[Owen Flashback POV]

I go over to my mother's grave and I talk to myself. The grave has my mother's last name, with the day she died, December 23rd 1991.

"What is pain? People don't really know what true pain is. The moment you were taken from me, I became hollow, hollow as a demon. They said that your death, was an accident. But I know the truth, they could have saved you, but they let you die, they let you take a bullet from them." I say.

I then kneel down on the ground, and I make my mother a promise.

"There will be no accidents, I promise you, I am going to take from them, what they have taken from you!"

I then kiss my mother's Tombstone and I leave off to find the people responsible for my family's killer.

[End Of Flashback]

[Owen POV]

I transport myself and an unconscious Kyle, to an undisclosed location. I then contact Eric and I inform him about my location. Suddenly, I hear Kyle groaning, beginning to wake up.

"Rise and shine, old friend, I have something to show you." I say. to him, slapping him in the face.

"Where did you bring me?" He asks me, while groaning.

"I wanted to show you the place where the Prime Shifter must go, the place where she has to make a choice..."

Kyle then struggles to get to his feet.

"And you want her to save your mother, but what if she refuses you again?" He asks.

"If she refuses, then I will go back in time  and I will reverse the effects of the Prime Shifter, exposing you to the government." I declare.

"You're so fixated on your mother, that you are willing to destroy anything that gets in your way?" Kyle asks me.

"Yes, I am willing to do just that. I would do anything for my mother! Even if that means setting my race up for certain doom." I say.

"I understand. You want to save the one you love, but you know we can't let you do that." Kyle says, trying to reason with me.

"You know, after all these years, you still try to lecture me on what is right and wrong, but you don't know the pain of losing a person you care for." I say to him.

"That maybe so, but I won't sacrifice the lives of many to save the life of one. I would let that person rest in peace." He explains to me.

"Tell me something, Olivia may not save my mother, but her parents... She may save them. In the end, me and Olivia are the same. We both lost our parents later in our lives and we were both dazed and confused about the reason why. She may save her parents, denying her destiny to save all of time." I say.

Kyle then walks up to me and he says, "It's her choice, weather she wants to save her parents, or save the fabric of Time, the decision will be up to her..."

Kyle then spits in my face, and I punch him in his jaw, knocking him down to the ground.

"You want to know why I killed so many Shifters? Why I killed my own kind? I didn't kill them just for answers, I killed them, because they remind me of what I lost. It's their aura, their energy, their blood, it all comes back to my mother, who was killed by the very people, that were like her." I explain.

I then grab Kyle by his trenchcoat, and I make sure he hears me.

"That day, made me hate your kind! It made me loathe these abilities that I had, I must erase that day from existence, it is a nightmare that I do not want to relive! It is like a poison in my veins!" I say.

"Once Olivia answers my call, I will go with her into the vortex and I will save my parents!" I say to Kyle.

Eric then teleports to my location, and he tells me of Danica's demise.

"No matter, she served her purpose, watch over Kyle, I must send a message to his friend." I say to him.

"Yes boss." Says Eric.

I then telepathically send a message out to Olivia.

[Olivia POV]

I silently sit in my room, wondering if Kyle is still alive, figuring out how do I tell him that I am just an ordinary Shifter, that I am not special. I then feel a pulse in my brain, as if someone is trying to contact me.

"Olivia, I come with a message to you. Meet me in the mountains to the west of here, I want to propose a trade, you for Kyle. You come alone and I will let Kyle go You bring your friends with you, I will have them killed, along with Kyle. I will be seeing you..."

I then think of the danger that I just put everyone in, and I think of the severity of the situation. Coming to terms with my decision, I come outside of my room, making a b-line for the door.

"Olivia, where are you going?" Corona asks me.

"I'm going to find Kyle and then I'm going to end this." I say.

"Are you crazy Olivia? We don't even know where Kyle is." Says Katie.

I then turn around and I begin to explain what I just heard.

"I know where they are holding him, in the mountains, to the west." I say.

"How did you find that out?" Asks Arthur

"Owen, he told me where he was." I reply.

"You do know that this is a trap right? He wants you to come, just so you can help him achieve his personal goal." Says Corona.

"I know, which is why I have a plan." I say to them.

"What is it?" Asks Arthur.

"I take you guys with me, you grab Kyle and you get out of there?" I say.

"What about you?" Asks Joshua.

"All you need to know, is that I know what I have to do now. My parents died protecting me, I won't let Kyle do the same." Says Olivia.

"What are you talking about?" Corona asks me.

"Lexington told me that this would happen, that I would have to make a choice, a choice between my life and Kyle's." I explain to them.

"What do you mean between your life and Kyle's?" Says Katie.

"I may not be the Prime Shifter, but I am going to save him and everyone else in this world." I say.

"Olivia, I want to save Kyle too, but what you are talking about is suicide!" Says Joshua.

"You're right Josh, but it's our only option at this point." Says Corona.

"Personally, I'd rather die in a fight, than hide as a coward." Says Arthur.

"So I guess we're doing this? Then, let's lock and load." Says Joshua.

We then arm ourselves with various guns and explosives, I hand Joshua my Timewatch, telling him to incinerate it. Joshua then throws it into a furnace, and it melts into a puddle. We then Teleport to the mountains, where we see Kyle right beside Owen, and Eric.

"I told you to come alone!" Says Owen.

"You will get what you want, let Kyle go so that my friends here can take him home!" I say to him.

[Owen POV]

I then tell Eric to kill the Shifters when they get a hold of Kyle, just to make sure they stay out of my way.

[Olivia POV]

I then walk slowly towards Kyle, while engaging in a telepathic conversation with him.

"Kyle, there is something you should know, The Time Shaman, he told me..."

Kyle then interrupts me and he says, "He told you everything you needed to hear, that's all. Remember my words, 'with time comes acceptance, with acceptance comes truth." Says Kyle.

"You knew this whole time?" I ask.

"You had to learn, the difference between knowing what you are, and accepting who you are. And it seems to me, that you fully believe in who you are." Says Kyle.

"So, what happens when I go through that door?" I ask him.

That's for you to find out, and what will happen next, will be up to you." Kyle says calmly.

Kyle then goes over to the others, while I make it towards Owen.

"So you finally came to your senses?"

I then reply, "Yes, I have."

I then toss two smoke grenades into the air, and I shoot them with a .45 Caliber Magnum Pistol, blinding Eric and Owen. I then punch Owen and I make my way to the mountain where the door is.

[Corona POV]

"OK Joshua, get Kyle out of here!" I say.

"Hang on boss!" Joshua says to Kyle, before teleporting himself and Kyle away.

"You take care of these pests, I'm going after that Olivia!" Owen says to his thugs.

"It will be my pleasure." Says Eric.

Eric then uses his Timewatch, to create three time remnants of himself.

"Holy shit!" Katie exclaims.

"How do you like this?" Eric asks us sarcastically.

"Well, I didn't think we would fight four times the stupid." Says Corona.

We then begin to fire our guns at the time remnants, but they each put up a force field that blocks our bullets.

"Well so much for bullets. Time to settle this like real Shifters!" Says Arthur.

We then charge at The multiple Eric's, and we engage in a fist fight with each of them.

One of the Eric's then teleports away, presumably to go after Josh and Kyle. I then find myself being levitated by one of the Eric's, and I am thrown into a boulder. I then send little pebbles flying his way, and they scar his face. While he is stunned, I jump onto his shoulders and I attempt to Elbow him in his head. Eric however, Powerbombs me into the ground.

He then tries to stomp me, but I roll out of the way, and I sweep him off of his feet. We then begin to trade punches and kicks with each other, intensifying our blows with every strike. Eric then takes out a knife, and he tries to stab me with it, I try to block it, but it pierces my shoulder. I then trap his arm, and I disarm him of his knife. I then stab his hand into the ground, with the knife, and I shoot him twice in the heart.

[Katie POV]

I try to hit Eric, but every time I try, he teleports and punches me in the jaw.

"Keep your hands up, we don't want to mess up that pretty face." Eric says, arrogantly.

I try to catch Eric with a roundhouse kick, but he teleports behind me,flips me over his back, and I land face first onto the ground.

"That looked like it really hurt." He says to me.

"Not as much as this will..." I say to him.

I then use my telepathy to send a rock flying into his groin. While he is in pain, I take my guns, and I shoot him in the kneecaps.

I then punch him over and over in the face, following it up with an Elbow to his nose. I then grab his head, and I snap his neck, killing him.

"Never underestimate a woman." I say to his dead corpse.

[Arthur POV]

While Katie and Corona were fighting the remnants of Eric, I was fighting the real thing, and I gotta say, he was a bloody pain in my ass.

"You're getting slow old man, why don't you think of retiring?"

I then punch this son of a bitch in the mouth, and I reply, "All bark and no bite, you young people are so arrogant."

Eric then tries to teleport behind me, for a sneak attack, but I take out a hidden blade, turn around, and I stab him right in his chest.

When I push his body to the ground, I see that he stabbed me in the side. I fall to the ground, while Corona and Kaite rush to my aid.

"Well now, that was a bit nasty..." I say, with my voice becoming raspy.

"No old man, you get up right now, you stay with me!" Says Corona.

"Funny, that's kind of hard to do when you are bleeding out..." I say, coughing up blood in the process.

"Just hang on, we're getting out of here!" Says Corona.

Katie then teleports us back to the hideout, where Joshua is fighting one of Eric's time remnants.

[Joshua POV]

"Oh shit, what happened?" I ask them, taking cover along with Kyle, behind a table.

"Puncture wound, he's bleeding out rapidly." Says Katie.

I then give Corona a piece of my jacket, and she applies pressure to the wound.

"We'll take care of Eric, you keep him stable." Says Kyle.

We then begin to shoot at Eric, who takes cover behind a locker. I then teleport to where he is, and I engage in a fistfight with him. I block most of his punches, but he grabs me and he throws me across the room, sending me crashing through a table.

I then get up and I dodge a barrage of kicks that he throws at me, and I retaliate with some of my own, following it up with a Superman Punch to his jaw. Eric tries to run away, but Kyle stops him dead in his tracks, and he roundhouse kicks him off of a balcony that they are on.

Eric then tries to attack me, but I block his punch, and I hit him with a Elbow to his arm. Kyle then snaps his other arm, while I break his ribs telepathically. Kyle then flips Eric over, and I plunge a two by four through his chest.

"Guys, we need the kit!" Says Katie.

I then get the kit, and me and Kyle rush over to Arthur.

"Keep putting pressure down, you're gonna be all right!" Says Joshua.

"Yeah, that's what my old saint of a mum used to say, whenever I was hurt." Says Arthur.

"Hurt how?" Kyle asks him.

"Spankings she gave me..." Arthur says.

We managed to stop the bleeding, but Arthur lost a lot of blood, and he is slowly dying.

"I sure hope Olivia knows what she's doing..." I say to Kyle.

"Whatever she must do, she had better do it quick!" Says Kyle.

[Olivia POV]

I finally make it to the top of the Mountain, but I sense that Owen is not far behind me, I have to hurry. I then stumble upon a large door, where I see a handprint engraved on a lock, as soon as I try to touch it, Owen kicks me in the back, knocking me down to the ground.

"I'm glad I followed you here, it's just you and me now, I'm gonna enjoy killing you, just like I offed your parents." He says.

He then tries to kick me in the face, but I grab his foot, and I flip him over on his face.

"I won't be so easy!" I say to him.

I then trade attacks with Owen, and he overwhelms me with a ferrell assault. After he knocks me down with a backflip kick, he places his hands on my throat, attempting to rob me of my oxygen.

"After I kill you, I will save my mother!" He says.

I then repeatedly punch him in his face, allowing him to realease me.

"You are more tougher than I thought." Says Owen.

I then shake off the cobwebs, and I taunt Owen. He then charges at me, and every time he tries to attack me, I effortlessly dodge his attacks. I then block his last punch, and I hit him with a force field punch, and a German Suplex onto the ground. Owen then tries to elbow me, but I grab his arm and I snap it. I then place him in a Triangle Hold, until he loses consciousness.

I then go towards the door, and I place my hand on the lock, opening the vortex. Before I go in, Owen shoots me in the back, and he tackles me, causing us to both go into the vortex.
