His heart was so heavy that he was feeling difficult to breathe. All negativities surrounded him to such an extent that he can't even imagine the sight of anything beautiful.

Walking down the street, out of mere coincidence, he happened to notice that beautiful flower, and then many such flowers nearby.

First thought in his mind was

"What a beautiful world we have"
