Ruby POV

I was able to finish all of my training the next morning cause I'm that awesome!! And with Envy's help and let me tell you that when he trains with someone he doesn't and I mean DOES NOT hold back. So now me and Envy (in his cat form) are walking around shops looking for any bandages or towels we could use, sorry I mean that 'I' use.

It's only been a day but all the food is gone (besides the noodles and Mac and Cheeses) and not only that a few stuff of mine was missing!! My gun and bow and arrows went missing, which is unfair! My camera broke and so did my phone's charger. (But I found a way to charge my phone without it >.<) My song and sketch book was soaking wet for some reason and all I have left is my photo, headphones, phone, some extra pair of clothes, my book bag and my knife.

'So where should we go?' Envy asked. I just shrugged and continued walking forward when I saw something that made me pale. . . Nina's house. That Mr.Tucker was so cruel to Nina and Alexander that it just made me sick! 'Hey . . . HEY!! Say something you're spacing out on me again!' Envy yelled while hissing. "Sorry Envy but I do know where we should go next." I stated while walking forward. 'And where exactly is it?' Envy hissed. I looked down at him and sighed but continued walking, "Well we are going to--" 'Watch out brat!' Envy yelled.

I fell back on the floor while rubbing my head. I looked up hoping it wasn't the military but just my luck it was Nina and Al. "Oh! I'm sorry! Let me help you up." Al said as he gave me his hand. I gladly accepted his hand and stood up. I saw Nina hiding behind Al and gave a shy smile at her. She cheered up right away by smiling and giggling at me and Envy. "Hey, aren't you the one that ran from the hospital?" Al asked. I looked down and heard Envy trying to hold his laughter but failing miserably.

"I am and I'm sorry that I did. But I also want to thank you for getting me to a hospital. Even though I was a stranger you acted very nice to me." Al waved his hands in front of him. "Don't worry about it. It's fine." I felt someone pulling my skirt and looked down to see Nina. "What's your name little lady?" I said smiling. She giggled and replied, "I'm Nina!! Wow! You look so pretty!!" I thanked her and felt Envy climb to my shoulders while giving a disgusted sigh. 'What are we doing here? We should stop fooling around with this small, idiotic child and get going!'

I ignored him as Nina talked about her and 'bigger brother' saying what they should play when they get back. Than Nina asked me something that almost made me cry. "Hey Miss?" "Call me Ruby, Nina." "Ok! Will you like to play with me and my big brothers?" I hear Envy telling me no while trying to dodge Al so he doesn't get hugged. "Why I'll be honored to play with you my Princess." I said. She just laughed at how I was talking and said that if she was a princess than I'll be a princess too. "And we can be sisters!" Nina said with a grin. I smiled at her and said,"I'm not cut out to be a princess but you know what?" "What?" "I'll be your sister in shining armor."

I know that I shouldn't get to attached to a girl that's gonna die soon but I can't help myself. I wanted to know how it feels to be a big sister, like how my sister was to me. We arrived at her house and I'll say it was HUGE!! Bigger than how the manga and videos described it. I hear a whine and a groan and see Alexander on top of Ed. I see Ed look up and glare at me while I hid behind Al.

"YOU!!" I can just see Alexander flying off of him to chase Envy around. "Brother calm down you're scaring her. Again." Al stated. "I'm sorry that I ran away from you guys, I was just scared." "DONT EXPECT ME TO FORGIVE YOU THAT EASILY!! YOU JUST RAN OFF BEFORE I CAN EVEN ASK YOU A QUESTION!!" Ed screamed at me. I see Nina go to Ed and say, "Why are you mad at big sister?" Ed just looked at her and sighed. "You don't have to worry about Nina. Why don't you play with Al while I talk with Ruby."

Nina stared at me. "You'll come back to play right?" I chuckled and kneeled down in front of her with my right arm across my chest, so my hand is touching my heart, and my left arm is behind my back. "Of course Princess Nina. I'll do anything just to make my mistress happy." Nina just giggled and patted my head while running off to Al. I stood up and saw Ed giving me a weird look and sighed. "It's not a big deal now I know you want to ask me some questions so tell me right now what it is."

That got Ed to give me a serious face. "I want to know one thing. Do. You. Have. A. Philosopher stone." I remembered what Truth told me and shook my head no. "I learned healing alchemy that my mother taught me." I said. Which wasn't a lie. My mom was a doctor and taught me everything I need to know about medicine and how to heal myself properly. Ed just sighed and said that that was all he wanted to ask me. "Hey Ed." I said. "What."

I bit my lip knowing that I shouldn't be doing this but said it anyways. "Can I help you find the stone?" Ed just looked at me like I was a crazy person. "No I don't need your help. Besides it'll just make your family worried." He said with a sigh. I looked at a flower beside me and started making a ring from it. "I don't have a family Ed. They died a while back. It's just me and my cat." That got Ed hard since I saw him with a pained expression. "Don't worry it's ok Ed. You didn't know but I just want someone else to be happy." I walked away to Nina feeling him stare behind me.

After saying that I had no where to go Mr. Tucker gladly accepted me and Envy to stay with him in his house. Ed has gotten used to me and said that I can come with him if I was certain. I just smiled and nodded saying, "I'm positive!" Of course Envy wasn't thrilled of the idea. 'WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!! YOU KNOW WE CANT JOIN THEM AND HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TURN INTO MY ORIGINAL FORM WITH THE PIPSQUEAK THERE!' I just sighed. "Look Envy I told him that we were going and that's that."

I was about to go to bed when I heard my door open. Nina was just staring at me and sheepishly asked, "Can you tell me a story to help me go to sleep?" I accepted her request and went to her room. I placed her in the bed and thought about a story to tell her. I decided to tell her my favorite book of all times. "Nina have you heard the story of The Little Mermaid?" "No. What is it about?" I smiled and decided to use alchemy for part of the story too. "I'll be right back ok." I walked to the kitchen and still saw Ed and Al reading away. They decided to stay over night to catch up on what they missed while we were playing.

I waved at them both and only Al waved back since Ed was too busy reading the book in his hand. I giggled and got a glass of water while heading to Nina's room. Before I entered the room I made sure to check and see that no one was there. I walked into the room while locking the door behind me and covering any holes that may produce light. "Ready for a story with 'magic' Nina." She just nodded yes very fast and went in her bed to get comfortable. I giggled as I saw her.

(I want to say something really quick. When you see words between these stars,**, than its something Ruby did while she was telling the story. And I did NOT invent the story everyone knows this. It was made by Disney. Well this mermaid story is. Ok. Get it. Got it. Good)

I didn't have to clap when I use alchemy so that's good. "Once upon a time there was a little mermaid that lived in a castle in the sea. *water from the glass transforms to a little mermaid and waved at Nina while 'swimming' to its water castle*
The little mermaid was called Ariel and she and her best friend loved to go on adventures and look for all kinds of treasures! *a little fish appeared beside Ariel and they both swam to a sunken ship and grabbed a fork, a mirror, and a necklace while Nina giggled with joy* One day she decided to see what was above the waters and saw a ship having a party! On the ship was a prince named Eric and from that moment Ariel knew she fell in love with him. *makes Ariel swim to the ship that had water fireworks and climb the side of it. She finds Eric dancing with the music and made her sigh*

The ship was then caught in a storm and began to sink but Ariel was quick enough to rescue him and pull him to shore. *shows Ariel saving Eric and pulling him along the beach* Prince Eric was only able to catch a glimpse of her before she disappeared." I decided to leave the Evil witch out since I don't want to scare her or give her nightmares. "What happened next Big sis?" Nina asked as she shook hands with water Ariel. "Well Ariel asked her father to allow her to marry him but her father refused. He said that the Prince had to prove himself worthy to allow her to marry him. *makes a big merman and shakes his head no at Ariel who looks at the ground and swims away*

Ariel was than trapped in a net by some bad guys who tried to sell her so they can get rich! *shows Ariel get caught in a net with two evil looking people luring her in*" Alexander barked and growled when I said that part. "Alexander's right! Those men are big meanies!" Nina said. I laughed and continued the story, "Prince Eric saw Ariel and saved her from the bad guys! *shows Eric helping her untangle herself from the net* Ariel's father saw the whole thing and gave his daughter legs so she can be with the man she loves. *shows Ariel's tail transforming into legs and shows her running to Eric while giving him a hug* Eric remembered her as the girl that saved him from drowning and decided to marry her. *shows them both at a wedding and kissing while sailing away into the ocean* And they lived happily ever after. The end." I saw Nina fall fast asleep while hugging Alexander close to her. I made the water go back in the glass and saw a dead flower by her window. I decided to leave her a surprise and brought the pot next to her on the counter and made the flower turn to a beautiful pink water lily with a note saying, 'A little gift from one princess to another. --Ariel'

I took all the stuff I put in the holes out and opened the door only to find two people eavesdropping. Ed and Al sweat dropped and slowly started to walk away from me. "You know if you wanted a story you could've asked." I said while crossing my arms. They both just looked at each other than at me. "Good to know. We'll keep that in mind next time." Ed said while walking back to the library. I just stared at them and went to the guest room where I was staying at and fell asleep.

THIS IS SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!! I ALMOST HAD IT DOWN BUT THAN THE WORLD HAD TO BE CRUEL AND MAKE TIME GO FASTER!! GAHH!!

Anyway please comment and like my chapters and decide whether or not I should continue this story cause I'm starting to have doubts.
