(y/n) let out a giggle as timmy looked both ways before pulling her into his apartment. she ducked her head and walked swiftly inside the apartment, sighing a breath of relief when they got inside.

"finally, we can be us." timmy sighed in relief as he hugged the girl in front of him.

timmy and (y/n) have been dating in secret for about 3 months. they started as friends, and the fans knew (y/n) as timmy's best friend. they had been best friends since timmy's short stint at columbia, where (y/n) had just finished studying at. (y/n) wasn't a stranger to the fans or timmy's fame, they all knew her from the start of timmy's rise to fame as his best friend.

everybody but (y/n) and timmy knew that they were absolutely in love. (y/n) always had an idea that she maybe had a crush on timmy, but it wasn't until she drunkenly admitted to timmy that she had feelings for him that she even realized it herself.

as everybody expected, timmy felt the same way, and the two have been even more attached, if that's even possible. their friends and families know, but that's about it. (y/n) kinda liked just being known as timmy's friends. the fans and the blogs didn't judge her, because her and timmy had been so close no one ever thought to consider them a couple.

timmy and (y/n) had gone to get carry out from their favorite restaurant. their weekly thursday night dinner plans had been altered due to the pandemic, but they loved the food there so much that they continued to get it every week as carry out.

timmy and (y/n) sat on the couch, turning on the tv and digging into their food. tonight, they planned to watch halloweentown and dig into their favorite meals. they both ate their meals in record speed, (y/n) collapsing into timmy's chest, timmy wrapping her tightly in his arms.

he placed a kiss on her head, causing her to smile, looking back at him. "hey (y/n)?" he whispered nervously. (y/n) hummed in response, wondering what had gotten him so worried.

"i love you." he told her. they had said it a million times before, but they both knew that this time, it was different. this was a whole new meaning, a whole new way of love for the two of them.

(y/n) knew she loved him after a few weeks, but didn't want to say anything. she was nervous that he would think she was moving too fast, and she didn't want to lose timmy.

"i love you too, timmy." she told him, placing a kiss to his lips. they both knew how much it meant. so much different than the way they'd ever said it before. he pulled her close to him and played with strands of her hair, just happy to be with his favorite person.

they were both happy just being together in secret. they could be themselves and didn't have to worry about fans judging or paparazzi invading, at least too much, into their lives. they could just be them, and that was perfect to both of them.
