Danielle POV

We ran to the seventh floor corridor opposite the tapestry of Barnabas the Barmy training Trolls for the Ballet, where the Room of Requirement was. I walked inside followed by Fred and Roxanne.

“So your plan is to recreate the accident?” Fred asked sarcastically

“Exactly” I replied

“Just Checking” Fred said

“So what do we need again?” Roxanne questioned

“Here’s the list” I said passing it to her.

7 pots of floo powder

1 vanishing cabinet

1 broken time turner

2 two way mirrors

1 empty cauldron

2 invisibility cloaks

 “Let’s split up” Fred suggests “Then we will be faster”

“I’ll find the floo powder and the time turner” Roxanne said

“I will find the cauldron and the 2 way mirrors” Fred said

“So I will look for the invisibility cloaks and the vanishing cabinet”

“Meet back here in an hour, if you get into trouble then send up red sparks”

I ran off to the middle of the room, where I knew from personal experience, was where the vanishing cabinet stood.

I opened the door of the cabinet where there was a bitten apple, a dead bird and a death eater’s mask.

I took them out carefully and placed them on a nearby table.

I slowly levitated the cabinet to the area we had agreed to meet and hurried off again to find the 2 cloaks of invisibility. I ran down one of the paths and suddenly I tripped over a large bag. I stood up, opened the bag and looked inside. There were about 5 cloaks in there. Invisibility Cloaks!

I grabbed the bag and ran back to the cabinet where Fred and Roxy were waiting.

“Okay, let’s do this!”

Fred set up the cauldron while I poured the floo powder inside.

Roxy pointed her wand at the broken time turner “Reducto”

It exploded. I scooped up the powder and tipped it inside the cauldron. After about 10 minutes I took the cauldron and emptied the mixture into the vanishing cabinet, which was acting as the fireplace in the recreation of the accident. We all took some polyjuice potion; I had gotten a few hairs from random muggles so that if we went to the wrong place we would be safe. I put the invisibility cloaks inside my bag, just in case, as well as one of the two way mirrors.

“What’s that for? Checking your makeup?” Fred asked sarcastically

“The Mirror? It’s a 2 way mirror, I’m going to send the other half to Mrs Potter” I answered

“How? You got an owl in your pocket?” He asked

“Abergavenny will be here any minute”

Abergavenny was my owl. I have had him since I was 12 and I was extremely fond of him. He is a brown owl. He has a fierce temper but he is also very obedient.

2 minutes later Abergavenny flew in. I attached to his leg the mirror and the letter I had written last night explaining where we were going and what the mirror could do.

When Abergavenny had gone we all clambered inside the cabinet.

We tipped the mixture of floo powder and time dust over us and then we apparated…
