A cat tries to locate a place to hide food,

Lies in fear thinking someone will steal it while asleep.

Dreaming about its juicy flavor, remained in the corner glued.

But strange sounds started to vibrate with echoes of weep!

Looked around, then a rat gulped the meal by deceit.
