On the same time as future and past twins were swapped......

"Um... what am I doing here? I thought that I was just going for breakfast...."

18 years old Riku is now standing above a hill and it turns out to be an abandoned shrine. It's a big shrine and located on top of the hill.

Suddenly there's a sound coming from nearby bushes. Riku was surprised at first, panicked, he quickly searched for a weapon and spotted an old broom leaning on the shrine's wall. He took the broom and turned to the bushes, prepared for incoming attack.

But none come. Instead, there stood a young man with pale pink hair that Riku greatly recognised. With a guitar in his hand.

"Tenn-nii!!" he put back the broom and quickly run to his brother.

"Huh? Riku? What are you doing here? Wait, what are we doing here?" Tenn asked, a bit confused as he take a look on his surrounding.

"Um... I don't know.... I was suddenly got here just now." he replied. And he noted something. "Tenn-nii...."

"Hm?"

"What's with the guitar?"

"Let's just say.... killing time."

"...oh..."

Riku and Tenn looked around and suddenly noticed that the surrounding feels familiar. They saw a town a bit far from the shrine's hill so they decided to go there to investigate.

When they had arrived, suddenly a wave of nostalgic feelings came. They quickly run to the certain place. The place that they spent their 13 years together.

There stood a house. Small but give a warm and welcoming feeling to both of them. Riku walked towards the door ready to knock and Tenn just watching his moves.

Before his fist come in contact with the door, it suddenly opened by a man with soft white hair. A splitting image of the male behind Riku.

"Yes? May I help you?" the man says politely while giving a warm smile.

Riku and Tenn's eyes widened upon hearing the words that the man had said. Riku swallows the possibility that have in his mind.

"Don't you remember me....?" tou-san....? he purposely unsaid the last word. Tenn walked beside him.

"hm? I'm sorry but I don't. Were you, young lad, are searching for something or someone?" the man asked them but because of shocked, Riku unable to speak properly.

"... um... w-we... uh..."

"Anata! Who's there? If it a guest, why don't you invite them in?" a woman's voice could be heard inside of the house. The voice that they have nearly forgot to remember.

The voice that they knew very well before it stop when they were 10 years old....

Their mother's voice....

Tenn and Riku stood there in silence. Too shocked for what they have heard. And infront of them, a woman that walked towards them and standing beside the man, matching red hair and eyes.

And those warm smile that they have loved so dearly until that day....

Before Riku could make any movement, Tenn were faster than Riku. He grabbed Riku's wrist and start dragging him away from the place without saying anything. Away from this -for him- cruel illusion that tried to play with their emotions.
Afraid of his brother's action if they keep standing there.

He ignored Riku's yelling, asking him to stop. He keep dragging Riku with tight grip, afraid of losing his brother on his constant struggle.

He wanted to run away.

He come into a halt after realising they were far enough from the house. Back to the place where they were met. The old and abandoned shrine at the hill. But Tenn still hadn't let go of Riku's wrist.

"...Tenn-nii... Please let go..." Riku begged silently. His wrist were hurt. But Tenn still not letting go.

He was dragged back to reality when he suddenly feels someone hugging from his back. He turned around and saw Riku hiding his face on his shoulder.

"...Hurt.." Riku muttered. Tenn quickly realised that he has been gripping Riku's wrist all this time, quickly checked his hand that has formed a bruise.

Tenn widened his eyes. He had hurt Riku unconsciously when he was too cooped up with his paranoia just now. He turned around and hugged his little brother, muttering a heck lot of sorries while burrying his face in Riku's hair.

Riku pulled away from the hug and stared at his older brother. Guitar on the floor has forgotten. As Riku furrowed his eyebrows and looked at Tenn with a face fulled of worries.

Their forehead touched with each other, Riku called him but Tenn still won't open his eyes.

"Tenn-nii."

Riku tried once more, adding a bit push until their nose nearly meet with each other. With that Tenn open his eyes that he didn't remember closing it. He was meet with ruby eyes that same with that woman Tenn had ran off just now. He gulped down his anxiety and stared at them.

"Tenn-nii, are you alright now?"

"Yes." he replied, short and simple. That had't decreased his worry.

His face brightened up after an idea suddenly came in. He pulled away from Tenn, grabbed the guitar on the floor, take Tenn's hand and start to dragged him back to the town.

Tenn was shocked by the sudden movement tried to make Riku from walking to town. Back at that place but Riku just turned around and smiled reassuringly to him and they continue their walk to the town.

They came into a halt after reaching their destination. Tenn looked around. The first thing he saw is a big fountain at the middle of a park.

Letting go his brother's hand, Riku run, closing the gap between him and the fountain while Tenn just stood there without moving anywhere. Looking at Riku who's sitting cross-legged infront of the fountain's floor, facing him.

Riku opened the case and pulled the guitar out of it before closing it back. He tested a few string to make sure the guitar were in a good shape.

Tenn walked towards him and standing a few meters away from where Riku sitted and he sit on the floor, wordlessly. Without realising that some people had started to gather around and stood beside him, sitting down with him.

Riku smiled at Tenn before start to sing while playing the guitar. Smiling at the people who sitted beside Tenn.

Everybody Give Me An Attention!

He started. And just like what Iori had said to him previously, Riku's voice just like a magic that people had't realise that they were cursed.

The passerby, upon hearing Riku's singing voice, stopped on their tracks and start to walk and take a look.

Soon, the crowd were getting bigger. Making a semi-rounded around Riku and listening to the singing voice.

The crowd who's nearer to Riku, sitted along with Tenn as to let the people behind could see the front. While the rest of them who's standing behind just remain standing. Watching and hearing.

Tenn was mesmerizied by his
brother's talent, couldn't help but feels happiness bubbled inside him.

He realised now. Riku has been worried about him and trying to cheer him up by doing what he have done when they were still kids.

Nostalgic feelings started to crashed to Tenn when he saw Riku turned to him and smiled at him. He unconciously started to smile back. What Riku have said to him before back at the Zero Arena were true, after all. He started to smile and enjoys himself along with the crowd of people.

After the last string he played, he smiled sweetly at Tenn. "Arigatou gozaimasu.... Arigatou gozaimasu......" Riku thanked them for watching his performance after he had finished the song. Bowing slightly at the crowd infront of him. They clapped their hand and cheering at him.

Soon, the crowd started to decreased. Now, it's just him and his brother remain. Riku quickly putted the guitar back to its case.

He walked to his brother and strecthed out his hand infront of him. Tenn took the offered hand and stand up. Brushing the dirt off his pants.

"You know exactly what I needed the most, huh, Riku."

"I was just trying to be like you, Tenn-nii. The role reversed now."

"Just for now. Next time, I would take back the comforter role."

They laughed together, happily before a voice greeted them.

They turned to look at the source of the voice and found an old man standing not to far away from them. He's wearing a traditional clothes and a walk stick on his hand to help him walk around.

They shot the old man with a questioning gaze as the old man started to speak.

"I'll tell you everything that you wanted and have to know. About the situation you've been in."

"What?"

"Come. Follow me." and the old man started to walk away. And both of them followed from behind. Not noticing they walk into the same route as where they were first met.
