There was one simple problem with Katelyn's request, I couldn't freeze time. She would just run around freely. How did she expect me to find her?
She could be anywhere at anytime, always running away when I'm so close to reaching her.
But there is a slight chance that she isn't that kind of person.
I considered this for awhile until Lucinda called.

"Hey babe, what's up?" I answered.

"Hey! I just was calling to make sure you were coming to my Halloween party tonight!"

"Oh crap!"

"Huh?"

"Uhh.... Nothing..." I couldn't believe I said that out loud.
"Yeah, I'll be there."

"Come on time, I'm counting on youuuuuu!!!" She giggled as she hung up.

I had completely forgotten, but then I remembered that I could ask Lucinda about this kind of magic.
This might be a good night after all.
