Is it the cheese melting in our mouths,

Or is it the clandestine aroma of the generous sprinkling of herbs?

Is it the crunch of the crust,

Or is it the fluffy bread soaked with spicy sauce?

Is it the soft texture of the cream,

Or is it the bits of fruit and toppings with each mouthful?

Is it the actual food we eat,

Or the memories that we have of them,

That make us fall in love with them over and over and over again?

Can you guess which three of my favourite dishes I have mentioned? Also I love any and all food my mom cooks from my cuisine and it's all heaven because of her careful thoughts and efforts.... so while I love all food from my cusine it's because my amma made it. 

But yeah, I like food from other cuisines too, and all food in general!
