbow into the fleshly wall repeatedly and at first I thought it got no reaction.

It was only when I looked again that I saw the giantess had cast aside her phone, her eyes now locked onto me.

"Is that," she began, adjusting her glasses on her face, "a tiny person?"
