Hey hey~ no chapter today, srry~ I'll upload on a day or two instead. But for now enjoy this bonus chapter.

This bonus chapter is unrelated to the story but I thought it would be fun to show you what would have happened in chapter eight if (y/n) was the decoy and not Dante.

Oh btw the artwork at the top of the page is mine~ I was practicing digital art with a mouse and decided to draw my OC in her Meif'wa form lol.

When I was in position I looked and saw Dante was as well, I still can't believe he convinced me to be the decoy... Oh well~ I might as well make the most of it... I thought to myself as I turned into my Meif'wa form.
I then walked past the camp a little bit, they turned and looked at me at the same time I looked at then,
"Halt! What are you doing here?" I demanded drawing my sword and pointing it at them.
"We're just having a camp fire.. What do you want?"
"I don't recognize you as citizens of Phoenix Drop, address yourselves!"
"I don't want to... Why don't you go run back to your lord, little kitty." They sneered, I knew the cat form would lower their guard...
"Don't judge (f/n)~Chan just because she's a Meif'wa~!?" I said, making my voice sound more high pitched, to make them think I had taken more offense then I had.
They laughed, ugh their laughs were so disgusting...
I looked at Dante and he nodded, then I turned my attention back to the bandits and he stepped out of the bush and put his sword around the first bandits neck.
"Oh so the little Kitty brought back up, huh?"
"More like he brought me as back up, I'm not even a guard here." I said right before lunging my sword at one of the bandits.

We fought for a while before I got tired, I backed up so that the bandit I was fighting could catch his breath, including the tried to swing at me again I decided to transform as a dodged his attack, this time I was in my werewolf form, that scared him. "w-what?" He muttered, "how is that...?"
Just then I heard someone call, "Stand down!" I looked up and saw a man with Lilia.

So overall things would have been fairly similar, but I still like the way things turned out.
I was really debating what I should do when writing this part of chapter eight.
I had two options, Dante goes and distracts them before we both attack. Or I go and distract them, both surprisingly have a different outcome though in the end it's all good anyways.
